• John (9/5): Lindo alojamiento cerca de la playa. - La vista a través de los árboles al mar es muy refrescante. Pudimos ver iguanas y pájaros justo fuera de nuestra ventana. Y el atardecer es espectacular! También el alojamiento se queda muy cerca a una playa hermosa. Hay que saber qué el alojamiento es muy pequeño. Eso no es mal necesariamente, pero sea preparado. El alojamiento no tuvo unas cosas pequeñas al principio; cómo jabón y agua para beber, pero el anfitrión estaba disponible y rápido para proveer. Muy amable.

• Nathalie (10/5): Solotravel Providencia - Gabriela ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin! Check-in war unkompliziert und das Studio verdient den Namen Bellavista- auch mit der kleinen Küche, grosser Kühlschrank und dem Bad,-alles hat seinen Charme. Die Lage ist grossartig, ich bin auch zu Fuss, per Anhalter oder MotoTaxi, überall hingekommen. Mercado ist in der Nähe, sowie auch der Strand. Die Unterkunft ist für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.

• Núria (7/5): Como empañar un buen alojamiento - La ubicación es inmejorable, puedes ir caminando a south west beach y está cerca de las otras playas también. Tiene vista al mar y puedes ver iguanas desde la ventana. Silencioso para descansar. A veces conectas con las personas y a veces, como en este caso, no tanto. Antes de nuestra llegada Gabriela fue de gran ayuda. Sin embargo, durante nuestra estancia tuvimos algún malentendido que no fue agradable. Alquilamos la moto con ella y a pesar de haberlo preguntado, nos quisieron cobrar extra por utilizarla la última noche. Finalmente no pudimos disfrutarla como hubiéramos querido porque nos dijo que la necesitaba. Nos dijeron que el servicio de lavandería era de medio día, pero nos llegó a ultima hora de la tarde y húmeda cuando nos íbamos al día siguiente. A pesar de tener cocina, no cuenta con un mínimo para poder estar unos días como aceite y sal y hay pocos utensilios y están antiguos. El aire acondicionado y el wifi son de pago. Lo que más sentimos es no haber conocido personalmente a Gabriela, ya que nos dijo que estaba de vacaciones pero seguía siendo el único contacto que teníamos. Creemos que en persona hubiese sido más fácil gestionarlo.

• A. (10/5): A Peaceful Stay with Easy Access to the Best Spots on the Island - I had an amazing stay at this property with unforgettable sunset views! It has both a fan and A/C, along with some basic kitchen utensils. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to Southwest Beach, the largest and most beautiful beach on the island. This beach is lined with restaurants and cocktail bars, and you can spot turtles, especially at sunset. Walking in the other direction, there's a small-secluded beach just a few minutes away, and a little further, another lovely beach with restaurants, a supermarket, an ATM, bike and scooter rentals, and a souvenir shop. Gabriella, the owner, was very nice and provided a large container of water, as well as the opportunity to do laundry since I stayed for a month. She even invited me to the Cinema Nights she hosts at the Arts Centre next door, where I learned about the island’s history and the fascinating migration of black crabs.
• María (9/5): Home in Paradise - The location!! It is very close to one of the best beaches, and a small centre with a supermarket.The view, the surroundings. The air conditioner.The bed was comfortable. There is a hammock in the bedroom. The stove worked well, and the electric kettle too. We cooked several times.Gaby rented us a motorcycle which was a must to come and go around the Island. We loved our stay! Nothing really. We would only suggest some details to make the stay even better: soap and shampoo, a string to hang wet clothes, a couple of small plates. We loved the Blue Lizard!
• Suana (9/5): Nice place - -Beautiful and comfy studio -The view from the window is gorgeous -Locals are truly friendly and Providencia is very safe for tourists -You’ve got everything you need to cook and keep your drinks cool -Host is quite responsive -No wifi is provided, it’s extra $15.000 COP per day -You’ll need to rent a motorbike as the studio is on top of a hill, however if you’re fit, it shouldn’t be much of an issue.
• Brenda (10/5): Exceptional - Nice to have access to a kitchen and a good coffee maker, as well as A/C. The place feels smaller than it looks in the photos and there is no outdoor space with a view of the ocean.

• Peter (9/5): Superb - Very nice place, situated in walking distance to the Southwest beach and also to Fresh Waters, where you can find more restaurants and bars. Be prepared, that there is lot of mosquitos in this area.
• Myrna (9/5): Good place to stay in Providencia. - Gabriela is really friendly and helpful. The room has a nice view and has a good size. It is located close to a beach. Kitchen equipment is a bit old (so we didn’t cook) and the it could be cleaner.

• Charles (9/5): Awesome place, great privacy, super relaxing, has everything you need. - Loved the location was just 10 minute walk from supermarket and restaurants. So was super quiet and had a great view. Air con wasn’t the best but did the job to cool down the room as well as the fan. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and stove worked perfectly. Would be nice if it had windows instead of just shutters so you could see out without letting the heat and bugs in.
