• Svetlana (10/5): - Нам все понравилось, особенно бесконтактное заселение и выселение. Квартира чистая, всё необходимое есть, расположение отличное, хозяин всегда на связи, на все вопросы отвечал оперативно. Запах канализации, но за это не снижаю оценку. Ну и как пожелание, летом думаю важно, поставить в спальнях сетки на окна.

• Ieva (7/5): Spacious, well-located flat with easy access, but noise, light intrusion, and odour issues affect comfort during overnig - Very clear arrival instructions shared in advance via WhatsApp. Excellent central location within walking distance of key attractions, removing need for public transport. The flat is generously sized, with two bedrooms and notably high ceilings, creating an open and airy feel. Flexible payment option with cash accepted on departure. Significant noise disturbance from the flat above between late evening and early morning, which made resting difficult. The smaller bedroom suffers from excessive light at night due to neighbouring properties. A persistent sewage smell throughout the apartment was noticeable, likely due to the old town setting.

Merkeze, en çok bilinen nizami meydanına,denize 10.Dk.lık yürüyüş mesafesinde.Bina dışarıdan bakıldığında eski gibi gözüküyor ama içi resimdeki gibi mükemmel döşenmiş.Ev sahipleri çok cana yakın kimseler. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Sevmediğim bir yanı yok.Her şeyiyle mükemmel.

• Natalia (10/5): - Бесконтактное заселение. Цена - качество! Квартира и её расположение отличное, в квартире было всё необходимое, всё чисто и опрятно. Вся бытовая техника в рабочем состоянии, комплекта посуды и столовых приборов хватило на всех. Душевая и туалет: напор воды, полотенца, вся сантехника, стиральная машина - всё без нареканий. Пожелание... 1. В комнате с односпальной кроватью повесить шторку блэкаут, так как окно выходит во двор, где всю ночь горит свет. 2. Добавить на кухню кастрюлю 3 л.

• Hasan (9/5): Superb - I highly recommend this apartment if you would like to stay in Baku. Apartment was very clean and comfortable to stay, there is everything you need. it is very convenient if you stay with family and children. Location is very good to reach center and old city by walk and other important locations if you take a taxy or bus in Baku. During our stay neighborhood was very calm, no noise bothered us.

• Murtaza (8/5): Apartment location was amazing. - The location was superb, the owner was good in response and kitchen is fully equipped with all basics things. Despite multiple maintenance visits, the hot water issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I would like to highlight that air conditioning is only available in the main salon. As a result, it's necessary to keep the room door open to benefit from the cooling, which is not ideal for comfort or privacy.

• Shirinbayli (9/5): Great location. Comfortable and clean apartment. A lot of near by shops, restaurants. - Home was clean and nice. Location is amazing, I love that part of Baku. It is literally in the city center, but it the part where you can still see traditional Baku as well. As a bonus, there was a grocery shop near by like 5 min walk. If you are coming with your car, it is very hard to park there. Additionally, I would love to have at least one water bottle, as it is hot in Baku, and I prefer not to drink tap water.

• Andras (10/5): Better than a tiny hotel room - Clean, pleasantly furnished apartment in an old house. The staircase is a bit worn and it may be difficult for older people. Good location: the Old town and the pedestrian zone are a like 10 minutes walk away. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Check-in / check-out process is easy and contactless. You will receive all the information before your arrival. Gasem is an attentive and helpful host.
• Viktoriia (10/5): A very nice place to stay - It's a cozy flat located in one of the old 2-3-storey buildings of Baku. The location is great if you have no trouble walking (it takes about 15 mins to walk to the Old City). If travelling with the elderly, however, you might want to choose something else. The apartment itself is very clean and cozy. Feels like visiting a distant relative in Baku, in the best sense. Very nice bathroom: recently renovated and large. The rooms aren't big, but it's a great value for money given you get the entire apartment instead of a room at a hotel. The owner is very responsive and friendly. We are happy with our stay, thank you!

• Ryan (10/5): Nice and cosy place to stay for solo or small family. Walking distance from city centre. - Good location, lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Balcony to sit, and TV has a lot of channels, Azeri, Russian etc. Master bedroom could have thicker curtains, as not to let light in as easily. Not too bad though.
• Shakil (10/5): Perfect cozy modern apartment in central Baku - This apartment is really a hidden gem in central Baku. The building exterior doesn't justify apartment's value, but once we entered the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised. The interiors are very modern. It's a cozy apartment with all required necessities and a balcony. Though the rooms are bit small, this apartment is perfect for smaller family of 3. Room heating was perfect. Even the bathroom floor has heating which is plus in such cold weather. Apartment is accessible from main road, and a big park is just across the road. The apartment is equipped with all required necessities such as fresh linen, towels, kitchen equipments, fridge, TV, washing machine, wi-fi etc. Nizami street is just 5 to 7 minutes walk and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in 5 mins walking distance. The owner is polite and friendly person, he responded all our queries in time. There was a small water clogging issue in bathroom sink, which owner got fixed very quick. I liked the self check-in and check-out process. Owner had given clear instructions about the location and check-in process which was easy. Overall I liked the apartment and will definitely recommend it to others. Nothing major, but we really missed side tables next to Bed, also addition of international adapter would really help foreign tourist guest.
• Rowena (9/5): Cozy and clean unit in a convenient location, with a responsive host. - We had a pleasant and comfortable stay! The property is clean and well-maintained, with complete kitchen facilities, which made it feel like home. The location is very convenient—just a 5-10 minute walk to fast food chains and shops within the city. The host is kind and very responsive. On our second day, we experienced an issue with the room and water heater after coming back from a whole-day tour, but the host immediately came within 5 minutes to fix everything. Overall, a great stay at a reasonable price. Highly recommended! 😊 A few things to note: There’s no parking, and the street is narrow and one-way, so unloading can be a bit challenging if you’re driving. Also, the building itself looks old and not well-maintained, which might give you second thoughts upon arrival. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, be prepared to carry it up the stairs. However, once inside, the unit is surprisingly cozy, clean, and well-kept—definitely better than expected! Overall, a good stay at a reasonable price.

But for our family of 4, they were more than enough. We were 2 adults in 2 children's of year 5 and 6 years old, the apartment was very clean. Everything in this apartment was available. The water was hot and heaters were working. All that you needed was available. The kitchen was equiped very well. All in all, it is a really great choice and the owner was very helpful. Nothing
