Guest Reviews
- Jorden Floris (7/5): Good for the price you pay and would recommend with a big group - Easy accesible appartment with enough space for a group of 11. Great lively neighbourhood for a bite and drink. The showers could use replacement and the outdoor area has some gaps where pigeons found their way through. It did not impact our stay in any negative way though
- sharon (1/5): We were very disappointed that Booking. Could not contact the hosts so we were left to re book accommodation ourselves - Nothing we couldn’t get in We couldn’t get in touch with the host
- Lee (1/5): - nothing I made contact with the host and had arranged 2pm at the accomodation. And had to await unlock code for box. 2.20pm tried messaging them as nothing yet. After another 20 minutes,.I tried the telephone number on booking.com and it's a dead number. Contacted booking.com and they could not get hold of the host after another hour.
By 4pm we had to find another accomodation for 11 people. Easier said then done.
- Bethany (10/5): - A great space for a group of friends, the communal spaces were perfect and having the 2 kitchens and 3 toilets meant no one was waiting for a shower. The location is really great as well, walkable to lots of places!
- G (1/5): -
- Joe (1/5): - Terrible service. Everything.
Would not recommend.
- Jane (9/5): Great location, well appointed, extremely clean - This property was a great location for our work exhibition at The Truman Brewery on Brick Lane, the apartment was spacious, extremely clean and well appointed. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable it made it difficult to get up and get going in the morning. There are a number of restaurants outside and around the flat, and several small supermarkets so getting supplies was easy. Nothing!
- Jamie (10/5): Really well located, great for a weekend getaway with friends. - We had a great time here. The apartment was perfect for our weekend getaway to London. The location could not have been better. The house was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Would really recommend this and would come back again in a heartbeat.
- Leisha (7/5): Great location & good size - The size was great perfect for my group No towels and not enough toilet rolls also things were broken already like the toilet roll holder
Messaged for a later check on but got no reply from host at all so felt rushed out of the property at dot on 11am
- Maria Dolores (10/5): - El salón muy amplio, éramos 9 personas y todos estábamos bien acomodados. La cocina bien equipada y las camas muy cómodas. La cafetera no funcionaba.
- Priya (10/5): Such a lovely stay, staff were quick to reply, check in and checkout was super easy and great value for money! - The property was in such a good location, was exactly as described, had everything we needed! It would have been nice to know the layout of the property but not a big deal!
- Lisa (2/5): Poorly maintained property. - The rooms are spacious. The location is well served by public transport. It is badly maintained. Ballots arrived during our stay with a court order to install a pre-pay electric meter. At first the central heating did not work in any of the accommodation. Once I topped up the water pressure in the boiler, then we had heating in half of the accommodation (we stayed for 5 nights in January 2026). Delivery drivers had access to the accomodation and would deliver or collect items in our central stairway both while we were in the accommodation and while we were out.
The smoke alarm beeped every 1 minute during our stay.
The owners acknowledged the electrical non-payment and responded but ignored everything else.
- Maria (8/5): - Spacious and great location Fire alarm battery needed changing
- Amanda (7/5): Short City Break - Beds comfortable
Very clean
Heating very effective
Virgin TV including Sky Sports
Very close to Overground Station Ignored by the owner when sent an urgent text - Had 2 very loud smoke alarms bleeping throughout the entire stay. They both needed batteries replacing. No step ladder or suchlike that we could get up to reach them. Sent a text on arrival and asked for these to be sorted and no response at all!
Had to sleep with earplugs as they were so loud and annoying.
Outside appearance of the flat - Graffiti all over the front door, looks terrible!
- Virginia (4/5): - Heater is not functioning
No hot water Heating
No hot water for 2 days
- Carmona (9/5): -
- Steve (8/5): Great - Location. Size. No of rooms. Nothing
- Paula (10/5): Great place for a group of people - Spacious rooms, 2 nice kitchens, good location close to bars and restaurants, plenty of seating and bedrooms for 8 people. A perfect place for a group of people. Also a cute balcony. Downstairs shower and loo roll fittings could do with being fixed better
- Kevin (8/5): Excellent location. Plenty space - Spacious
- Peter (5/5): Ok location with terrible communication - Ok, price/locality. One bedroom to the street is awful, very noisy. The other 3 ok.
Landlord has Zero communication level, just automated messages. Waiting for invoice as this was business trip. No respond for texts, calls, Booking support useless.
