Nhân viên rất linh hoạt trong việc thay đổi ngày đặt phòng nên tạo cảm giác thoải mái, thân thiện Đây là apartment giống như homestay thì đúng hơn. Hành lang đầy mùi thuốc lá. Phòng thiết kế khá chật. Không có bãi đỗ xe như trong mô tả ở phần giới thiệu. Lúc đầu mình đặt thì địa chỉ báo là ở phố Trần Xuân Soạn và có onsite parking nhưng khi mình đến thì không có chỗ đỗ xe nên nhân viên chủ động đổi sang phố Thi Sách. Xe đươc đỗ ngoài đường đến buổi sáng thì bảo vệ ở đó không cho đỗ xe nữa hoặc phải trả phí đỗ xe

• Sonny (10/5): - J’ai adoré l’appartement : il est très spacieux et confortable. Il dispose également d’une petite terrasse, ce qui est très agréable. Il y a beaucoup de rangements, ainsi qu’une petite cuisine et un coin salon. La salle de bain est elle aussi très fonctionnelle. Le logement est idéalement situé dans une petite ruelle. Il n’est pas totalement à l’abri du bruit, mais cela reste tout à fait acceptable, même pour ceux qui se lèvent tard. Il est situé à environ 15 minutes à pied du vieux quartier, et à proximité immédiate, on trouve de nombreux restaurants, supermarchés, bars, clubs et une pharmacie. Enfin, un service de linge et de transport est également proposé si besoin. Je recommande vivement ce logement

• Minh Khiem (2/5): Location and service were way worse than expected - the room is decent with the balcony the owner was unresponsive, I lost my charger in the place but he wasn't responsive in returning it. The blanket was dirty, the sink was leaking. Also, they gave me a different room (double twin beds instead of one queen bed) compared to what I booked without telling me beforehand. The location was also in a deep smelly alley.

• Skimir (10/5): Genialny pomysł na zakwaterowanie w Hanoi. - Świetne rozwiązanie dla kogoś kto chce zostać na parę dni w Hanoi. Są to pokoje/studia z aneksem kuchennym (wyposażonym we wszystko co potrzebne aby przygotować sobie jedzenie). Czysto, jak nowe. Położenie - blisko centrum. Można mieć mały problem z odnalezieniem wejścia do hotelu bo znajduje się w małej uliczce. SUPER opcją zakwaterowania w Hanoi. Jeśli będę jeszcze raz w tym mieście to z pewnością skorzystam z tego hotelu.

Hot water was not consistent. The lighting in the room was not very warm or cozy, and it didn't have a soft lighting setting to relax, just a strong one. The balcony area was shady and not inviting, never felt like stepping into it.

Dadurch gab es auch so gut wie kein Tageslicht in dem Zimmer.

• Zech (7/5): - I liked that the room was big and spacious and was very well equipped with a big fridge , TV , heater , stove etc . Excellent facilities. Room was tidied daily although I am not sure if it's thoroughly clean . The price was very reasonable and the showers were great . I had the room on the 7th floor at the roof top . Staff was very responsive and they also provide laundry service at a very good price too . I also liked the cute cafe below the hotel next door with very friendly and helpful staff I was quite disturbed to have found some eggs from insects or seeds on the sofa after I removed the sofa pillows and it was disgusting looking . I immediately texted the staff to come clean it . After that I returned to check it , it was gone but then I flip over the other side of the sofa and saw those eggs/seeds again which means they didn't clean the whole sofa properly. Thus it makes me wonder the level of hygenie in the room . The room can also be quite noisy as it is not sound proof and can hear pple talking or walking pass clearly . If it rains , it gets really noisy as the room is at the roof top area .. I hope they can improve on these points .
• Naoual (3/5): - The apartments are located in a small street away from traffic, which is worth a lot in the noisy and busy city of Hanoi. The bus stop is very close to the apartment. Whenever we had food in the apartment, even in sealed bags, tiny ants would come in large numbers to eat it. The pictures do not correspond to reality at all. We had the strong impression that the same passcode is used repeatedly throughout the property, which lowers the security. The windows let noise through, when there is noise in the small street.

• Hannah (5/5): problematic - very comfortable bed and the woman working there was very kind, efficient and helpful to me. during my 2 days there, i experienced a lot of issues. firstly there are multiple buildings for this hotel which is confusing for navigating there. i was told the day of my arrival my room would be changed to another building because of a water problem. the room i received in this building did not look like the picture shown to me and was not properly cleaned. there were stains on the wall and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. this issue was resolved, however the next day i woke up to the ceiling leaking in my room. i asked to move room. i was moved to a ground floor room which is in the lobby, next to the elevator and w/c for the hotel, so quite noisy. the wifi did not work in this room, i had no phone signal. i had chosen a room with a balcony but this room did not have that - it was a patio completely closed in. the tv turned on by itself, the remote wasn’t functioning so i had to unplug it at the wall to turn it off. there was also water all over the bathroom floor. i wasn’t happy with this room so i asked to move room again and they obliged. so - all issues were resolved but caused a lot of bother and unnecessary stress during my short stay. building doesn’t seem to be of good quality.

