• Robert S. Glück (9/5): - Sehr nach am das Stadtzentrum Nachts etwas zu laut wegen der Straße.
• Nicola (8/5): Sehr praktisch - gerne wieder! - Wieder äußerst praktisch: die unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof, so dass man nach Ankunft in Frankfurt direkt sein Gepäck loswerden und sich frischmachen kann. Da es einen Gepäckraum gibt, sind die Rucksäcke und Koffer auch bis zur Abfahrt am Abreisetag sicher verstaut. In etwa 10 Minuten hat man zu Fuß den Rand der Innenstadt oder das Mainufer erreicht, so dass einem erlebnisreichen Aufenthalt nichts im Wege steht. Schön: der altmodische Charme der Lobby, und die frisch hergerichteten Zimmer - auch Dusche und Betten ausgezeichnet. Und die Mitarbeiter äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Im Dreibettzimmer sollte es eine eigenständige Lampe auch für das dritte Bett geben. Für den infernalischen Krach ab sieben Uhr morgens kann das Hotel nichts - Sanierungsarbeiten an einem anderen Gebäude. Vielleicht vor Buchung nachfragen, in welche Richtung das Zimmer geht.

• Maria (7/5): - Nära järnvägsstationen och trevlig personal. Liten men trevlig frukost. Mycket fint badrum! Väldigt bra att kunna ha tre sängar i samma rum - oftast blir det då bäddsoffa. Området runt omkring kändes inte bra. Vi var dock medvetna om detta innan och valde ändå att närheten till järnvägsstationen vägde tyngre i vårt val. Många påverkade / hemlösa nära hotellet. Första kvällen flera poliser som kollade upp personer knappt 50 m från hotellet. Reste med ungdomar o unga vuxna o hade inte låtit dem vara ute på egen hand på kvällen just där.

Wenn man mit Stornierungsmöglichkeit bucht und diese dann plötzlich nicht mehr verfügbar ist???

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was perfectly in the middle of everything! Nothing actually. But of course, it would be unbelievably great if the price was cheaper. Also, more drinks in the mini bar. Maybe, a couple extra drinks at the lobby bar complimentary:-D

• Almudena (3/5): Las cuatro estrellas debieron ser en época de Churchil - En la habitación de tres todas las camas son individuales y había espacio. No limpiaban las habitaciones, ni hacían las camas, sólo cambiaban las toallas. La había individual era minúscula. El baño estaba muy viejo el armario viejo y sucio. La puerta del baño no cerraba el.minibar hacia tanto ruido que lo tuve que desenchufar para poder dormir.

• German Makhnev (6/5): - Close to the train station 2nd day our key stopped working, had to go to reception for them to fix the keys. The stuff said it's happens all the time that they programme the key for 1 day even though we paid for 2 days in advance. Also we had to register ourselves during check in when the lady at the reception just stood there doing nothing, what a bullshit for such price! Very bad service!

• Marie (9/5): Excellent room and great breakfast. - I requested a quiet room with a bath if possible, and this was provided, which was excellent. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was really good. Only thing was that there were no milk sachets in the room, although you can get coffee cream sachets from downstairs.

• Karin (5/5): We were so excited to stay here because of the decor etc but there are many better places to stay. - The staff were great. We had to change rooms due to the shower not working and they did their best to accommodate us. The original room they wanted to swap us to was smaller, older and had mould on the ceiling. We ended up in a nicer room but it was close to the "functioning" part of the hotel. From 6am to 2am there were people outside talking loudly or shouting. I would not stay here again because of this reason.

• Ivan (8/5): Definitely recommend if you are a tourist in Frankfurt. - The hotel is trying to do its best though it’s obviously quite old. Comfortable bed, tasty and variable food for breakfast, a couple of free drinks in the minibar. Perfect location. The hotel is old, so don’t expect it to be brand new.

Bed small and uncomfortable and walls were covered in stains. Location is close to the train station however the area of the city is not nice and did not feel very safe

Nice touch having comes and muffins + coffee in the lounge Rooms are really comfortable I stayed two nights. Room wasn't cleaned although I did put the notice on the door. Room bar fridge wasn't refilled. Nor the coffee or milk. The bathroom has a smell similar to a system that isn't used often.

• Hendrik Schmitz (8/5): - Ich bin mitten in der Nacht angekommen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Check-In ging sehr schnell. Das Frühstück war deutlich umfangreicher als ich erwartet hatte und auch sehr lecker. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Ich hatte ein Zimmer direkt in den Innenhof und war leider im ersten Stock. Im Nachbargebäude war das Licht sehr hell, was mich anfangs etwas beim Schlafen gestört hat und man hat sich durch die Nähe des Gebäudes auch etwas beobachtet gefühlt.

Como, aliás, costumam ser as áreas em torno das rodoviárias brasileiras.
• Michael (7/5): Quirky hotel very handy for the main station - The first impression when arriving is of a rather outdated establishment, but, actually this is it's charm. It feels a little like stepping back into the 1920's or 30's .with the wood panelling on the walls of the public areas along with the high ceilings and carvings. The room was clean and comfortable with little outside noise although I was at the rear of the hotel. Plenty of storage space and plug sockets in the room. Lifts to all floors. The breakfast was good with plenty of options and 4 hot items. Very handy for public transport with the main station opposite. The room tended to be noisy when other guests were moving about in the corridor and the large metal doors to their rooms shut with a loud bang. The outside area around the station is not the best. I would suggest catching a local train a couple of stops into central Frankfurt where there is no shortage of restaurants, bars and all the usual facilities.

