Annette (6/5): Owners tried to offer alternative address which I tried to check out but it was very scary entrance and stairs so I did - Property was ok Was on 17th level. Too hard to get instructions for access.
Hanka (1/5): This place utterly failed to respect our privacy, subjected us to constant disturbances, left us in a filthy environment - Location My stay at this accommodation was nothing short of a nightmare. On the very first day, staff members barged into our room without knocking while they were conducting repairs on the entire floor, including our room. We politely asked them to knock next time and reminded them that we had rented the room and expected our privacy to be respected. Despite our leniency, we were woken up every single day at 6 AM by loud noises from the next room, which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. We tried to be understanding, but it was becoming increasingly difficult. The next day, the owner messaged me requesting permission to fix something in the bathroom. They came while we were in the room, which was okay because we were there. Later that evening, as we were about to leave, the owner came again without notice. We expressed our discomfort with people constantly entering our room, especially without our permission and with our belongings inside. We politely asked them to only come when we were present. Despite our clear request, we returned to find that someone had been in our room. To add insult to injury, the workers did not clean up after themselves following their repairs, leaving the place in a complete mess. The final straw came shortly after we returned, when someone tried to enter our room again. This led to a confrontation with the owner, who not only argued with us but also hurled racist insults in a derogatory manner.
