Sembra tutto bello ma non funziona niente . evitate . una vasca idormassaggio e una doccia che non si possono usare perché pressione dell acqua non va bene e dopo qualche litro di acqua calda comincia ad essere fredda ghiacciata . Proprietario avvertito ha mandato il giorno dopo alle ore 11 una persona che ha semplicemente cambiato la temperatura dell acqua . • Alexandra (3/5): Good location, ok residence, not very clean. - Great location. The host allowed us to drop our bags early prior to check in. Property wasn’t overly clean. There was visible dirt/ dust on the floor near our bedside tables. There was also soiled sheets left on top of the washing machine, the host did not even respond when I messaged to inform him about it which was extremely disappointing. The door is also extremely difficult to get in and out of and it takes multiple tries to successfully unlock the door.

• AMELIE (2/5): Ca pourrait être vraiment parfait avec un meilleur entretien et une mise à niveau des équipements. C’est dommage, car le - L’appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Rome et offre un bel espace, ce qui est très appréciable pour un séjour en famille. Le logement n’est pas suffisamment équipé pour 5 personnes : nous n’avions par exemple que trois couteaux et la vaisselle était globalement insuffisante. Les couchages du salon (canapés-lits) sont très inconfortables : matelas usés, parfois déchirés, et on sent clairement les barres à travers. Les couvertures sont très fines et dégagent une odeur de poussière, ce qui laisse penser qu’elles ne sont pas lavées assez régulièrement. Concernant les équipements annoncés, la réalité ne correspond pas à la description. La baignoire balnéo ne fonctionne pas et il est de toute façon impossible de la remplir entièrement, probablement à cause d’un ballon d’eau chaude trop petit. Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne pas non plus. La propreté générale du logement laisse à désirer : présence de toiles d’araignée, portes très sales, et vaisselle sale à notre arrivée.

Le chauffage n’était pas terrible pour chauffer la pièce. appartement à éviter en hiver
• Jinks (2/5): - Ubicacion Viajamos en diciembre 2025, hacía frío, y el primer día porque avisé recién habilitaron la calefacción y no habia agua caliente. Recién al otro día pudimos bañarnos. El hidromasaje, que fue la razón por la que reservamos, no se podía utilizar porque no habia agua caliente. Me pedian que yo controle el calefón. Por último, mi hijo se olvidó un muñeco en el apartamento, y me dijeron que no lo encontraron cuando sólo lo usaba para dormir, no salía con él. Nunca pidieron disculpas por ninguno de los inconvenientes, ni por la calefaccion, ni por el agua, ni por el muñeco. No lo recomiendo para nada. Agrego que por el impuesto turistico, te obligan a hacerlo a traves de una aplicación, todo muy burocrático y sin facilidades para el huesped.

The location was great, we could walk to everything we wanted to see and plenty of shops etc near by. Overall place is clean The water pressure is low and temperature of water is not consistent. Also the sofa bed is not very comfortable. Unfortunately no space to store luggage as there is no reception.

• Caitlin (9/5): - This suite really took us by surprise. It was a bit of a gamble booking with very few reviews but the price and location was unmatched. Very glad I took the punt because this suite was everything we wanted plus more! It was so spacious and clean. It was great to come back to and relax after big days exploring Rome. Prime location. Very convenient. Great communication and easy check in. Highly recommend.
• Melonie (6/5): Great location, and perfect for a couple, but not a family. - Location was great for walking everywhere and the street was nice and quiet. We arrived early and left our luggage in lockers on the same street (down the road on the right). We were given early access, but the cleaners hadn’t been yet, so we were asked to leave and come back later; not a big deal as we locked our luggage up and went exploring again. It is advertised as sleeping 5, but in fact it’s really only suitable for 2. Our adult children slept on the pull out sofas, but they were very uncomfortable and the kitchen wasn’t well equipped- only 2 coffee cups etc.

• Agnes (9/5): Great Choice! Amazing location! - This is absolutely an amazing location. The property itself was very clean, the bathroom was pristine and it had plenty of beds. Large TV w/ streaming services. Host was very accommodating. While there was an amazing jet tub, I was not able to use it as it was impossible to control the temperature. The water was scalding hot and there was no way to lower it. But other than that great!

It was the perfect place to come back to rest after a busy day exploring Rome The washing machine didn't work, however, the host was kind enough to pay for our laundry. The key to get into the apartment was also a bit tricky to use.

• Robynne (8/5): Gorgeous place to stay in Rome. - Great location in Rome. Easy to get to all the key attractions as well as walk around and get a feel of the city. Loved that it was situated on the first floor and had no stairs after longs days of sight seeing. Beautiful bathroom a shame we didn’t have time to try the bath. unfortunately we had no working washing machine or dishwasher.

