• Saad (6/5): Bel appartement bien situé, mais très bruyant - L'appartement est grand, bien équipé et propre. Situé à quelques minutes à pied du Duomo. La 1ere entrée dans l'immeuble nécessite d'appeler un numéro de téléphone. Une entrée autonome ou une remise des clés en personne aurait été préférable. L'isolation sonore des fenêtres était très mauvaise dans la chambre (3eme etage), nous avons très mal dormi à cause du bruit des véhicules, camion de nettoyage, passants, ...

• Francine (5/5): It was decent, location was good, close to subway, & a nice breakfast place right around the corner. - It was clean and location was decent. There was no working air conditioner, so we were quite uncomfortable during the night when the electricity went out. Lots of noise. Construction work & people screaming outside our window.

• Stefanie (10/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt - Sehr sauber, Top-Lage, super Kommunikation mit Betreibern Relativ hellhörig. In der Wohnung im Stockwerk darüber war es sehr laut und das war abends, nachts und morgens sehr störend.

• Benedetta (9/5): Che bella Firenze - L’appartamento molto bello e curato! La posizione stupenda! É certamente poco insonorizzato perché si sentono tutti i rumori della strada ma lo avevamo letto. Il servizio del parcheggio. Siamo arrivati al garage per lasciare la macchina e la persona che doveva accompagnarci in appartamento (con la ns macchina che poi guida lui al ritorno per riportarla in garage) non era disponibile e abbiamo dovuto aspettare più di mezz’ora. Per il giorno dopo ci aveva detto di chiamarlo un’ora prima della ns partenza (per riportarci la macchina che di nuovo guidava lui). In realtà siamo dovuti stare alla disponibilità dei suoi orari. Se uno sta 1 giorno a Firenze e ha fatto dei programmi che vengono rovinati dal gestore di un garage non è simpatico.

• Yuri Carnevali (8/5): Un giorno speciale - Dimensioni e pulizia dell'appartamento. Vista dalla camera da letto. Essere in pieno centro. Il garage è a circa 15 minuti di auto ed al ns arrivo ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto aspettare 20/30 minuti per il servizio Valet...Finale? Andati da soli in auto all'appartamento, cercato e trovato un garage e speso 57 euro per parcheggiare.
• JULIE (7/5): Beautiful city and overall enjoyed our stay however with a little TLC the apartment could improve. - The location was perfect, right in the city centre as described and within walking distance to all attractions and areas of interest. The property needed some maintenance. The slats on one bed were unstable or missing making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The few pillows we had on the beds were old and need replacing. There was a loose tap in the kitchen which needed attending to. The toaster kept tripping the electrics however once reported this was attended to promptly.

• Omri (10/5): - Location was amazing. Right at the center of the city. We were s faculty, and cooked in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a partner valet parking, about 10 minutes drive or 25 minute walk from the apartment. This was also very convenient. The electricity feel a few times due to overload - normal kitchen use. But the host quickly responded via WhatsApp and helped us restore it.
• Katrin & Xavier (9/5): - „Perfekter Aufenthalt im Herzen der Altstadt“ Die Lage des Apartments war einfach ideal – zentral im charmanten Lorenzo-Viertel und in fußläufiger Nähe zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Das stilvolle Innendesign und die ruhige Atmosphäre haben den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Der Empfang sowie der telefonische Kundenservice vor Ort waren äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Auto konnten wir sicher in einer überwachten Parkanlage etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt abstellen. Besonders praktisch: Ein Chauffeur brachte uns bequem mit einem Taxibus direkt vor die Haustür und holte uns auch wieder ab – sehr entspannt und stressfrei. Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten und perfekt für Familien geeignet. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Wenn zu viele Geräte gleichzeitig laufen, kann die Sicherung herausspringen. Doch selbst abends bekamen wir sofort kompetente telefonische Unterstützung, sodass das Problem schnell gelöst war. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit exzellentem Service. Wir können das Zante Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Alles gut!

• AH KENG (7/5): Great apartment !! - Great location, spaces and clean !! Professional host with advanced information about the property including checkin and check out. Power supply is unstable/ insufficient , went out couple of times each day!!

• Helgi (7/5): Good location made up for average apartment and one bathroom for 6 people. - Location was very good. Easy to get around from the location. Clean, kitchen had all that needed. Bathroom was fine. Was on fourth floor, limited space when carrying luggage. Only 5 chairs around table when 6 people staying. Noise from street was considerably more than could have been with better insulated windows. Seperation between bedrooms was limited, sliding door with practically no sound insulation.
• Dilorom (9/5): Central location, cozy apartment - Property is really cool and have modern design, there is no elevator in a building so have to carry luggage ourselves, but that didn’t affected to us as we had small luggage. The location is fantastic right in the city center, very beautiful area with good restaurants and lots of attractions. Also it was very nice that we had a parking slot but not close to the apartment, that was convenient for us as we stayed one night and we came to the garage first and staff member has dropped us to the apartment and bring the car in a next day at the time we agreed. Just to take slippers as the floor is very cold.

