• simona (8/5): - La posizione centrale La pulizia non era il top, in bagno non ci sono prese elettriche per usare il phon. La comunicazione con l host una volta fatto il check in è inesistente. Ho inviato 2 messaggi per domandare alcune cose non ho mai ricevuto risposta
• Bianca (9/5): Sehr angenehme Unterkunft. - Sehr gute Lage, zu Fuß ist das Zentrum (Naschmarkt, Hofburg, etc.) sehr gut zu erreichen, wenn man eine Stadt gerne zu Fuß erkundet. Sehr sauber und komfortabel.
• Erdinc (10/5): Evimizde gibi hissettik. - Ev giriş katta, giriş çıkış çok rahat. Aydınlık, büyük pencerelerle evi havalandırmak çok kolay. Ev tertemizdi. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Sıcak su ve internet sorunsuzdu. Yeteri kadar temiz havlu vardı. Evin şekli çok kullanışlı, iki oda olması çocuklu aileler için çok iyi. Banyo için gerçek bir temiz hava çıkışı iyi olurdu. Tavanda fan var evet ama sürekli çalıştırmıyoruz sonuçta. Banyodaki parfüm de bir süre sonra daha havasız hissettiriyor. Kötü demiyorum sadece biraz daha taze hava iyi olurdu.

• Miguel (9/5): Very good value for money for a trip of two adults and two kids. - Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Huge beds, super comfortable, no noise. Nothing, all OK. Not super centric, but reasonably close to many public transport options.

• Aleksandra (9/5): Affordable cozy stay for a easy location to city centre - Location is easy to reach from the train station and airport, within15-20 min to city centre, with transport. Easy access, clean and cozy, nice floor heating. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to be comfortable for a family of 4 - 2 double beds, not a sofa, like some other places, it was important for me that no one sleeps on a sofa. We had everything needed for a few nights, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer etc. I would stay here again, if I come back to Vienna. Although I liked the floor heating, some of us found it a bit chilly in the part of the room that is near to the window. We didn't need to ask for heating regulation, may be there was a way, not sure.

• Maaike (8/5): Sehr zu empfehlen! - Nettes Appartment zu einem absolut fairen Preis! Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Zimmer groß genug und auch die kleine Küche hat für unsere Zwecke komplett ausgereicht. Es gab genügend Handtücher und auch eine Kaffee-Kapsel-Maschine war vorhanden. Generell war es sehr sauber. Das eine Zimmer ist nur durch das andere zu erreichen, aber das war für uns auch kein größeres Problem.

Gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, große Sauberkeit, sehr bemühte Vermieter! (Und nicht zu vergessen, der außergewöhnlich schöne Holzfußboden!) Wir waren sehr zufrieden und begeistert von der Unterkunft und werden gerne wiederkommen!

Dobra lokalizacja. Duże i wygodne łóżka. Pojawiły się problemy z piecykiem i trzeba było go resetować. W trakcie brania prysznica wyłączyła się ciepła woda. Ręczniki mogłyby być większe.

• Yvonne (7/5): Not enough hot water in the shower - Nice apartment and quite good location. Quiet and calm area. Problems with that the shower only had hot water for a very short period of time, hardly enough for one person to take a normal shower. Sent feedback to owner. Second day, no hot water at all. Finally got advice from the owner to restart the boiler, and got some hot water again, but still very limited. Also got a pillow that was not clean (dirty/smelled), but was able to change to another one that I found in the wardrobe. Only one saucepan available in the kitchen, not enough to cook food for 4 persons. Asked for an additional one, but did not get any.

• Despina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is like described. The apartment is great, comfortable, cosy, and has a great chill atmosphere. The temperature is warm, and it feels a nice warmth.
• Shandor (10/5): Perfectly setup for very comfortable living - One of the best places I have stayed in with thought given to every aspect of ingredients needed for basic cooking, cutlery and glasses for living, appliances for comfort and really great coffee and extremely comfortable. Once warm, it was one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays of my travels with everything one could ask for. The TV was a very good size and the apartment styling was great. The additional items like tumbledryer and washer was amazing and the beds very comfortable. We did find the towels a bit small and thin but this was quite minor and easy to change in comparison to all the comforts that were there. The hosts were very attentive, responsive, helpful and accommodating. When you arrive or check in, if it is cold put on the heat immediately to let the apartment warm up for the night. When it running, the apartment is a home away from home in comfort.

And it’s convenient to go to Supermarket and very near bus stop.Moreover it’s on the first floor.You just unlock the key and get into the room6.Perfect! The big bedroom is not so private because it’s the first room you step in when you go inside and we have to walk pass the room to other bedroom and the kitchen and bathroom.But it’s perfect for group or family.

We struggled with the water boiler for showering. The hot water was on and off constantly. However, as the host explained, the hot water situation is common, out of his control.
