• Saunders (8/5): A very nice flat in an excellent location. - The location of this Flat is very good and in particular only a 5 minute walk from South Brisbane Railway Station. Also very close to the river and the South Bank. The flat is light and spacious for up to 4 people, with 2 bathrooms and furnished in a modern style. There are 2 outside areas - a balcony and a larger terrace. The keys are easily obtained from a locked safe on site. George the owner was very helpful and attentive. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of bedding but George got this rectified very quickly.

• Claire (9/5): A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location to be able to explore Brisbane. - It was in a fantastic location, easy to get to the city and explore South bank. The property was clean and all that was necessary for a comfortable stay. It was great to have a parking spot and the host was very helpful with any queries we had. I didn’t really dislike anything
• Christine (5/5): Disappointing - The unit is outdated. The lift didn’t work and it certainly isn’t worth 700+ per night. Lights on the verandah were not working and the Telstra box and wires were exposed which is unsafe for children.

• sarah (10/5): Amazing location very comfortable stay and the host went above and beyond. - The location was amazing (the photo shared of the city lights is a short walk from the apartment). The host George was very helpful and communication was 100%. The two bedroom two bathroom worked really well and access to a washing machine. Very Clean and homely. Only one thing the oven. I think it could do with a upgrade i couldnt read the dials so burnt our dinner lol, apart from that loved everything.

• Breanna (10/5): Would recommend staying here! - The apartment was really comfortable and perfect for our needs. We were attending an event at the convention centre which was a really short walk and easy to find. Getting the keys was simple and stress free. I would also like to express my gratitude to George, who was the contact we had for the appartment, as there was an unexpected probelm with the garage door (completely out of his control) which meant we were unable to move our car. After explaining this to George he very kindly allowed up to stay another night in the apartment free of charge while we waited for the problem to be resolved. He made what would be a really stressful situation a lot easier with his kindness and we could not thank him enough.

Great balconies, really well furnished. Washer & Dryer. 2 beds at different heights in second room instead of a double/queen
• FrancescOddOne (10/5): Perfectly placed nice apartment in the heart of South Brisbane - Perfectly located apartment in the heart of South Brisbane, very comfortable and well organized. parking garage was extremely useful for our stay. All nice, we only had a problem the first night as there was no comforter and sheets for the 5th person. This was corrected the following day, so all good.
• Dorothy (7/5): It didn’t start well however it ended up okay - The location was convenient. Access to the property could be improved. Initially the instructions to the property were not sent to me. I had to contact the manager. Eventually the access instructions were forwarded to me.

• Saeko (10/5): Good Location and Comfortable rooms!! - I stayed here with my colleagues to attend a meeting at BICC. The location is excellent, close to the venue, station, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, and scenic tourist spots. The manager responded quickly and the key handover was simple and clear. If it fits your budget, this is a great place to stay. It would have been even better if there had been some drip coffee making equipment and extra bath towels... (There was an espresso machine, which was very useful.)

But manager had it fixed following day that I complained and was on easter too. Apartment on 2nd floor so not the best view. But balcony furnishings were very comfy.

• Suzanne (9/5): A comfortable and conveniently located apartment which perfectly suited our needs for our short stay in Brisbane. Highly - It was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, with all the amenities we needed. It suited our needs perfectly! George was friendly and accommodating to my needs, and I would definitely recommend staying here! The kitchen bin was a bit small for our needs, and we were unable to access the locked garbage chute, so perhaps that might need to be addressed. It would be good if the second bedroom had an aircon, but at least there was a fan.
• Ilma (8/5): For our needs (access to Southbank Parklands and Conservatorium/Museum/GOMA) it was great. - Spacious well appointed apartment with more than one outdoor area to enjoy, well equipped kitchen, books, games available, lots of space for family to spread out No air conditioning to 2nd bedroom, narrow hallways, very tight parking space to get into if other vehicles already parked opposite or beside it. Wouldn't be able to manoeuvre a large SUV or landcruiser into it without multiple back and forth and that would still be difficult. Sharp edged soap holder in main bathroom made me concerned about brushing up against it or falling against it and injuring myself (its in an awkward position)

• Dianne (9/5): Awesome location, neat & tidy apartment - Awesome quiet location with easy access to QPAC, restaurants, buses, trains and Southbank walkways. Nothing.
• Dalerine (9/5): Great spot in Southbank - Location was fabulous, close to the river and lots of cafes etc at Southbank. Large unit with lirs of space for everyone. Free parking was very handy. Our stay was at the time of Riverfire, the complex has a rooftop terrace which we could access to watch the fireworks without the crowds, which was fabulous. No power points in 2nd bedroom . Noisy fans in both bedrooms.
• Emma (8/5): Perfect location for exploring Brisbane - The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. Loads of cafes, restaurants and museums on the doorstep and a short walk over the river to everything else. Parking space very useful too. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. Laundry facilities very useful for travellers. Hooks on doors would have been useful, especially in bathrooms. Also a couple of electrical sockets in the main bedroom weren't working.
• David (9/5): It was a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again - - Great location, close to everything - Very bright, spacious and good layout, the balconies are great for people needed personal space - kitchen was well equipped ( except for the oven) - The labels/ markings on the oven were not clear, not sure what setting we were on so burnt our brownies two nights in a row ☹️ - only one key was provided, and the intercom wasn’t working during our stay so making going out separately tricky, we all had to go out and come back at the same time

• Wendy (8/5): Over all lovely stay the silly bits that could be improved didn’t affect our stay - The property was great location wise and the underground parking was a bonus. It’s spacious for a family of 4 . And the games were a great idea I didn’t like the size of the main bed plenty of room for a bigger one. And the light didn’t work in the bedroom . The aircon in the main bedroom smelt very damp and so did the master en suite . No views and noisy at night . Building containers outside one side the other a train track