• Katsiaryna (9/5): I would recommend this apartment, but be aware of parking on the other side of the river. - An amazing location, perfect and clean apartment, good smell in the apartment. Comfortable beds. Clear instructions how to get to the apartment. The parking adres and instruction was sent several hours before our arrival and it turned out that the parking is on the other side of the river (16 min by car). As we have a lot of bags with us we decided to use another nearest parking and the cost was 40 euro till 12 am next day+3 euro every additional hour. It seams necessary to add clarification in the apartment description that the parking is far from accommodation by foot.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked everything. Beautiful interior in an old house. All the equipment is in good working order. Running water heater - there is always hot water. Very friendly guys who respond quickly. I really liked the way the car parking is organized. You don't need a car in the center at all. We arrived at the parking garage, were driven from the cottage to the apartment, and the car was returned upon a call within 30 minutes.

• James (4/5): Disappointing - Easy check-in process and good location to all the major tourist sites. Thanks for providing us with mosquito repellents as well. It was very needed. Quite a few bugs were crawling around. There is no window screen, so you can't open the windows without letting in more mosquitos. There is also no window seal, so the people outside sound like they are talking right outside your room. It is also quite loud, even at 3 a.m. every night. A street cleaner also comes around in the morning every night. The bathroom window faces an exhaust from the local Indian restaurant, so the bathroom always smells like it.

Keep in mind that for checking-in you need to call a local Italian number, specially if you are not from Europe The electrical supply was switching off quite frequently when using AC and dishwasher or cooker.
• Arlene (10/5): Great place! - The apartment was cleaned and very nice. The two bedrooms are connecting room and that’s nice for a family with children. We only had 1 night in Florence and not enough to go around as we arrived late afternoon. On the checked out time, the owners allowed us to leave our luggages at the apartment while we explored Florence. That’s awesome. Thank you

• Aixa (9/5): Spacious apartment! - Close to the train station and the city center, it was a quick walk to get to where we wanted. The apartment is lovely and very spacious. Our group of 6 was very comfortable. We didn't know how to use the key but Mamo was very responsive and showed us how to work it properly! All in all, we had a great stay. We had to buy our own paper towels as there wasn't any in the apartment (not that we could find) for spills or cleaning. Since we were a big group, we were able to use it for the duration of our two week stay so it wasn't really a problem in the end.

• Alejandra (4/5): Overall it was a disappointing stay, but I hope the hosts can resolve these issues for future guests. - I enjoyed the location and the decor/style of the property. I have a few things. First, our AC was not working in 2/3 rooms. We let our host know and they told us they fixed it, but they still did not work. Secondly, our bathtub was not draining and flooded the bathroom and living room floor. We used all of our towels to clean it and it took up our sleeping time. We told the host and they said they fixed it. It was still not draining properly the next night and continued to flood. Lastly, the key for the front door did not work. It took us more than 5-10 minutes each time we returned to the property to get inside due to this difficulty.
• Charlie (7/5): great location and responsive staff, but very loud and warm. don’t plan on sleeping on couch. - convenient to many sights. super responsive staff. clean. place was nice but couldn’t get apartment to cool down and weren’t allowed aircon below 75F/24C. central location meant loud. neighbors or bars emptying their loud glass bottles at 2AM and yelling laughing until very late. couch /bed had little support - even for child to sleep on it was very uncomfortable.
• Daniela (9/5): Decent apartment close to train and center - The property is conveniently close to the train station and to the the main attractions of Firenze. The apartment was very clean and had all we needed. Located in an old typical Italian building, once you enter you feel a bit transposed in the past. Yet the facilities are modern and new. Microwave was missing a plug adapter and we couldn’t find one. I would add a proper salt and pepper and a few more kitchen towels. It was a bit noisy at night (probably garbage trucks). Third floor with no elevator, so not the best option for families with strollers like us. But despite all this, we had a nice stay at a good price.

• Dominique (9/5): Very nice apartment, but rather for 4 persons instead of 5 to 6. - The apartment was very nice and clean. The location was good, not far from the dome. The communication with Mamo Florence was good and the replies quick and helpful. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. The kids used the sofa bed's mattress directly on the floor instead. On Friday and Saturday it was quite loud during the night in the room facing the street.
