- László (10/5): Good value for the money, close to metro station(2 stop from Namba), convinient beds. - Well equipped, convinient beds, was perfect for our family ( 4 adults, 2 kids), excellent location, close to Metro station (2 stops from Namba). Good value for the money. We spent 5 wonderful days, would come back again. Everything was ok.

- Chao-Kuang (9/5): CP值佳 - 住宿地點距離花園町地鐵站步行約4分鐘，附近有玉出超市，購買食物或生活用品方便。有洗衣機可方便清洗衣物，但由於沒有烘乾機，衣物僅能吊掛於房間旁半封閉的陽台內的移動式曬衣架，大概需2天左右才會乾。 樓梯確實蠻陡的，可能對小朋友或上了年紀的長輩在上下樓梯時須特別留意，要抓緊扶手；建議在浴室外的廚房區牆面上裝設掛勾或活動衣架，以便吊掛所有住宿者的浴巾和毛巾。由於餐廳的冷氣室外機裝在車庫的地面上，所以開冷氣後整個車庫會非常悶熱，建議可於車庫牆面或門口加裝排風扇，以加速排除熱氣。
- Ip (9/5): Clean, comfort apartment with locational convenience to Namba and Umeda - The location is convenient to go to Namba and Umeda. There is user friendly self check in with clear instruction and guideline sent by the host well in advance. The apartment is cosy, clean and comfortable with sufficient facilities. In brief, it is a good value stay with location convenience in Osaka. None. Very good already.

- Derek (8/5): Very good - The beds were the best across our stays in Japan this time around. There was consistent standing water in the garage attached to the main entrance that was a bredding ground for mosquitoes. There were a couple of nonfunctioning appliances, and the kitchen/bathroom especially could be better maintained. The stairs are extremely steep and even slightly angled.