• Tania (7/5): Great location, plenty of room; a great stay except for the cold shower. - Collection of the keys, great location and plenty of room. with great facilities The property manager was easy to contact and communicated well. It was unusual to have to have cold showers on the first night as the hot water was turned off. The owner has an App which controls the water heater. It was an early start and a late night home travelling to and from the island of Capri the next day. So it wasn't until our final morning that we noticed the hot water had been turned on. While we were travelling early to Capri the property manager had sent me a message to contact the owner if the hot water wasn't on. Unfortunately we didn't see the message until the day of our departure. This is the first rental I've ever had with no hot water for some/most? of our stay.
• Christine (7/5): Overall, a location that is really awesome, charming. Clean and we had a great stay! - We loved the space. Bathroom is gorgeous, and the location was perfect. We appreciated that it worked out that we were able to get in a little earlier or we were allowed to drop off our luggage. The apartment door was challenging to open at first and to close. I wish the bottles in the shower were labeled and more expresso was available (we had only 2 per day but we had 4 adults there). I wish that paying the city tax was easier.

• Alex (5/5): Overall a great stay ruined by the fact that we were given a free cot with no mattress??? - excellent location wifi very stable size of place was of a very decent size big smart tv - great to keep the kid entertained the host - alessandro was amazing. prompt on whatsapp, gave great directions, locked ourselves out one day and arranged a new key within a couple of hours - v appreciative of ws given a free cot but the cot did not have a mattress and was asked to pay for it. The cot base is clearly hard and not habitable for a child. as a result, the baby slept in the bed and given not big enough for 3 of us, either the wife or i slept on the couch. on the last day, the baby fell off the bed and bumped her face. lucky it wasnt the head. the sink was blocked but recitifed the next day. the tap was about to fall out and just about lasted the week. two toilet roll between a family of 3 over a 7 day stay - maybe wrong expectations but that wasnt great. cleaning didnt do a great job - the main areas were fine but can see a lot of dust and some cobwebs in the corner. needs some cleaning out.

• Elvar (5/5): Good location - VERY slack of cleaning - Great location. 😍 Complicated checkin via WiFi and online system. I am very good at computers but this was not straight forward. We also had an accepted earlier checkin which was not activated at all. 😂 Hot water was emptied while taking shower and a very (NICE) jacuzzi… Cleanliness was awful, there was a silver tail in the jacuzzi teo days in a row. Baby crib had a mattress with mold and wasn’t even setup when arrived. Fridge was very disgusting and had some slime in it. Our white socks always became black while walking on the tiles…….
• Mary (9/5): Choice location for Rome City Center - The location was perfect: a stones throw away from the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. It helped a lot that this was a ground floor aparment - didn't have to carry luggage up the stairs. The property was also quite spacious. Nothing.

• Vicky (6/5): Pleasant - The property was in an absolutely fabulous location, we couldnt ask for better. Walkable to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. It is a standard 3 star property, there were plenty of towels and body wash. Everything was in working condition. We were disappointed that after arriving after the check in time we went to open the door the cleaner opened the door at the same time. She said she was cleaning, when asked how long she would be she said an hour. In that time she didnt vacuum, sweep or mop the property and finished actually within 30 minutes. We let the owners know that we didnt have access and sat on the stairs in front of the room with our luggage, they apologised and advised that the cleaner got the wrong property at the wrong time. On entering there was still a used coffee pod in the coffee machine, hair on the bed and kids underwear in the washing machine from the previous guest. There were some spiders in corners and on moving the chair to set up the beds, rubbish under the chairs, fridge shelf was dirty and just general dirt. It just needs a good quality clean. The property seemed to be quite damp, it took over 2 days to dry our clothes in the room with the aircon on.

• Felicia (8/5): I loved the location, cleanliness, comfortable furniture, and large TV. However, the glossy bathroom floor tile is a ser - The property was great and the location was perfect! The host was very responsive! The electronic locks were a little tricky. I didn’t like them at all! The tile on the bathroom floor is dangerous! I’m an interior designer and the tile in the floor is made for the wall. You cannot see if a drop of water is on the floor. I slipped and fell upon exiting the shower. Luckily, I didn’t get hurt. I suggest getting some nice throw rugs for the floor.

Comfortable bed, but kinda short my tootsies were hanging over a bit and I’m not that tall. huge bathroom👌 I was able to drop my luggage off early which was greatly appreciated Some of the basics should have been provided , no dish sponge/cloth, no hand soap in the bathroom dispenser, some olive oil in the cupboard would be convenient. This is the first air B&B that has not provided the basics . The pull out sofa beds were all pulled out and made as beds in the living room. Not what I expected, I’m travelling solo and would have preferred a sofa to sit on not beds.

The apartment was clean and had a nice jacuzzi (although we didn't use it). The electronic door was a little finicky at times. It was a little frustrating to use and if we wanted to use the door code it was too long to memorize.

Apartment was modern, clean, spacious and had all amenities that a traveller requires. Off street parking was no problem. Would highly recommend a visit to this apartment. No bathroom hooks for towels..minor issue.
