JÖRN (7/5): - Es muss einem bewußt sein, dass es sich hier um ein Zimmer in einer Wohnung handelt. Insofern hat mich der Aufenthalt mit dem Mitbewohnern an meine Studentenzeit erinnert. Auch was die Renovierungsqualität des Altbaus betrifft. In Summe hat die Ausstattung gepaßt und es war alles sauber. Die Lage zur Messe ist top und somit ein super Preis -Leistungsverhältnis. Wer die Messe mit mehreren Personen besucht, kann die Buchung der ganzen Wohnung durchaus eine Alternative sein.

Jan (5/5): Für eine Nacht okay, fremde Person in Wohnung - Gute Lage, netter Vermieter Ein fremder Mann hatte Zugang zu der gemeinsam genutzten Wohnung und hat bei offener Tür geschi…. Die Person hat danach die Wohnung verlassen und ist in eine andere Wohnung gegangen.

Scholz (1/5): Nicht gut - Nicht gut. Sehr dreckig. Extrem kalt da die Heizung im Zimmer runtergedreht wurde als man nicht da war . 3 Zimmer Wohnung wo man 1 Zimmer bekommt. Die Küche und das Bad muss man sich mit den anderen Zimmern teilen. Sehr dreckig

I needed to additionally call owner to get towels and hairdryer (which was broken, not usable). They promised to bring another, but never did. I asked for another towel, because I stayed for few days, but never got it. The worst experience ever. I strongly advise to look for other apartment.
Alessandro (5/5): Deludente. - La camera ampia, accogliente e comoda per raggiungere anche a piedi la fiera di Essen Arrivato sul posto all'orario previsto, non vi era nessuno per il Chek in, ho dovuto attendere credo almeno 30 minuti in un bar l'arrivo del titolare. La camera è gradevole ma inserita in un contesto quasi fatiscente. Per ottenere la fattura del soggiorno è stato necessario richiederla più e più volte per diversi giorni. Una volta ricevuta noto che è incompleta nonostante avessi fornito con precisione tutto quanto andava indicato (non hanno inserito il numero di partita IVA). Ho scritto per richiedere la correzione del documento ma a distanza di giorni non ho più ricevuto nessuna risposta.
Michael (9/5): Ich empfehle und komme wieder. Preis/Leistung sehr gut - Das Appartement war sehr nett und modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und verfügte sogar über einen Balkon mit Liegestuhl. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Da muss ich ehrlich sagen: Selten so gut geschlafen :-) Was ich auch sehr gut fand: Es gibt eine schöne Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Herdplatte und vieles mehr. Das Zimmer verfügt auch über einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und eine gemütliche Couch. Sehr ruhige Lage und kein Verkehrslärm. Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral zur Messe, man konnte von hier aus alles sehr gut fußläufig erreichen wie z. B. auch die Rüttenscheiderstraße (die sehr beliebte RÜ (Einkaufs- u Gastronomiestraße) in Essen) nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Hier ist dann auch sofort die U-Bahn Station Martin Straße. Von hier aus gelangt man mit der U11 in 1 Minute zur Messe falls man nicht laufen möchte oder in 5 Minuten zum HBF (Essener Innenstadt). Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet. Die Übergabe/Abgabe der Schlüssel war sehr gut und schnell. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen !
