• Catarina (1/5): Por mais que queiram poupar dinheiro não fiquem neste alojamento - O único ponto positivo é mesmo a localização. Primeiramente, quando inicialmente fizemos o check-in disseram-nos que só poderiam dar-nos toalhas limpas a partir das 20h30. Quando o fizeram, duas das toalhas tinham buracos. Segundo, na descrição do nosso quarto dizia que teríamos direito a frigorífico-bar e quando chegámos lá não tinha e quando questionámos o senhor da receção ele disse-nos que deve ter sido removido para outro quarto e que não havia nada a fazer. Terceiro, o duche da casa de banho não tem cabine, sendo tudo junto, o duche e a sanita, molha tudo. Achei as condições mesmo péssimas.

• Gianluca (3/5): Deluso al massimo - Posizione centrale La stanza era a piano terra, praticamente in mezzo alla strada, la porta di accesso era rotta quindi poteva accedere chiunque al cortile, in questo modo non garantiva per nulla privacy, per lo più si sentiva tutto essendo che la porta e la finestra erano di bassa qualità, la stanza era sporca e quando siamo arrivati ci è stato consegnato un solo asciugamano (eravamo in due), abbiamo dovuto aspettare l’intera giornata per averne altri. Unica nota positiva è la posizione, per quanto riguarda il soggiorno purtroppo non ho nulla di positivo…

• Nicola (6/5): Non confortevole - La posizione della struttura è a ridosso della piazza Scanderbeg e vicino a molti negozi dove poter fare shopping. L'accesso alla struttura era veramente complicato essendoci lavori in corso per strada si rischiava di cadere e farsi male. Tra ruspe, tubi messi in malo modo e scavi per strada e sul marciapiede, il rischio di inciampare e sbattere per terra era alto. Il bagno in camera era troppo piccolo, per potersi fare la doccia bisognava accendere un autoclave che tirasse su l'acqua per la doccia. Il wifi in camera non funzionava, abbiamo avvisato lo staff ma non hanno fatto nulla per risolvere il problema, stessa cosa anche per la TV che non era collegata all'antenna e non si poteva guardare nulla.

Otopark yok ek ücret var git bul diyorlar. Tuvalet klozet kapak yok hijyen adına hiç birşey yok elektrik kabloları dışarıda tavan küf kokusu. Evin penceresi perde tam kapanmıyor ve dışa geçen sizi görme ihtimali var. İnternet şifresi erişim sıfır ne arkasına yazmışlar ne bize bilgi verdiler . Resimler gördüğünüz gibi size özel şekilde manzarası yok leş bir teras var toz toprak .

• Dennis (1/5): Old, mouldy smell in the apartment and stained furniture. Nightmare to stay at the place - I travel a lot but this is by far the worst accommodation I’ve ever been too. The washroom drainage stinks, and bathroom floods when showering, the house is old and everything is falling apart, the furniture is old with stains. And the house smells of mould and I kept sneezing. Honestly book the place at your own risk.

• Antunes (6/5): - J'ai aimé la proximité avec le centre-ville. Je trouve que le logement est situé un peu aléatoirement, c'est limite gênant de devoir entrer quelque part où il y a des locaux qui habitent et qu'on peut possiblement déranger. J'aime bien me retrouver avec les locaux du pays que je visite mais me situer dans le même bloc me fait penser que je dérange et je n'aime pas donner cette impression. Quand on est entrés, énorme odeur de tabac, c'était étouffant. C'était cité qu'on pouvait fumer dans la terrasse mais là clairement on le sentait dès le hall d'entrée. Je suis même sûr que les fautifs n'ont rien pris comme remarque. Quant aux prises, pourquoi il y en a si peu, y a le strict minimum qui est pour le wifi et la télé. Si vous voulez regarder la télé, et charger votre téléphone, c'est mission impossible (il en eciste une dans la cuisine en cas de besoin mais elle fonctionne pas). aucune prise à proximité des lits ou canapés. Sinon, c'est un logement ok, mais que pour un petit séjour.

• Akın (3/5): SKANDAL - REZALET - z - Konumu nispeten merkezi Iskender Bey Meydanına 10 dakika yürüme. Hiçbir görevli bizi karşılamadı ya da ilgilenmedi. Lavobadan rutubet kokusu geliyordu. Odamın kapısı avludaydi,i diğer misafirlerin tüm sesi odanın için geliyordu. Odada bir dolap ya da askılık dahi yok. Kıyafetlerimizi mini buzdolabının üstüne yığdık.Isıtıcı olarak klima vardı ama hiçbir işe yaramıyordu. Özellikle geceleri çok üşüdük. Odanın temizlendiğini söylemelerine rağmen temiz değildi. Yatağın her yerinde farklı uzunluklarda saçlar vardı. Belli ki en az 2-3 müsteridir temizlenmiyor. Uyuz kapmaktan korktuk. Check-in saati 13:00'di sanırım. Odadan çıkış ise 10:00. Son gün 9 gibi duşa girmek istediğimde odadaki sıcak suyun kesilmişti. Duş alamadan çıktım.

Tutte le norme igienico sanitarie sono state ignorate: Il bagno è completamente da rifare, la doccia è senza copertura e dopo 10 secondi l’acqua smette di defluire e inizia a risalire compreso di sporco e residui. Puzza continua di fogna proveniente dal bagno ha reso la permanenza al limite del vivibile. No Phone. Ciabatte di plastica usate più e più volte da ospiti precedenti. Divano e tappeto pieni di polvere e vecchi. Letto con copertura in tessuto impregnato di polvere e con macchie. Assenza di tenda, la mattina già dalle 5 entra tutto il sole. Presenza di 3 prese in tutta la casa di cui solo 2 funzionanti. Dovevamo viverci per 3 giorni, ma dopo la 1 notte siamo fuggiti in un altro hotel.

• Luca (2/5): Einfach wiederlich und unmenschlich - Mir hat an der Unterkunft gefallen, dass es noch bis 23:00 Uhr möglich war einzuchecken. Es war die schlechteste und gesundheitsschädlichste Unterkunft, in der ich je geschlafen habe. Alles war richtig eklig, schimmelig und einfach wiederlich. Wir hatten nach dem Schlafen ganz viele kleine Bisse am Körper die unfassbar doll gejuckt haben. Ich tippe mal auf Bettwanzen. Wir mussten ebenfalls mit weit offenen Fenstern schlafen, da wir sonst am Schimmel erstick wären (Bilder). Schon als wir eingecheckt haben hat’s nach Schimmel gestunken, doch erst mal konnten wir es nicht zuordnen. Durch die wundervolle Baustelle vor der Unterkunft und den gezwungenen offenen Fenster, konnten wir im Urlaub maximal bis um 07:00 Uhr morgens schlafen, da wir dann durch „angenehme“ Baustellengeräusche geweckt wurden🙄 Doch uns blieb ja nichts anderes übrig, da man ansonsten kaum atmen konnte. Ebenfalls war die Toilette und die Dusche eine Zumutung. Die Dusche ohne Vorhang oder Ähnlichem und die Toilette mit abgebrochener Brille und übelst verschimmelt. -Habe dann unterwegs in Restaurants oder Cafés mein Geschäft verrichtet👌🏻 Ebenfalls war die Temperaturregulierung in der Unterkunft kaum möglich. Es war mir aus einem unerklärlichen Grund, sehr sehr warm in der Wohnung (bestimmt 27°C) obwohl die maximal Temperatur über den Tagen 23°C betrogen und es schon Nachts mit angenehmen 18° waren. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage wollten wir uns natürlicher Weise nicht anmachen, da wir wahrscheinlich ansonsten sehr erkrankt wären. Als wir ausgecheckt und die Probleme angesprochen haben, schienen die Mitarbeiter gespielt erstaunt und haben sich entschuldigt. Doch keine einfache Entschuldigung, kann diesen Aufenthalt im „Budget Retreat Tirana & Studios“ - „Unterkunft“ je entschuldigen.

