• Jarlath Lavelle (8/5): 4 days in Libertel , Paris - I lime this hotel as there was lovely staff there,at reception, and in the dining room as well, they were so polite and helpful to all visitors who stayed there. I didn't like the fact that a metro line ran under the building for 20 of the 24 hours in a day, obviously the hotel owners can't do anything about that. It was hard to sleep sometimes though, as the room shook a bit from the vibrations. A lot of homeless people hang around outside the hotel and some shops nearby, drinking openly and making a mess of the area..😒

• Mateusz (5/5): Duszno i ciasno - Pokój był czysty. Dużym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja – bardzo blisko dworca, co znacznie ułatwia poruszanie się i podróżowanie. Największym minusem był brak możliwości regulacji temperatury w pokoju – było duszno i gorąco. Klimatyzacja byla wylaczona. Zgłosiłem to obsłudze, jednak jedyną sugestią było otwarcie okna, co nie rozwiązywało problemu. Pokój był dość ciasny, a telewizor stary, bez funkcji Smart TV, ustawiony w nietypowy sposób – praktycznie przy łóżku, od strony nóg, co było mało komfortowe. Dodatkowo śniadania były monotonne, codziennie serwowane było praktycznie to samo. Moim zdaniem cena niedopowiednia do tego standardu pokoju i braku klimatyzacji.
• Ingrid (9/5): Alles topp, gerne wieder. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich .Es wurde immer schnell aufgefüllt. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich . Meine Schwester und ich waren sehr zufrieden. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

D’ailleurs quand on voit le prix du petit déjeuner et ce qu’il y a sur le buffet c’est un peu limite. Notre chambre était au premier étage et nous avons entendu le bruit du métro jusqu’à la fermeture et reprise du bruit à 5:45. C’est bon à savoir.

Die Lage an der Gare de l‘Est super und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen von Paris! Das Frühstück! Es war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich und einige Angebote sahen nicht sehr frisch aus! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Außerdem war es sehr störend, dass ein Mitarbeiter mit einem quietschenden Servierwagen ständig im Raum unterwegs war, um Tische ab- oder einzudecken. Das sind wir aus anderen Hotels diskreter und ruhiger gewöhnt!

• Matthew John (9/5): Good stay hotel ın the center - The location of the hotel is very accessible. It's just in front of Gare de L'Est which connects to a lot of lines. It's close to Republique, Strasbourg Saint-Denis and Gare du Nord. You can walk from Gare du Nord if you don't have a lot of luggage. The staff, especially Fallon, was very helpful about check-in concerns, leaving the luggage and other requests. The room was clean and adequate for my use. The bathroom was clean and nice. There's a very nice boulangerie in front of the hotel and lots others around the hotel which was nice. There's also a Monoprix supermarket beside it.

On entend le métro mais avec des bouchons d'oreilles ça passe. Je ne suis pas sûre que l'on puisse se passer de bouchons d'oreilles dans aucun établissement de Paris 🙂

It’s literally in front of the train station and the metros too. There is even a supermarket next to it . The location is perfect .

• REGINA (5/5): A postura do hotel foi lamentável. - A localização é ótima e o quarto é bom. O valor da diária bastante alto e o que se espera é, no mínimo, um bom atendimento, mas não foi o que aconteceu comigo. Semana passada eu estava hospedada nesse hotel e por 2 dias seguidos a xícara de chá não foi lavada ou trocada no quarto. Levei a xícara suja na recepção para trocar e a sra Fa(xxx), falou MUITO ESTUPIDAMENTE que não podia fazer nada, para eu a levar de volta ao quarto porque estava sozinha no hotel (e eu com isso???). Pois bem, eu a levei de volta e duas horas depois, voltei e disse à mesma atendente que não voltaria com a xícara suja para o quarto novamente (um absurdo) e ela continuou sendo ESTUPIDA. Eu voltei para o quarto e em seguida, a porta bateu e era ela com uma xícara limpa. Jamais se pode tratar um hóspede com grosseria. Voltando ao Brasil, reportei ao Booking que enviou a reclamação ao hotel, que me respondeu minimizando o problema, que foi um problema de idioma, já que nenhum atendente fala português. Eu interpretei isso como ironia, mas a conversa foi toda em inglês. LAMENTÁVEL a postura do hotel que nem se justificou quanto ao que ela me falou... pra voltar com a xícara suja!!!

N'accepte surtout pas d'être logé au premier étage, on entend le métro passer sous l'immeuble. Le bruit résonne jusque dans la structure de l'immeuble et du lit, impossible de dormir avant minuit et après 5 h du mat' ! Donnant sur la rue, j'entendais aussi le trafic des bus et voitures. La déco de la salle de bain est assez vieillote. Bref, impossible de lâcher prise et de récupérer.
