- Giles (5/5): Could have been amazing due 2 location but v dirty & safety issues worse than backpacker standards - Location is amazing. Parking easy. Central. Family orientated. Decent size for urban location. Flat unclean. Was told it was cleaned day before, turned out to be 10 days prior as confirmed from cleaner. Multiple dangerous issues, nails in carpet. Bunk beds unsafe to use. Hosts denied this but then handyman turned up and bolted bespoke brackets in so we were clearly not making it up. Taps broke off the bath so had a night without water. Bunk is dangerous and unusable for kids. To be fair they were responsive speed wise but the volume of issues just really suggests this is a owner/property management who are doing the bare minimum cost and cleanliness wise
