Guest Reviews
- jacques (8/5): Bon emplacement, quartier calme.

- Martin (5/5): Good property, poorly managed - View from the window, spacious room with high sealings. Parking was a huge bonus Dirtiest place ive been to. Stains of the carpet, dirty walls, smelly pillows, blankets(duvets) were so dirty from white they were gray. Hot water was not available most of the time.
All of mentioned above is not that bad. What made it a bad experience is, that there is no hospitality involved in this accommodation, two bathrooms with no soap, bring your own shampoo, because there is none. Buy your own washing powder, if you would like to use the laundry machine. There is a coffee machine as well, but you have guessed right, no coffee. Not even a bottle of water left for us to feel welcomed. The property is managed by a “professional” company that specialises in short term rentals, i would invite such professionals to stay over one night. This property has such potential, but struggles from really bad operations and care from the rental company.

- Irina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Toma (9/5): cudos to communication staff, they were helpful, but cleaning staff were not profesional, we found opened soup, patch so - Spacious, nice view, parking, heating To soft beds, dirty kitchen utencils, no kitchen towels, too thin toilet paper, only 1set of towels for 4nights included in the price and plus city taxes
- Peter (1/5): A COMPLETE RIPOFF! STAY AWAY - Only the location was not too bad! Else a complete rip off! Dimorra - Orazio on the Castle, Naples, Italy
If ever we were made feeling not welcome, then we just hit the jackpot!
Old building, ok we can deal with, but an old almost broken down kitchen? We cannot!
Ok, the bedroom was comfy enough, view out of the apartment was decent, but that is where it pretty much stopped!
The bedroom had Metal shutters, once raised made noise of unreal big sound
Adding the heating element which had a constant knocking effect, terrible, hardly could sleep through
The air condition, which is supposed to assist with heating, switches off after 10-15 minutes! (Remember the temperature outside was average 6C during our stay)
Main road just outside apartment was noisy as hell!
Steep stairs up the the so called ground floor flat, directly over looking the busiest road there can be, welcome to crappy Napoli! (I admit I should have done a better job reviewing this place & location)
At the price of a 5 star hotel, we got a YMCA, (which could have been probably better) 1950,- Euro for 8 nights!
Old TV, only Italian channels, so called smart TV, no apps, etc etc
Internet ok, but password a mile long, who was the rocket scientist who put this together?
But the worst is the kitchen & bath:
WOW!
No water boiler
No coffee maker
Hardly any utensils!
Pot, pan etc old and overused!
Not even a simple microwave!
No kitchen/tea towels?
No kitchen wipes?roll?
The kitchen exhaust completely broken
Oven Dirty,
Cutlery a consortium of old and partially overused/broken knifes, forks & spoons
freezer very ultra dirty!
Toilet/Bath:
Main bath, water never gets hotter then lukewarm
Toilet, hardly gets the cistern refilled
2nd shower cannot adjust hot & cold water,
The water hardly empties from shower base (I assume drain pipe stuck)
No glassware! (Only 2 for tooth brush, 1 green for water)
Laundry detergent?
Body wash & shampoo, 4 small packets/envelope’s for an 8 day stay, for 2 persons ?
- Hachem (6/5): Pleasant -
- Alexandra (7/5): Beautiful apartment and I would go back - The location is exceptional! Beautiful view! The apartment is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms would require a bit of restructuring. The cleaning could be improved.
- Dali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dave1896 (8/5): Very good -
- Audrey (8/5): Fabulous stay in Naples - Very spacious comfortable clean cool apartment, with cable car next door. No shops or restaurants nearby, without a long walk or taking cable car.
- Mags1961 (8/5): Very good - The apartment was large and comfortable with marble floors, lovely high ceilings, nice decor and character features. It was very cool on arrival, which was great. Having two bathrooms was also great, as was having the second bedroom to use as a storage space and dressing room (we had a lot of stuff). The distant view of Vesuvius and the harbour was gorgeous, especially from one of the bedrooms. The parking space would have been useful if we'd picked up the hire car earlier. Communication via WhatsApp worked well, when I realised we didn't have the info needed to get in, and we were finally able to get into the apartment using the clever automated system (no key, no code required). Great to be somewhat outside the central Naples hustle and bustle, up on the hill, as its a crazy city.. The apartment felt very safe, in the little courtyard, behind the electric gates and was very self-contained. The funicolare was fun! I didn't receive the information I should have, prior to arrival. Using WhatsApp hadn't worked and I didn't realise this until we were standing outside the apartment with all our cases! That was a bit stressful as it was 10pm. The kitchen is quite simply equipped, by UK standards, and lacked cereal/pasta bowls, larger plates, serving bowls. There was no water (or wine) in the fridge on arrival and it was a good job we'd brought some as there are no shops or restaurants anywhere nearby. The road outside the apartment is very busy and we aren't used to traffic noise all through the night, but we got used to it by the third night.
- Julia (8/5): Spacious apartment, great views - Great apartment, very spacious with large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a comfortable sitting room. The aircon in the lounge was a blessing as the weather was very hot and humid. Fabulous views over the bay to Vesuvius from both bedrooms.
The virtual key worked a treat and the virtual concierge was easy to contact via WhatsApp.
The best/nearest supermarket is a short walk away (but the roads are steep and windy) - Conad City. Largo Sermoneta 22/a.
We stayed here to be near our conference venue - Villa Doria d'Angri which is very close by. A cab into central Naples cost us between EUR11 and EUR15 one way, depending on the driver. You can catch one outside Hotel Paradiso on Via Catullo, which is just around the corner. The only note of caution was that we left some croissants in a paper bag on the kitchen table overnight and they were covered with ants the next morning, so I'd advise keeping any fresh food in the fridge.
We weren't sure what to do with plastic and glass bottles - perhaps give more information on where they can be recycled.
- Rochelle (8/5): We had a good stay overall - The property was spacious and clean and had most items we needed.
It has a nice view of the bay We missed some items like drying cloths in the kitchen.
There was no kettle (only moka pot)
