• Matěj (3/5): - Apartmán je situovaný na jakési pofiderní chodbě a velmi nepěkných prostorách. Wifi nefungovala. Ubytování nebylo ani čisté. Bylo to velké zklamání.

• Radoslav (6/5): Zlepšit komunkaci a check-in. - Prosím, příště utřít prach na a pod nočním stolkem v koutě. Komunikace nebudila důvěru. Chybí skříň na šaty. Ručník na ruce není kam pověsit. Na emailový dotaz, zda jsou v ceně i poplatky za pobyt nebylo reagováno. Opětovně jsem dotaz zaslal jako odpověď na pokyny k pobytu. Paní Paníčková potvrdila, že jsou obsaženy v ceně. Když jsem upozornil, že jsem od poplatku osvobozen a požádal o jeho vrácení, tak mi přišel nepodepsaný email o tom, že paní Páníčková nemá oprávnění komunikovat s hosty. Poněkud divné, když od ní přišly pokyny k pobytu. V ármci přihlášení byl požadována sken OP. Ten jsem neposlal, protože u neznáme firmy hrozí poměrně velké riziko zneužití. Musí jim stačit základní údaje z OP. Rozhodně ne fotka a rodné číslo.

• Makhniuk (9/5): Дуже гарне розташування- варто уточнити інструкції щодо паркування та замка. - Гарні апартаменти, зручне розташування прямо в центрі Не було світла в коридорі, в обʼяві було зазначено паркування в наявності, виявилось, що потрібно шукати самотужки в центрі міста, де це наразі проблематично - платна стоянка поруч - 380 крон за добу. Дуже складний вхідний цифровий замок - промучилась втомлена із відкриттям.

• Pablo (9/5): Superb - Good location, comfortable, enough room to stay and sleep and nice balcony (if you go at the right season). Really nice. Only two tiny details: - The bath/shower should have a screen or curtain to prevent water from falling outside. - Water boiler and dishes were not left clean by previous guests, so I preferred to not use them.
• Helena (4/5): Basic and disappointing - Good location and quiet area There was no proper mattress, it was a mattress topper. No shower curtain which meant that water got everywhere. Some dirty cups. No information on how to get on the WiFi. Wrong instructions were given on how to enter the property (you have to pull the door not push and you need to scan the tag at the elevator too). Overall it was basic and when you pay for an apartment you expect to have more than a hotel and this was less.

• Sigridur (6/5): Good but needs improvement - The location was great, the directions for the key were good, the pictures helped a lot. It is a good place to crash for a short time for sure. Very ikea catalog-esque. The lock was horrible, we nearly didn't manage to get in. The bed was really hard, the mattress was a very thin sponge mattress. There were no handtowels, just 2 regular towels and there was no handsoap in the bathroom. Also there is no shower curtain and the bath doesn't have a plug so you also cannot take a bath. These are really minor things that could be improved easily and cheaply to make this accommodation fantastic, but without them they really bring down the place.

• Carlos (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in a fairly safe, quiet area and accessible to the center. 100 meters away is the tram 1 stop which takes you directly to the bus and train station. The room was clean and quite comfortable. On my next trip to Brno I would not hesitate to make a reservation there again.

• Karolina (8/5): Very good - Accomodation was fine, I've only stayed for 1 one night but equipment seemed great even for longer stays. Kitchen was quite big so you'd be able to cook there comfortably. Location was great, apartment was quiet. Would appreciate blinds some other kind of privacy shield on the windows (apart from the curtains) as people from apartments across the courtyard are able to see right inside if you don't close the curtains. There was strong cigarette smell through the entire stay, which I originally though was from previous guests, unfortunately it was from neighbors so there is not a lot to do about it. I didn't have any trouble locating the lockbox, it did take me some time to find the entrance to the building tho.
