• Plummer (1/5): Gold Coast private apartments warning. Do not book with this company - Nothing. Gold Coast private apartments is the worst service i have ever had in my life. I tried to complain and it got me know where The service, customer service the whole trip was ruined.

• Desai (6/5): Need Pest Control - Location and Balcony View was excellent Ensuite Bedroom has a leakage in the shower head which sprays water to the ceiling which causes the water to drip down the ceiling towards the mirror making everything wet , Sofa come Bed and Beds Mattress quality are not good, Found Cockroaches in Kitchen leaving area and Balcony also text them about this issue but no reply from them. We forgot one of our Snack Container there but due to no reply from management of propertie we not bother to text them thanks.

No where to stop the car to find the lockbox. When entering the apartment the laundry door is broken and part of its hinge. The bathroom extractor fans did not work. There were significant stains on the carpet and couch. The vents for the aircon is caked with dust and look like they havent been cleaned in years.

• Mynul (3/5): Great View, Unacceptable Service and Bond Charge - Location I stayed in this serviced apartment for 5 nights. While the view from the apartment was great, the overall experience was disappointing. The bathroom toilet seat was broken, there was insufficient toilet paper provided, and no hand towels were available in the kitchen. The kitchen appliances were very old and dirty, which was surprising given that this is advertised as a serviced apartment with a full kitchen. There were not enough groceries, plates, or glasses for the number of guests. The kitchen utensils were also of very poor quality — the knife was blunt and unsafe to use, and the peeler was equally unusable. We specifically booked a serviced apartment because of the kitchen facilities, but the kitchen was not in a suitable condition to properly cook or dine. In addition, there were not enough dishwashing tablets, soap, or shampoo provided. I had to purchase these items myself, which should not be necessary for a serviced apartment stay. To make matters worse, $125 was deducted from my bond for a lost card that we didn't lose and returned to them without any proof, which is unacceptable. We definitely didn't lose the access card and dropped both of the cards provided to us in the security box, but we should have taken a picture as proof. Overall, aside from the view, this property did not meet basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, or service. I would not recommend this apartment unless significant improvements are made.

The fridge freezer smelt really bad from old seafood and when we walked in the apartment had musty terrible smell the whole week. 6 nights, 6 people. Definitely not enough toilet paper, shower gel ect for the stay. Have to bring your own.

Would have preffered if a latch was added on the inside of the room just as a security measure for the kids to not be able to just walk out if they chose to without a parent. Locating the key after travelling from adelaide straight to the motel room was absolutley horrible. Was probably the worst and only part about arriving at the motel. Lack of communication the staff who worked at H residencies had absolutley no idea what we were on about and this caused alot of frustration especially having all our luggage and kids who were exhausted. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

All the kitchen utensils and dishes filthy. Toilet seats were filthy. Outdoor table full of smoke burns. Graffiti scratched into the artwork on entry. Constant whistling wind noise from windows that don't close probably. Blanket on the bed full of suspect stains.. yuk Absolutely Disgraceful. And they charge top dollar to stay there.. Never again. I wonder if the owners of this property are aware of the state of this rental. My suggestion would be to get a competent managing agent to fix all these issues and present the property as it should be. Management needs an attitude adjustment. Good luck trying to speak to anyone. Text messages and WhatsApp is their preferred method of communication. They couldn't care less. Their solution to any negative feedback was to cancel the booking. Hidden fees. Bond more than advertised. Horrible service. No wonder the unit is in such a Disgraceful state. Would NEVER use GCPA ever again.

• Leesa (6/5): Great value, perfect location. - the location for my work conference was perfect. It was a bit noisy as the balcony opened directly above a very busy bar that had loud music. It did stop at 9pm though. Outlook was a tram stop and road, so a bit disappointing. Dirty couches and carpet, mismatched dining chairs, door onto balcony didn't lock properly, the apartment absolutely stunk of moisture and cigarette smoke. Something as simple as fragrance sticks or an ambi pur in the power point would've made a huge difference. Garbage chute outside the apartment door had rubbish with dirty nappies stacked up, stinking out the entire floor.