Bien situé pour visiter Hanoi (environ 15 mn à pied du lac Hoan Kiem). Immeuble dans une petite allée, au calme. Très propre. Rien à redire. Communication en anglais via Whatsapp très facile, propriétaire très réactif. Rien excepté pas beaucoup d’eau chaude (uniquement le premier jour) mais vu la chaleur, cela ne nous a pas posé de problème.

Auch die Küche mit Airfryer und Reiskocher ist praktisch um auch mal zu "Hause" essen zu können. Wir hatten das unterste Zimmer und es war sehr gut gelegen. Auch wurden wir sehr freundlich unf hilfsbereit empfangen. Mit google translator haben wir uns gut verständigen können und via whatsapp war immer jemand auf english erreichbar :) Die Dusche hatte keinen Duschvorhang und das ganze Wasser fliesst dann durchs ganze Badezimmer. Soweit nicht tragisch, jedoch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es wirkt sich mit der Zeit auch auf den Geruch im Badezimmer aus. Wir hatten kein Tageslicht im Zimmer. Wir hatten jefoch einen Balkon dieser war schön, aber ihne aussicht.

• India (8/5): Lovely room and great for short stays. - Nice room, very clean and comfortable. Lots of space and in a quiet narrow street. The balcony was very tiny and there was nowhere to sit, no staff at the property.

Friendly staff The shower was leaking, I flagged it to the staff but nothing was fixed in the 3 days we were there. I also found a dirty sock under the bed from previous guests… not a nice surprise. I think small details like at least one small and one big towel per person, already have 2 toilet rolls will improve the service. We also asked to have an iron in advance for when we arrived and when we got there we had to wait 30min to get one.

• Małgorzata (7/5): - A surprisingly good stay. I was worried at first because our booking was moved to this hotel, and the reviews were quite poor. After reading previous comments, I was very skeptical — but everything turned out to be completely fine. The room was clean, we slept really well, and the location was great. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about.

• ETIENNE (9/5): - Le contact a été permanent par le propriétaire par WhatsApp même avant mon arrivée à Hanoï. La chambre avec balcon était grande avec 2 lits alors que j'étais seul. De minuscules fourmis 🐜 qui ont envahi mon linge que j'avais posé sur le lit... je me suis habillé sans m'en rendre compte. Mais rapidement ces insectes ont commencé à se balader sur moi ! Heureusement, elles ne piquaient pas !

• Solai (7/5): - Great location: The hotel is within walking distance to most attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy check-in: The receptionist arrived at the agreed time, and the place was easy to find. Main host was helpful: The main host was easy to communicate with and allowed us to store our luggage on the top floor, which we appreciated. Large balcony: There’s a spacious balcony where you can hang clothes on the railings. Good entertainment options: The TV includes Netflix and YouTube. Water is an extra cost: Having to pay for drinking water felt unreasonable. Recpetionist was adding 120,000 VND for water. Poor communication during check-in: The receptionist didn’t fully explain the check-in process or amenities, we had to ask for the codes to the door and wifi etc. Pushy about their restaurant: At 9:20pm she insisted we order from her restaurant since most places were closed, then left us mid-order when another guest arrived. Very long food wait: At 10pm she said delivery would take another 40 minutes. So, we went to the restaurant ourselves, we still waited an additional 20 minutes and it was in a dark pub, and she didn’t allow takeaway even though we were tired and hungry. Language barrier: Communication was difficult as the receptionist didn’t speak English. Poor room amenities: No cups, mugs, tea, or coffee provided. Room appearance: The room didn’t match the bright, colourful photos, it's actually quite dull and dark blue. Bathroom issues: Very small bathroom where everything gets wet, poor drainage, and hot water only lasts around 5 minutes.

• Christian (4/5): Impresentable. - La camada que era muy cómoda y acogedora. La chica que se encargada nos dejos esperando en la puerta 1 hr!!! Le enviamos un msj al que respondió ya voy…… y así nos mareo una hora y al llegar su actitud dejaba mucho q desear. También habría que sumarle la suciedad de la cocina y la ausencia de papelera en la cocina.

• YUWEN (8/5): nice apartment and helpful staff - consider new. it is not hotel, more like Arbnb. However, they respond by whatsapp even in early hours provide kitchenware if want to cook even provide air fryer, purified water reasonable airport transport. the staff Tony added me the day before arrival, so that we can access the lobby at 6am A local staff help us check in at 1pm, she can only be communicated with Google Translate. I was not used to it, but actually it went well. with help from Tony via whatsapp. My parents stay with me, the room is spacious, walkable distance to old quarter. Thanks to the staff who help my parents with the airport transport. their flight was later than me, and their english not so good. the staff came to the lobby to bring my parents to the car. good value for the current condition. something to consider to improve the quality: only 1 mug in the room, but there are enough glasses and bowls, plates will be better if provide hand towels, only bath towels now bathroom could be wet after shower will be good if offer early check in with reasonable top up the main door keypad sometimes locked, not sure if it is due to some mistake

• Christie (9/5): - The property was one of the best we stayed in during our time in Vietnam, it was clean and quiet while still being central enough that we were able to walk to the plaza and lake area. The staff were very friendly, had great communication and were super helpful. We were able to do laundry for 50,000VND per kg and the process was easy (leave outside the room, send the staff a picture and that night it’s back at your door clean and folded). Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others - great value for money.
