• MUHAMMAD HAKIMI (9/5): - Great property, drive away to burleigh and broadbeach. Clean and have nice beach view. Apartment is big and suitable for family to stay. I love it. Walk to surfer paradise and near to the restaurants

No pool towels (reception won’t give them to airb&b only hotel direct) Room is quite dated and was a bit messy. Toilet seat was broken and not cleaned. Hair in sink and bathtub. Bathtub not cleaned. Cleaner arrived before 10am.

Property is substandard. - Convenient location Unable to shower for 24 hrs following checking as the shower hose was broken at the bottom so no water was getting to the head. Unable to use the bath as plug was not correct size. No soap provided, only single use body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Missing aircon remote. Missing batteries from remotes ( was rectified about 1 hr after check in). Keys need to be collected (then returned) away from the accommodation. Broken power points, dodgy light switches. Toilet ran constantly. Not as clean as should have been.

• Linda (7/5): Lovely view but key collection was an issue - The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and quiet. The process for collecting and dropping off the key is unsatisfactory, particularly given the price point of the accommodation. Older guests or those with limited mobility would find the walk to and from the lock box very challenging - particularly as it involves crossing busy roads and tram tracks. It was also very inconvenient when we had an early departure for a 7:00am flight and it was raining.

Had amazing pools and spas I didn’t like the fact that a security deposit was held on my account for a week, I’ve never had that happen to me before. I also had to collect the key from a lock box but was not easy to get to

The living area was cozy yet sophisticated, perfect for unwinding with a book or watching a movie. The bedroom was a true oasis, featuring a comfortable bed with high-quality linens. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea was an experience I’ll cherish. The bathroom, equipped with a rain shower, added to the overall sense of luxury. Location-wise, this apartment couldn’t be better situated. It’s just a short walk from charming local shops and restaurants, yet far enough to feel like a private escape. The proximity to the beach made daily walks a joy, and the vibrant marine life was an unexpected bonus. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, ensuring that my stay was seamless from start to finish. Their recommendations for local dining and activities enriched my experience even further. In conclusion, this ocean-view apartment is a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and unbeatable scenery. • Sarah (10/5): Great experience would definitely come again! - Views were spectacular!🤩 location, location, location....was perfect 😁 everything was so close walking distance to most things and beach was also super close. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The air-conditioning was not working very well in the master bedroom and it was very humid and hot weather during our stay so it made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. The aircon worked well everywhere else in the apartment tho.
