• Melad (1/5): Horrible experience. - Nothing — I cannot comment on the property itself because I never got to stay there. The last-minute cancellation caused major inconvenience and completely ruined my plans. I never even got to stay here because the property was already occupied by other guests. After I paid and booked the flat the owner told me this was Booking.com’s mistake for not updating the calendar, so it showed as available when it wasn’t. Very disappointing and inconvenient, especially being informed only one day before my arrival.
• Aleksandr (8/5): В целом понравилось, но, есть нюансы. - Шикарная локация. Все в шаговой доступности. Вид просто на 100/100. Номер чистый. Ну, вероятнее всего выделю несколько пунктов, которые не понравились: 1. 6-ой этаж. Сложно подниматься. Для молодежи еще нормально, а вот люди старшего поколения будут испытывать дискомфорт. 2. Нерабочий кондиционер в гостиной. Он дует, но, охлаждение не происходит. Тк мы там находили в летний период, то это прям стало максимально дискомфортно. 3. Запах плесени в зоне кухни. Открывая ящик с кухонными приборами обнаружили плесень на деревянных приборах.

What was wrong: - the apartment has huge windows that cannot be closed, they are broken, one of them doesn’t have a handle. • Diana (10/5): Best Balcony in Istanbul - The balcony was just incredible, the view was just splendid. The sofa bed was actually comfortable. The staff helped us to get into the apartment and replied quickly on WhatsApp. It’s tiring to go up the stairs until the 6th floor but it’s healthy :)

• Frano (10/5): Great apartment with a view of the most important sights - The apartment is at the great location and the view is absolutely magical, both the rooms and the view are even better than on the pictures. It is a spacious and lovely apartment, that I would recommend to anyone visiting the city. Note however that climbing 6 floors is not for everyone.
• Monique (8/5): A truly magnificent view. - The location is great. Easy walking distance to most places you would visit. The view truly is magnificent, being able to sit on the balcony in the evening was perfect. Air conditioning was an absolute bonus and very much needed. So many bars and restaurants nearby. A little tired and untidy. Communication not great, in fact had I not had a Turkish speaker with me I’m not sure we would have got in as we had to call to get access information as this was not sent. You do need to be quite fit to reach the sixth floor too.
• Madfoxnow (1/5): Sixth floor WITHOUT elevator. - Nothing. This is an apartment on the sixth floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR. The description of the apartment does not mention this situation. I called the owner to cancel and left the building. I was charged the full amount without using the apartment. This is a trap. If the description mentions that it was a sixth floor without an elevator I would never have booked it.
