Khanh (3/5): Great location but experience isn’t good. - Close to where I needed to be. Great local food spots. Easy access, room is properly cleaned. Need new towels and bed sheets, stains and spots on those items. Hand soap and bath products were so runny, like they fill extra water in it. Bathroom does have a waste water smell occasionally. Other than that, there wasn’t much of any problems with the room itself. Except for the receptionist guy, he has a bad attitude in my experience, I have stayed with Cozrum Homes in another location prior to this one and had no problem there. During my check in I did not see the bell and was trying to use the one time provided code to let myself in the gate, dude loudly shout from the inside “what are you up to?” He let me in and ask what I need with such a bad attitude. How is he even in customer service field?? I came up to my room smelling like smoke but according to Cozrum’s policy there’s a fine for smoking in the room. I thought it was from previous guests so had to go get a room spray for my 3 days stayed. But as I’m leaving my room during my stayed, every time I entered the elevator the smoke odor is so strong, as well as the lobby, turn out the guy is sitting there at the reception desk smoking away. How do you expect guests to not smoke and have your staff smokes at your reception areas?? Property manager should seriously consider talking to the guy or better off hiring students as there’s so many living in the area, they might have much better attitude and appreciate the job more than this dude there. Another problem is the elevator was facing a bathroom, every time it open guests are force to face the toilet each time, one time I was seeing either he was brushing his teething or doing something at the sink, I had to quickly look away because the door was wide open and it was so awkward. Not sure what’s so hard about keeping the bathroom’s door close? Unfortunately overall experience isn’t great.

The toilet didn't clean thoroughly since there were still some shampoo sachets from the previous stay still there. Otherwise, good spot with 24/7 access among yummy street food and easy to access anywhere. Smoking smell
