• Ashanty (1/5): Unprofessionalism - This was a very disappointing experience. The host canceled my reservation just hours before arrival. As a frequent traveler, I’ve stayed in many properties, and this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. To make matters worse, communication was not solution-oriented.

• lukas (10/5): Best Miami Vibes and Views - The property was very clean and comfy. The unit has large corner balcony so you can see both: downtown and bay. Truly spectacular views. The location was great - Only short walk from Miami’s trendy Brickell district. The heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were great. The host was very nice and responsive. Everything was great :)
• Tony (9/5): Amazing stay and recommended to all. - The views were amazing and the apartment was on the 19th floor and was clean and modern. Ideal location to bayside and next to the monorail. Ideal location to explore downtown Miami. Washing machine and drier in the apartment if needed ideal for us as we were going on a cruise after so we could freshen up our clothes. Just perfect. Building work can be a little off putting and dirty windows which affects the views but guess this is down to the building work. Could do with a sofa bed instead of air mattress and maybe a welcome package with bread, milk etc which you can add, this is our only personal recommendations to improve the apartment and people's stay.

• Schari (5/5): Good location, nice pool - uncomfy bed, bare minimum touches - The best thing about this property is the location, it’s accessible to so many places. The view is also nice. Another good feature is the shower. It has great water pressure and the water is always hot, there’s no waiting for the water to warm up. The pool area is great and there’s a coworking space in the building. If you are traveling for work, this comes in handy. The pool is open late, so that’s a plus. The staff in the building are nice, I was nice to them and they were nice to me. Having the washer and dryer in the unit is a nice, for anyone that might need them. The building feels safe and secure. The bed is horrible! It’s the most uncomfortable and old bed I’ve had to sleep in. A week later and I am still suffering from a bad neck because the pillows and the bed are both so old. It’s like laying on cardboard. I guess if you’re staying just one night, it might not be a big deal but I was there for almost a week, so it’s a big deal. The property says that quiet hours start at a certain time, but the people in the unit above made a lot of noise around 1am-3:30am every night. I don’t know how the host is suppose to control that but I’m just stating because if you are a light sleeper, you will wake up. There’s also construction going in, so be prepared to wake up to drilling and banging and just Loud af construction at 7am! This is not the place if you want to sleep in and relax. There’s no shelf or caddy in the shower. This makes no sense to me. I had to put my toiletries on the floor of the shower. Everything you are using is constantly get soaked, including your soap. It’s just not ideal. There’s only one light working in the bathroom and it’s the bathroom mirror light. So, the bathroom isn’t the brightest. I didn’t even bother to text the host about that because she wasn’t the most welcoming when I pointed out the lack of welcoming snacks. Which by the way looked old and wrinkled bags of teddy graham cookies. There’s no oil for cooking but the kitchen is advertised. I brought this to the host’s attention and she said she doesn’t advertise that on her listing. It’s not about her advertising it, it’s about the fact that these small touches go a long way. When you are traveling after a long day, it would be like to have these things, especially with a listing that has a kitchen. This property has the bare minimum. I’ve stayed in tons of Airbnb’s, as well as vrbo and I never had that experience. I’ve had host leave out wine, coffee, tea, new full boxes of biscuits and literally have rang the bell to drop off salt and pepper shakers.

Large fridge, large TV's you can watch your fav show and relax a bit! Great stay ! More toiletries - shower gel, shampoo, conditioner Balcony door to lock, as it was broken and it wouldn't lock ( even if it's 19th floor, still you need some security and quiet time ) AC vents need to be cleaned up a bit, as it's Florida and mold can sneak in It needs some renovation, and furniture is a bit outdated ( wardrobe door was broken, and hit my toes a few times with a piece of metal, that's sticking out ) Out of the host's hands, but construction is happening near by, wakes you up early morning, and because of the balcony door that can't lock, it's not sealed, you can hear all the noise from outside
• Robert (10/5): The home was just as beautiful and clean as in the photos, and the location could not be beat. - Location, location, location. And the view. Plus, the home was welcoming and beautifully decorated, and the host left little surprise amenities that enhanced the stay, including shampoo and a few choice snacks. There are also amazing facilities in the building ... the rooftop pool area is huge and stunning. You are so close to so much, including Bayside (just 1 block away), the free Miami Metromover (next to the building), and the cruise port (you can see the ships from the huge windows). If I lived in Miami I'd want to live here. Will definitely try booking this for all future visits to Miami. Host was great and easy to communicate with. Everything was great

• DOUGLAS (7/5): Did not enjoy paying double due to hidden fees. $100 daily cleaning fee is absurd. - I was not Happy anout the hidden fees, the room rate was doubled by the $100 per day cleaning fee that was never mentioned when I researched the property. I feel that all fees should be shown in advance and transparent.

• Nicole (10/5): Happy tears !! - This was literally the best place I ever stayed at in Miami . Ive been to Miami several times . I LOVED MY STAY SO MUCH . The room is SUPER CLEAN , LUXURIOUS…. The balcony!!! . The views!!!! Everything was exceptional … the washer and dryer was even lux lol . The location is walking distance to a lot!! & just a very short ride.. check in & check out was super easy . I love love love the pool! It was literally open all night . It had such great views ! I WILL BE BACK 💖 EVERYTHING WAS BEYOND PERFECT

If one was to dislike anything some may have a problem with the construction that’s close but through my stay it wasn’t loud or disturbing

• Eder (10/5): Apartamento perfeito Centro de Miami - Perfect accommodation, from the first contact always very informative and ready to help. Brand new apartment with excellent utensils and equipment. The location and the view are phenomenal.
• Nancy (8/5): The unit is wonderful. The location is perfect. The view of cruise ships was great. Communication could have been better - The location is excellent. The apartment is on a high floor and at the end of the hall, so it’s very quiet. Bayside is basically across the street. It’s a close walk to everything. There is a coffee shop in the lobby. We arrived around 1030pm, and retrieved the keys in the lobby (easy process). When we got to the unit, the door was not latched. Once we entered, we determined that the unit had not been cleaned after the previous occupants. I contacted the owner, who sent a cleaner within a half hour. The cleaner was very thorough and was gone around 1215am. There were no instructions on how to use the Roku TVs. We don’t have subscription services, so there wasn’t much to watch. When we were leaving the unit on check-out morning, the cleaner ran out from around the corner (scared me) and ran by us, into the unit, saying “I clean”. We returned the keys to the lobby as instructed.
• Finamore (10/5): Perfect condo in ideal Biscayne location! - Perfect location! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The laundry in the unit was perfection! Not to mention the wrap around balcony and views. Almost everything was within walking distance! The unit was stocked for all your basic/necessary cooking and every day needs. The shower was absolutely amazing. The unit, location and stay overall exceeded my expectations and more and most definitely added to my “favs” for future stays in and around this area! I don’t have ANY complaints. This specific unit has been added to my favorites for this location!

I called the host and told me mentanace was going to come and fixed it, but he never showed up until I left. The toilet was not flushing well, very bad experience, I will never try it again. For all 5 nights I was there the sink was blocked, I called the host and she said she would send someone to fix it she never did. The toilet was not flushing too, it was really horrible staying there with all these problems. I will never try that again. The TV in the room was bad, too the entire time.
• Sk (10/5): Penthouse vibes without breaking the bank - Location, view, layout, amenities. It was absolutely perfect. If you're looking for an intimate space that feels expensive without hurting your pocket, this is the spot for you. The cleaning fee was a bit aggressive considering I was in the unit for less than 12 hours, but I understand the need to sanitize and clean the space.
