• Lauren (8/5): Excellent location terrible communication - The location is absolutely fantastic and the flat was well equipped. It would have been a struggle to fit 4 people unless it was for sleeping only and no food but two people cooking basic meals it was good. There is security so it felt very safe. The communication was terrible. I only received check in instructions at 11pm the night before I checked in and whilst at the property, I only needed to ask the host one question (where the bins can be emptied) and I got no reply. I messaged twice, two days apart and the host didn’t even bother opening my messages. In the grand scheme of things it wasn’t an important question and we found out where to take rubbish (the basement) but if I had an emergency I would have been in trouble. The worst communication I have experienced in an apartment before.

• Amanda (9/5): - Super bem localizado, do lado da estação de metrô (só atravessar a rua) e a duas quadras da praia de Copacabana. Próximo ao Copacabana palace. Tinha toalhas, lençóis, chuveiro quente e internet boa (tivemos que trabalhar de lá e não tivemos problemas). Tinha um porteiro que foi um pouco grosseiro com a gente, mas os demais foram super solícitos e simpáticos.

• Tara (8/5): Well located and pleasant place to stay - Good location with easy access to the metro, beach, groceries, restaurants etc. Porters were friendly and the host was quick to respond to any questions. Lots of street noise at night made it hard to sleep. Very basic apartment. Small for two individuals but good to use as a landing pad if you plan to be out all day and night.

• Michał (10/5): Great appartment a few steps from Copacabana - The apartment is located in a large building, and there is a security guard at the entrance, making it really safe. It was big enough to host our family of 5, although one of the kids used a mattress set on the floor. We could prepare a simple breakfast using the kitchen, even air-fry our pao de queijo. The location is excellent, just two blocks from the Copacabana beach and Blue Note Rio. There are terrific places to eat around, as well as washing facilities and stores. It's very well communicated with buses going everywhere around the city, and the metro station is just around the corner. Everything was just great, no complaints!
• Michał (1/5): They didn’t let in my family with kids in the middle of the night! - Terrible place. Avoid it! They didn’t let us in when we arrived at night even though I sent them múltiple messages with the time of our arrival.

• Larissa (9/5): Tudo limpo e organizado a muito aconchegante - Apartamento muito espaço com conforto e anfitriã deixou tudo arrumado e organizado para nos receber. Água do chuveiro não esquenta muito, dá para ouvir um pouco de barulho da rua no quanto.

E Vou voltar - O Apartamento é completo, muito limpo, equipado com tudo o que você pode precisar, e fica numa localização ótima (perto da praia, mercado, farmácia, restaurante, metrô). O check in é fácil e a anfitriã compartilha ótimas dicas. A janela do quarto não tem um isolamento tão bom em relação a barulho. Não chega a atrapalhar o sono, mas pode ser melhorado no futuro.
