Mısırda araba gürültüsü olmayan bir yer buldum diye sevinmiştim ancak gece çalışanların gürültüsü ve oda kapılarının sesi sayesinde uykusuz 3 gece geçirdik.Üstelik kendilerini uyarmamıza ordaki yetkililere söylememize rağmen değişen birşey olmadı.Restaurant çalışanları çok ilgisiz sabah kahvaltıda kahve için biraz süt rica ettik süt kahvaltıya dahil değil dediler.Ayrıca restaurantta servis çok ağır.Kahvaltı her gün aynı ve yetersiz.Kaldığımız 3 gün boyunca oda temizlenmediği gibi çöpler dahi alınmadı.Ayrıca bazı odaların ve banyonun penceresi yok.

• María José (5/5): Mejorar - Habitación amplia, cómoda Desayuno poco variado, tienen lo básico. Alrededor del alojamiento parece inseguro y no de buen aspecto. Lamentablemente tuvimos un inconveniente con la información que nos dieron y al hacer el check out nos hicieron cargos extras, tuvimos que hablar con el manager del alojamiento y fue bastante incómodo, nos dijo que era responsabilidad de nosotros por no entender inglés y la verdad creo que no es forma de tratar a los huéspedes, si bien el problema se solucionó y ellos se hicieron cargo, son experiencias opacan la estadía y no son gratas. Lamentablemente sentí que la disposición que tienen es más porque les preocupa el comentario de booking que realmente la experiencia del cliente en el hotel.

• Mara (9/5): Excellent choice! - Mustafa and Keko really made a big difference in the quality of my stay. They were so friendly and helpful, accommodating anything I needed and going the extra step. I appreciated the ability to communicate 24/7 on WhatsApp, having food service available 24/7, and the room was very clean and comfortable. It was very convenient to book the ride to the airport through Mustafa- especially after having a lot of problems with Uber. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. Thank you to everyone! The food was average but happy to have it available

• Manal (10/5): - Thank you so much to all staff! Specially Mostafa and Badr I only stayed for one night, checked in about 8pm very tired after a long day in Giza. I felt really welcomed, showen my room instructions where clear. They checked later to see if things where Ok. As a single female a felt safe. Room was perfect it would have been great if it had a wider window. Breakfast was as I would like it, tea, coffee, orange juice, a mix of Egyptian dishes perfect. Location was quite, and close to most landmarks. I would definitely rebook in the future insha Allah

The room is isolated from external noise Internal noise insulation is quite bad (there’s big gaps at the the bottom of the doors), so you hear clearly noise coming from other guests or common areas

He was always smiling and made sure all my requirements were met, which made a big difference. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. I also enjoyed Egyptian breakfast the food. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Purtroppo ho dovuto lasciare la struttura due giorni prima di quanto avevo già pagato. Mi sono ammalata per l'assenza di reali finestre in camera. Il vento ululava tra gli infissi ed era freddissimo. La colazione povera, fredda, araba e il continuo Ramadan in televisione a tutto volume, mi hanno decisamente spinto ad andarmene. Struttura solo per arabi maschi, io ero l'unica donna presente.

Can fill up water for free, and can leave bags at reception after you check out. Issue with the shower door not shutting but it wasn’t the end of the world!
