• Francisco (9/5): Óptima opção próximo da Estação Central - A aplicação para abertura das várias portas (prédio e apartamento), tamanho do apartamento, insonorização e a reactividade dos funcionários quando solicitados por mensagem. O elevador não é muito prático quando utilizado com malas grandes, mas é apenas um detalhe.
• Simon (7/5): Nice facility, just needs a little more practical though on some aspects. - Nice and clean, missing a drying facility for clothes after being washed. No airer or dryer. This was really the only challenging part. If your guest needs to download an app, read email instructions to access electronically a property. Provide the information in advance, not when there are standing at the door with limited signal to try and understand the instructions. Tired and just wanting to enter the property. Also there is little point in locating a security box in the wardrobe that is not fixed to anything, so it can be carried out. Also both keys to the box are left with the box, in the event a guest loses the keys or takes them in error, you cannot access the box.

• Lamia (8/5): That’s a good value compared to the price. - The location it’s very good near to limo metro station , the Ac very good . It’s too dusty the room and there is bad smell from the shower ☹️

• Marie (10/5): Modern and comfy flat - Very nice, clean and modern appartement, well located (right next to the Lima station) and great communication with the staff.

• Asatryan (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is 👌 , the apartment is in the middle of central 🚉 and duomo . Near the apartment all shops where you can do shopping. Daniel did his best. Thank you him for everything Some smell in the bathroom, but everything was so good that you can ignore it.
• Hovhannes (6/5): Overall seems overrated. - The property was really close to the underground station that significantly simplified traveling around. There was not enough space - to place suitcase after arrival rather than keeping it in the center of the room. The bed was short: I am not a giant, but even for me it was short.

• Georgios (5/5): Not as expected. More suitable for 2 people. - Near metro station it was not properly equipped. Many things missing or inadequate. When arrived many furniture was broken (chair in living room, wooden drawer in bathroom ) including a lamp with broken glasses on it. Unacceptable knowing kids would be living there. Host fixed the lamp in a day.

• אפרת (9/5): Superb - Thomaso, the owner, was wonderful and tried to help us as much as he could. He was always available when we needed him!!! The location is excelent!!! Just above the metro station. The apartment was a bit small but nice and comfortable.
• Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect. The apartment is in a good location, 30 mins walk to the city center, there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartament was clean, the commumication went great, all the details were sent in due time, and the host was very prompt into answering. There is nothing it could have been improved, excepting our time there - we only spent a couple of nights, but for sure you can easily spend several weeks there, as the apartment has everything you might need for a super comfortable stay. :)
• Alex (10/5): Elegant, comfortable in a perfect position - Very clean, elegant with all facilities. Located in a strategic position. Access was easy and quick.
• Stephen (9/5): Great stay, helpful staff and very safe - I liked the design of the room, it had a great shower and bathroom which is a massive plus after a long day out. I think if you were staying longer you'd enjoy it a lot. The door access is through an app and that may not work for you how you'd like, had a glitch day one but the staff were helpful getting me in.

The apartment is in a convenient location with quick access to the city center. it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, extremely clean and well-maintained. Our host Tommaso was extremely kind, available at all times. I would come back again on my next visit to Milan.