• Maxim (7/5): Great location and view, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement. - The apartment had a fantastic location, right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, with beautiful ocean and city views. The facilities were great — especially the pool and gym — and check-in was smooth and easy. Unfortunately, we found a cockroach inside the apartment, which was disappointing and made the stay less comfortable. The apartment also feels a bit worn and would benefit from some minor maintenance and repairs.

• Laura (5/5): It was good but wouldn’t stay there again due to poor customer service. - Great location, good size apartment, every bedroom has a bathroom Room smelt like cigarettes, online checkin would not let me pay bond so there was a delay getting details on key pick up. There was mould on the carpet in the main bedroom, couches had stains on them, curtains are falling off the hooks, my granddaughter cut her foot on a piece of glass in the carpet, clothes horse was broken and the most frustrating part was I sent multiple messages asking if we could get an extra room key as we had 5 adults and no one bothered to reply which made it very difficult to go out as someone always had to stay close to let others in. Even if it wasn’t possible it would have been courtesy to lets us know.

They should be ashamed.. if they had acknowledged the issue and wo - Location was good Host contact was terrible.. they wouldn’t respond to our issues, apartment smelt terrible which they knew before our stay as all windows and doors were open on arrival. Host didn’t text where to find key box or number when we arrived. Had to spend days deep cleaning apartment to try and get rid of smell including replacing table mats, cleaning all drawers and cupboards, cleaning all extractor fan filters. No bedding left for bed settee. Totally ignored all text messages and calls.

• Solveig Marie (5/5): Vi ble sikkelig skuffet :-( - Utsikten og beliggenheten til leiligheten var helt perfekt. Det var kort avstand til restauranter, barer, utesteder og andre aktiviteter. Avstanden til stranden var velidg kort. Vi kom til en leilighet som ikke var rengjort. Vi måtte vente i 4 timer før vi kunne ta i bruk leiligheten. Leiligheten bar stort preg av å være utleieleilighet. Det var mugg på ene soverommet. Stolene til spisestuen hadde masse løse skruer. Sovesofaen i stuen var ekstremt møkkete med store flekker og sjokolade glint utover den ene puten. Det var masse flekker på vegger og tak. Vi ble veldig skuffet og følte ikke at vi hadde fått det vi hadde betalt for.

Le plus gros bémol était la c - La vue sur la mer + l’emplacement dans Cavill Avenue + l’accès à la piscine + la machine à laver et le sèche linge : tout était fonctionnel. The sea view + the location on Cavill Avenue + access to the pool + the washing machine and dryer — everything was functional. La propreté est à revoir + le canapé convertible n’est pas confortable (le matelas est à changer car les ressorts se font ressentir) + les couettes d’aplomb n’étaient pas lavées + les lumières de la terrasse ne fonctionnaient pas. The cleanliness needs improvement + the sofa bed is uncomfortable (the mattress needs to be replaced because the springs can be felt) + the duvets didn’t appear to be washed + the terrace lights weren’t working.

• Anne (7/5): Amazing location but the bedroom situation was ridiculous and false advertising - Great location, close to everything. Booked a 2 br unit 2204, but the 2nd bedroom was in the lounge room with frosted glass doors that section it off - it’s like trying to sleep inside a light box if ANY lights in unit are on - making it difficult for a child to sleep. This should have been clear in the booking process. The bed in the main bedroom was like a torture device & needs replacing. The noise until 3.30am was hectic. We’ve stayed in the Hilton many times, but I wouldn’t stay in this particular unit again. After we checked in a random lady let herself into the unit to get a suitcase - previous occupant that still had a swipe card..

The whole apartment had a funky smell from the mould every time we entered. The Wifi didnt work, and when we asked for it to be fixed there was no response. The note on their QR code said that the wifi was complimentary if it didnt work basically that it wasn't there fault. Also as it was only on the 3rd floor the noise on Fri / Sat was really loud, as it's located one floor above a bar / nightclub.