Сначала мы ждали 15 минут, что б нас заселили, потом нам показали номер и это по факту строй площадка, могу приложить фото и видео. Все грязное и в пыли, на входе запах кошачьей мочи. В самом номере было так же грязно, была сломанная кровать, на которой просто не получилось бы спать , так как она была под наклоном и само основание тоже было сломанно. в ванной было грязно, плесень или ещё что-то под туалетом и биде. мы пробыли в номере максимум 5 минут, после чего пошли к администратору с вопросом как это можно решить, мы спрашивали о замене номера, на что он отказал, хотя на букинге все ещё показывало свободные комнаты. тогда мы попросили возврат средств, администратор кому то позвонил и нам сказали следующее - вы заселились в 3 pm , уже прошло слишком много времени и нельзя отменить. но мы заселились позже, и все время были с администратором. мой парень ждал его на улице, ТК он пошёл разменять деньги для сдачи, я пошла в номер, в номер Я вошла в 17.36, и в первую же минуту увидела сломанную кровать, а потом уже и все остальное. В итоге мы попросили связаться с менеджером и поговорили с ним, рассказав что произошло, он согласился вернуть деньги. но опять не без проблем, администратор хотел нас обмануть на 700 Лек, сказав, что уже их отдал (700 Лек-это была наша сдача с 3000) , а он их отминусовал со стоймости жилья(2300) и отдал только 1600, долго делал вид, что ничего не понимает, и говорил, что все правильно... Крайне не рекомендую, хоть и очень дёшево, но тут нельзя жить, можно найти вариант чуть дороже, но с нормальными условиями.

The shower didn’t work properly, and the walls were extremely thin, so all noise came through. On top of that, the room was at a completely different address than what was listed on Booking.

There are no bathroom slippers as detailed. There has been a lot of noise since 7:00 AM due to construction work next door. There is no wardrobe. The refrigerator freezer is full of frozen items. There is no trash can inside the room; it's only in the bathroom. There is no clothes rack in the bathroom. Water collects on the bathroom floor due to the floor's uneven slope.

• Christina (6/5): - Great location. Clear instructions on how to get to the place. Very thin walls, you could hear everything from the room next to you. I stayed before, place havent improved, but prices are going up. For me the price quality ratio not good anymore. They could make so much more of the place. For instance there is a rooftop terrace, but not even a chair to sit on.

This property represents a serious case of misrepresentation and failure to meet even the most basic standards of habitability, hygiene, transparency, and guest safety. From the moment of arrival, it was immediately clear that the accommodation bears no meaningful resemblance to the listing. Most critically, there was no water whatsoever, making it impossible to use the toilet or shower. In addition, the shower head was completely broken and unusable, further confirming that even the most basic facilities are not functional. This alone renders the property unfit for any stay. Furthermore, the room that was advertised and booked on Booking.com is not the room that was provided. A completely different and severely degraded apartment was given instead — a damaged, dirty space with a strong unpleasant odor, visible mold, and poor overall condition. The bathroom is in a severely deteriorated and poorly maintained condition, with visible damage. There is extensive mold, high humidity, and a persistent, strong odor throughout the apartment, indicating a serious lack of maintenance and potential health concerns. There are also clear safety risks, including exposed electrical elements in close proximity to water and a defective door lock that does not provide adequate security. In addition, the location of the property is misleading. The address shown on Booking.com is not the actual location. After completing the booking, I was instructed to go to a different address that is not disclosed anywhere in the listing. This resulted in additional transportation costs and unnecessary inconvenience while carrying luggage. Equally concerning is the lack of basic transparency and professionalism. I paid in cash and was never provided with a receipt, despite clearly requesting one. I was told I would be contacted, which never happened. Even after following up after check-out and requesting that it be sent via email, my message was read and ignored.
