- Irys (1/5): The ad was misleading in that it was not a hotel residence, but a simple apartment, no reception, no service, only locke - The location Furniture inadequate, table for one person only, two chairs, four plates. Old building, you can hear each tome the neighbor above flushes the water into the toilets. No ventilation in the bathroom.
- O.mandel (9/5): Superb - This apartment is very nice, comfortable and well decorated. It has a large balcony where you can seat, have a drink and enjoy the views of Erevan. It is located in the city center but on the same time, the street is quite quiet. It is also equipped with all needed stuff and furniture . Finally, the owner is very reactive and will help you for any kind of assistance. I really recommend this apartment which can accomodate 1 or 2 persons. Nothing.

The apartment is very clean, roomy, warm and comfortable. The kitchen is very nice and has everything you need. The bed is great. We check-in ourselves easily with very clear instructions. Big thanks for the host! There wasn't a thing we didn't like here

- Mark (10/5): Must try and Worth to stay, No regret at all. - Apartment is perfect location in between of republic square and cascade complex . Place is so fancy and classy a lot of local good restaurants around the area and easy to walk as everything is nearby to apartment. And the owner Mr. Dav is very hands on and he will make sure that your stay is comfortable and relax. Apartment it self is so clean, nice balcony view of the street the best to have coffee while watching the busy street don’t worry about the noise you will not heard any vehicles noise it’s a soundproof apartment. Its a thumbs up for me 👍🏼 No at all
