• Kieran (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean and cosy living area/bed The toilet and shower needed a deep clean as there was mould and marks. I didn't feel entirely comfortable handing over the full amount due in cash, plus the huge security deposit to some random person who came to meet me to check in. They could easily have been anyone.

• Boloroo (4/5): i was traveling alone, i didnt sleep well during my stay,not enjoyed at all for the cemetary look. - Hello, location was okay, staff was kind. 1. I was stayed 26th floor, window view was 2 different cemetery :( it was make me uncomfortable stay. i actually wanted to change but the staff told me boss will be not agree. 2. Shower is complicated. Very old. 3. Toilet door suddeny locked second day, i was so scary, i cannot take a toilet when i wanted. 4. in the toilet no shampoo, poor shower gel it was not fun. 5. Second day someone trying to open my door 2 times around 2 am. it was so annoying,

• Susan (3/5): Will not stay here again due to the dirt under the bed lounge and in the kitchen.  - The staff were nice. The bed was as hard as rock. Underneath the bed was filthy dirty full of other peoples hair, dust and old earbuds that were dirty. Under the lounge was just as bad with the same sort of detritus under it was absolutely disgusting. The cutlery drawer was disgusting and the saucepans in the kitchen for cooking a meal in needed replacing and were dirty. I used the minimal amount of equipment in this kitchen as possible. I did not cook a meal due to the inadequate facilities. it was no hot water in the kitchen or in the wash basin near the bathroom. The hot water in the bathroom wasn’t hot enough.

• Samia (9/5): I liked staying at the Cosy stay and the area was close to the Monorail - The studio flat was comfortable clean va and tidy with all modern commodities which was really useful such as the large fridge and washing machine. However I found the checking a bit complicated as I had to call an agent to meet me and give me the key. Despite this Mr Kamal was helpful curteous and friendly. The checkin in and the fact that I had to swipe the card to take the lift and I had forgotten so got a stuck in the lift until I realise that I needed to swipe the card.

• Nikusi (10/5): Exceptional - The location is very good, near to downtown and the train station. Also, there's grocery store in the same building as well as a cafe. The staff were super friendly and very helpful to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I like that the building is accessible to only those who live in it. We just had one key, and the main gate is not good.otherwise no complain!
