It is a good area to stay as it is central and has a lot to do. I would definitely come back again to stay for a longer time. • Valérie (10/5): - I stayed in this studio for two nights initially, and I was so satisfied that I ended up booking an extra night later during a gap between my domestic flights. The location is absolutely ideal, especially for getting to the airport thanks to the fast train line, and it’s also very close to the metro, which makes getting around Kuala Lumpur easy. The studio itself was spotless and very well equipped, with everything you might need: a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, air conditioning, and more. I also really appreciated having access to the building’s facilities, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, and sauna. Check-in was self-service, but everything was clearly explained in advance by the staff, so it went very smoothly. The building feels very secure, and there’s also an option to store luggage for a small fee. The team managing the apartments was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they provided great recommendations on what to see and where to eat, and they were always available via WhatsApp. They even helped me a lot in planning the next steps of my trip. Truly kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur! Nothing

• Karoliina (10/5): Felt like at home, but fancier - I have stayed in many apartment-type accommodations in Kuala Lumpur, and this was among the cleanest. The apartment layout was fun and cosy. I truly felt like at home. The location is great, close to Midvalley Mega Mall and KL Sentral. The LRT will take you also to KLCC and Pasar Seni quickly and conveniently.

Walking distance from Bangsar LRT station through link bridge, and one station away from KL Sentral (the interchange of LRT, monorail, KLIA express, ETS, KTM) and Midvalley Megamall (Abdullah Hukum LRT station). There are also some shops around (KK mart, family mart etc) Efficiency and staff assistance : very³ efficient. They will add you in a WhatsApp group and all the information like procedures for self check-in, tour guide, instructions of using the washing machine will be given. Don't hesitate to ask when there are any doubts. The staff answered my few questions. Cleanliness and space : overall good. Spacious and cozy ambience. Facilities: they provide a charging port with universal sockets to fit the needs of tourists from different nations. There are also many small yet convenient stuffs provided to tourists, like hangers, umbrella, iron & iron board (even the spray bottle), washing machine with dryer function, coffee sachets, earplugs, hairdryers etc. It would be great if there is a light at the staircase there as the light of orange spotlights can't reach the staircase. It can be slightly dangerous while walking down the staircases without any light brightens that side (even though there is a holding pole). The staircases are quite steep.

Tres bon contact avec nos hôtes qui sont très réactifs et fournissent énormément de renseignements sur les activités et bonnes adresses du quartier. Accès facile et abrité jusqu'au métro. L escalier de la mezzanine est un peu raide et la hauteur sous plafond à 1,7 mètres dans la mezzanine.

(10/5): Very nice, spacious room close to Bangsar LRT station - The room was quite spacious and had a nice living room and reasonable kitchen facilities. the building is well located within a five minute walk to the LRT station, which makes it easy to get around the city. The staff did a good job of managing the check-in process and were always available to answer questions. The room was clean and well kept The bedroom is up a steep and narrow flight of stairs which is difficult to navigate, especially if you are an older person. The building is next to a busy road so there is traffic noise, though this was not too bad up on the 33rd floor

• takako (10/5): I will stay here again :) Thank you Lynhomes! - I was looking for affordable accommodation near the station that was clean, quiet, spacious, and had a kitchen, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Based on my experience staying in Airbnb-style accommodations, I wanted a host who was kind and friendly. This accommodation met all of these criteria. My hosts, Lynn, Ellie, and Natalia, almost felt like friends in KL. Ellie even took the initiative to find information for sending an international package from Malaysia to Japan and New Zealand. I particularly wanted to go to Bangsar Village, so my host told me how to get there. The bus was on the other side of the station building, and it was easy to get there by taking bus number 822. Mid Valley Mall is also easily accessible by taking this bus. There's an app that lets you watch bus movements live, which is convenient to install. Better to buy the public transportation card which allows us to get on all public transportation. One guest wrote in a review that the ceiling in the loft bedroom was low, but at 160cm tall, I had no issues. Anyone over 170cm tall simply needs to bend down; any issues with this are the guest's issue, not the accommodation's and the host's. The Establishment is directly connected to Bangsar Station and there is always a security guard on duty. Everyone there was kind and pleasant. The hotel front desk seemed to store luggage for about MYR 5-6, so I think I could just drop my luggage off at my accommodation first. The coin lockers at KL Sentral Station cost MYR 35, so I regret not dropping it off at my accommodation first. The Lynhomes staff also kindly offered to store my luggage for me, but I was worried about whether I would be able to return to my accommodation at the appointed time, so I ended up not doing so I'm planning my next trip to Kuala Lumpur and I'm definitely planning to stay at The Establishment Bangsar KL by Lynhomes. There's a restaurant on the first floor of The Establishment Bangsar. There were no issues. The room was exactly as described on Booking.com. I think Lynn Home of Establishment Apartment Hotel is the best agent among other agents. I highly recommend staying at this property. The views are amazing. There were plenty of lifts in the building and they worked smoothly.

