However, do provide the guests with some 3 - The view at night is superb No signage of Block A & B placed at all at the parking lot area. We as the outsiders need a clear information to a new and unknown place, thus signage is very important. It happen to us and other customers too that day where we get confused and use the lift wrongly ended up made us panic. So pls label the signage that direct us to the Block A and B lifts at the parking area ya. Tq

La habitación sucia nivel extremo: pelos en la cama, las almohadas amarillas que ni las habian lavado... la encimera con manchas de cafe... las instalaciones comunes también estaban sucias y dejadas. El personal del hotel completamente desagradable. En la piscina no puedes bañarte en biquini. Pregunté por qué y de malas maneras me dijeron que el bikini (uno normal, con parte de arriba y de abajo) no tapa lo suficiente. En fin. Me sentí super incomoda y se respiraba un ambiente muy machista, te comian con los ojos a cualquier hora, cualquier dia....

- Mathieu (1/5): ATTENTION, ARNAQUE !!!! - Rien, vu que le responsable nous a honteusement arnaqué en annulant à la dernière minute et en ne nous remboursant pas! Tout commence au moment de la réservation. Nous sommes attirés par un appartement à 85rm environ (je suis genius 3). Le rêve. Mais au moment de payer, c'est 170rm qui nous sont facturés!! Cela reste abordable, donc soit. À peine arrivés, le responsable de Alaman nous annonce que notre réservation a été annulée, sans donner de raison, ni pourquoi nous n'avons pas été mis au courant avant! Nous venions de faire 30mn de voiture pour y arriver. Il me demande de faire moi l'annulation sur Booking.com et qu'il n'y aura aucun problème pour le remboursement. À ce jour, je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé... J'ai certes pu avoir une autre chambre (avec une autre agence, ce building est géré par je ne sais combien de vendeurs de nuitées), mais toute petite et j'ai dû repayer 170rm. Le seul point positif du building est la piscine, mais soyez patients aux ascenseurs, il y a parfois 20mn d'attente avant d'y accéder! C'est tout simplement scandaleux que des arnaqueurs pareils puissent avoir accès à des plate-formes comme booking.com. Ne réservez plus rien chez eux, c'est tout bonnement des arnaqueurs !

- Sungur (8/5): - it is a very huge building and naturally it takes long time to go to your room. Sometimes you have to wait for elevator for a long time. If you have heavy luggages you will have a problem.

Man fühlt sich nicht als Gast. - Zimmer waren soweit ganz okay Das Hotel war ein Airbnb, das sehr profitorientiert zu sein scheint. Die oberen Stockwerke eines Hochhauses werden möglichst gewinnbringend als Touristenunterkunft vermietet. Wir waren zunächst geschockt als das Hotel statt dem von booking.com zunächst genanntem Preis wesentlich mehr kosten sollte. Dann wurden wir dazu gedrängt, das Booking.com Arrangement zu stornieren und wir sollten dann einen günstigeren Preis bekommen. Das Auschecken erfolgt ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Man bekam den f

- Златомир (2/5): Poor serive - The view Wasn’t clean and TV doesn’t work. I complain to the stuff but they don’t care at all. Also they have hidden taxes that u have to pay when u arrive. They explain to me that its wrote in the booking but actually they do like that to charge you double then the price. If its all correct why they don’t put the real amount of money in the add. How suppose to be. They also want something like deposit and its really hard to take it back. In general total ignorance and not polarity in this country at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