• Maren (8/5): Bahnhofsnah mit nostalgischer Atmosphäre - Das Frühstück ist bemerkenswert: gekochte Eier, Rührei, kleine Omelettes sowie Spiegeleier "Sunny side down", wie ich es am liebsten mag. Dazu Würstchen und knusprigen bacon. Große Auswahl an Kaffeespezialitäten, Kuchen, Obst, Säfte, Baguette. Am Nachmittag gibt es ein Kaffee-/Kuchenbuffet. Ich hatte ein ruhiges, großes und elegantes Einzelzimmer zum Hinterhof mit Parkettfußboden. Die Fassade des Hotels und das Foyer mit Kronleuchtern erinnern an einen romantischen Film aus den Goldenen Zwanzigern des vorherigen Jahrhunderts. Die Mitarbeitenden an Rezeption, Frühstücksservice und Hotelbar sind hilfsbereit und höflich.

• Gabi aus HH (9/5): Kurztrip - Gutes Frühstück und sehr Nachhaltig gedacht, da kaum einzelne Verpackungen wie zum Beispiel Marmeladen benutzt werden. Nette Gäste eine Kleinigkeit in der Minibar und etwas Obst, Kuchen, Kaffee und Wasser zur freien Verfügung am Nachmittag. Direkt Fussläufig am Bahnhof, nettes Personal, sehr sauberes Zimmer und das Preisleistungsverhältnis unschlagbar für Frankfurt. ./.

• Ingrid (8/5): Das nostalgische Ambiente dieses Hotels war mal etwas Anderes und hat uns sehr gefallen. - Gefallen hat uns der freundliche Empfang, die Größe des Zimmers, das kostenlose Getränkeangebot und das umfangreiche Frühstücksangebot. Die Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig und bei entsprechender Nachbarschaft zeitweise nicht gerade angenehm.

• Gary (7/5): Nice hotel, unnecessary manual check in procedure - Great location by railway station for overnight stop between trains. Comfortable rooms. Nice lobby. Check in required me to manually renter all my personal information into a tablet at reception whilst the receptionist stood there and watched me. This should have been copied from the booking or been done by the receptionist. They literally stood there and watched me whilst I did their job for them!

Ohne den mangelhaften TV-Empfang wäre die Bewertung weit besser ausgefallen. - Die Lage am Hauptbahnhof, das gratis Nachmittags-Buffet, Minibar mit kostenlosen Getränken, schnelles Wlan. Es sind nur einige private TV-Programme wie RTL empfangbar. Auf den öffentlich, rechtlichen Programmplätzen wie ARD, ZDF, 3sat u.sw. läuft Werbung. Offensichtlich will das Hotel hier Kabelgebühren sparen. Vor einem halben Jahr liefen wenigstens noch ZDF und 3Sat. Das geht nicht. Wichtige TV-Kanäle gehören zum Standard eines Hotels.

• Akreyi (1/5): - Sijainti lähellä rautatieasemaa. Henkilökunta kohteliaasti palveli Ympäristö todella vaarallinen huumeiden käyttäjistä niin päivällä kuin yöllä. Hotelli huoneet todella vanhoja erittäin huonossa kunnossa. Aamiainen todella suppea ja vähän valikoimaa.

• KANEKO (7/5): 施設は古いけど、朝食は最高！ - 朝食が豪華だった。ハム・チーズの種類が多くて、サーモンまであり、この価格で泊まれる施設の朝食にしてはかなりお得だと思った。 部屋の設備はドイツのホテルの中では充実している方で、洗面所のコップ、シャンプー類（全てロクシタン）やミニバーがあるのは良かった。駅横でとても利便性がよく、遅い時間でも駅にすぐ買い出しに行けるので、困らない。ウェルカムシャンパンがあったのも良かった。（部屋に持ち帰って飲んでもよいと言っていただけたのも子連れには助かった） ティッシュやボディーソープなどは中が空っぽだった。廊下が暗い部屋だったのでちょっと不気味だった。
• Jörg (4/5): Stark in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, welches trotz guter Lage nicht überzeugen konnte. Nie mehr! - Einzig positiv zu erwähnen ist die zentrale Lage am Hbf. Hotel sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen. Eine einzige Person beim Check-In, welche sichtlich überfordert war. Trotz "Self Check-In" musste man noch lange auf die Zimmerkarte warten. Diese war dann am nächsten Tag schon abgelaufen und musste nochmal programmiert werden. Frühstücksbuffet "katastrophal". Nur "billigste" Wurstwaren, Aufbackbrötchen oder verpackter Kuchen. Im Frühstücksraum waren Staub- oder Spinnenweben an den Lampen und Bildern. Zimmer ebenfalls sehr alt und Badezimmer stark abgenutzt. Minibar war kostenlos, dafür aber der Kühlschrank bei Ankunft ausgesteckt. Aufgrund einer "Messe" für diesen "Service" über 300€ für zwei Nächte gezahlt! Nicht mal die Hälfte war dies wert.
