• Mikhail (6/5): Pleasant - Good WiFi, everything for quick cooking and dining. Comfortable bed and blackout shutters make your sleep superchargable. Following the initial payment, there are additional fees for services like the deposit and city tax. Electricity usage also incurs extra charges. The air conditioner is quite noisy, with audible clicking sounds even in silent mode. The thin walls allow for noise transmission, including sounds from neighbours' televisions and children. The bathroom has a noticeable odour in the evenings. While the neighbourhood felt somewhat unsafe, I have no specific incidents to report. The owner provided a lengthy list of instructions (sometimes outdated) and rules (with penalties, for sure), creating a somewhat restrictive atmosphere. And good luck to solve the elevator puzzle 😉