The apartment was so calm and peaceful, that I cancelled the plans for the rest of day and relaxed in after check-in. They don’t let food delivered inside the apartment complex, that’s bit of an inconvenience, other than that, everything was smooth and well done.

They responded to us whenever we had queries and communicated everything well in advance. Stay: The best part about our trip was the stay. We were a group of six, and all six of us had sufficient facilities and amenities. The rooms were well maintained and clean, with everything in working condition. The furniture and beds were comfortable, allowing for a peaceful good night’s sleep. View: The breathtaking view from our balcony and the room was, in itself, a photography spot for us. Facilities: Part of our itinerary was to chill at the jacuzzi and infinity pool and to stay fit with simple workouts at the gym. Pricing: The most affordable value for money stay I have ever seen in my life! Security and Help: They provided 24/7 concierge and security system because of which we had a safe trip without having to worry about our personal belongings. Food and Transport: There is a LRT metro connectivity at the first floor and lots of cuisine options. Be it Malaysian, Indian, Chinese etc so many good quality tasty cuisines. It's a sin to say that we didn't like something in this place. Everything was perfect, Perfect!

The loft bed can be a bit inconvenient to climb up to (steep stairs) and taller people need to crouch to avoid hitting their head. We could still sleep in the sofa bed downstairs which was comfortable enough!

The hosts were responsive, the check-in was smooth and the apartment was just as pictured. Everything was provided, more than I even expected - definitely one of the best apartments my family has been in. Location is also excellent, just 1 stop from KL Sentral - the hub station to get anywhere you want in KL. There's also a bridge straight into the apartment building from the MRT station for extra convenience. The shower door to one of the bathrooms was removed so water can get everywhere.

It has all the necessity we need to living like preparing the body wash and shampoo, the washing machine, two iron and iron boards. Make it easy for us. The Netflix keeps disconnecting from the internet? When we open the YouTube channel, it was fine but the Netflix keep disconnecting. However, the owner was kind to add always approving the email at anytime we ask. Maybe they.should check their Netflix to ensure there is no problem to next customer.

Above all, it is a good starting point for arriving fro - - CheckIn & Check Out Without any problems. - The staff are very attentive and provide all the necessary information before arrival. - The pool and gym in the building are great. - Everything was very clean and well maintained. - The price was acceptable. However, I have stayed in cheaper accommodation in Kuala Lumpur with the same standard and an infinity pool (top floor with an incredible view of the skyline), so the price could be a little lower. What could be improved: - The bathroom is very dark. You might want to consider installing some more lighting. - A bar/railing to help get down from the upper bed would also be helpful (safety).

Coffee provided for my stay and the hosts were exceptional at responding to my enquiries quickly and efficiently. The views from the balcony were also an added bonus. The location is great with a connecting bridge straight to Bangsar station from the hotel with security very visible. I felt very safe during my stay here. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. The netflix account provided was very unstable and I had to contact the hosts on numerous occasions to accept the email confirmation (which they promptly did). In the end I logged into my own account to avoid the bother. But I wouldn't let this put you off at all.

The space was very clean, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. We were also welcomed with warm water upon arrival, and all the basic necessities including drinking water, were thoughtfully provided. The apartment even has long mirrors, which we loved for dressing up and checking our fits from head to toe! Instructions were clear, responses were fast, and the location couldn’t be better, directly connected to Bangsar LRT station via a link bridge, so no need to walk along busy roads. Public transport was easy, Grab cars were always available, and the security guards were very kind and helpful too. Overall, an amazing experience highly recommended!

• PAULA (9/5): Gran apartamento a buen precio - Muy grande el apartamento y con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Piscina (sin vistas a las torres) pero muy bonita y limpia. Nos encantó la amabilidad de los propietarios con toda la información muy clara en el check-in. A tener en cuenta que la parte de arriba donde está la cama, es muy baja y con escaleras bastante estrechas. Las vistas del apartamento podrían ser mejores.

Отделка в стиле лофт. Очень удобно добираться до аэропорта. Всего в одной станции метро от прямой линии. (экспресс поезд KLIA Ekspres) Выход на метро прямо из комплекса. Рядом колоритный индийский квартальчик. Поддержка тоже очень хорошая. За день высылают приветсвеннное письмо с информацией. Я бы очень рекомендовал ознакомиться с ней. Если вбить адрес просто в гугл картах, то меня привел в соседнее здание. Ребята из команды высылаю точный адрес. В целом мне очень понравилось и в следующий раз обязательно остановлюсь у них еще раз.