- Connor (8/5): -
- Bonath (8/5): - Convenient Convenient
- judith (8/5): Good stay - Good location lots of good restaurants and bars close by.
Apartment spacious and beds were comfortable Shower in 1st level could do with being upgraded.
- Imaan (8/5): Absolutely superb stay, would recommend to anyone travelling in a large group - The property was perfect, all the amenities that we needed were provided and there was plenty of space for all of us The property could have some maintenance done to the bathrooms and some walls in the corridor as it is a bit worn but doesn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay

- Philip (7/5): Good - Good value for price. Close enough to central London. Easy and convenient proximity to public transport.
- Bethany (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sup (10/5): Quality affordable clean residential apartment - Everything about this apartment is fantastic, great location fantastic price, myself and my friends loved it so much we cannot wait until our next trip ,
So clean and very comfortable It was fantastic
- Bittu (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and clean
- Jason (8/5): Great stay with friends. - Very accommodating hosts Nothing
- Corina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aurel (9/5): Superb -
- Hannah (8/5): Very good - Location and space Showers need fixing
- Fiona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maeve (5/5): Passable - Good location and comfortable beds. Mice droppings in the kitchen. Mice ate some of our food. One shower was either cold or very hot. Previous guests towels and bedsheets hadn't been removed from the property. We called and emailed the property about this during our stay and got no response.
- Aaron (7/5): Good property, but could be improved - Great location. Large, spacious and decently appointed apartment ideal for groups/ bigger families. Comfortable beds. Basic kitchen supplies provided. Close to many bars/ clubs/ restaurants etc. Multiple shops and public transport links within walking distance. Property was warm and generally clean on arrival. Apartment quite tired and generally in need of a little TLC. Showers near unusable due to broken fixtures and/ or very low water pressure. Broken cabinet, tilling and bin in 2nd floor kitchen. Dishwasher was found full of dishes on arrival, some of which were broken. Front facing, single-glazed windows onto main road allow too much noise into property. Blackout curtains or blinds needed in bedrooms. Radiators weren’t functional on 1st and 3rd floors. Host didn’t respond/ answer to messages.
- Andrew (8/5): Hoxton Apartment - Location excellent. Good space for 8 people. One of the showers was not very good
- Linda (5/5): Great location but apartment student room vibes. Heating not working and mice in the apartment. - The location was great. Near to the underground and nice places to go to (restaurants and pubs).
Apartment with lots of rooms, (beds are small though). Kitchen has all facilities you need. We were with 2 families (8 persons) which fitted well. Heating wasn’t working. It was 14 degrees in the apartment. Host didn’t react to messages. We had mice in the apartment (see photo chips bag - eaten). Showers not properly working (hot cold). Overall adjustments needed. It gives student room vibes.
Check in at 2, but cleaning lady was working up to 4.
- Amber (6/5): Great space, needs some TLC. - The location is absolutely fab, really central and close to underground’s. Great restaurants and bars around the property. You’re really central to everything, whilst feeling just far enough out. We found a really great bar just around the corner, with outside seating and twinkly lights. On the walk from the train station, to the left. Called Brew Pig.
The property itself gives plenty of space to groups (we were a group of 8) and didn’t feel on top of each other. A few of the facilities didn’t match up to the price we paid; a chair was broken when we arrived and the water pressure in the showers wasn’t especially strong. Also when there are beds that match for 8, and then some but there aren’t enough seats for everyone to sit comfortably, it doesn’t quite match to the price we paid for the weekend stay.
Whilst some of the spaces felt chic, and modern. Others felt like they really needed an upgrade.
- Martinez (1/5): Unbearable stay winter without heat in London - Location Service, cleaningness, no heater no boiler, no attention to guests
- Olivia (8/5): Very good - Comfortable beds, perfect for short weekend stay with friends to use as a base to go out and do activities
Basic kitchen supplies provided, great communal/living space. Good value for money and location Bathrooms are a bit tired and need a few things fixed, but not a deal breaker. Few things like cracked mirrors and marks on walls, easy fixes that would up the overall rating
- Michelle (6/5): Pleasant but could be improved - Ample space and location A few issues that would need to be looked into
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paraiso (8/5): Very good -
- Marcia (7/5): Perfect location and great size of apartment! - Perfect location, great size and communal area. This was ideal for our stay as it meant we could all sit together. Bedroom situation worked too. So much to explore in Shoreditch and not far walking to the different areas too. Sainsbury’s across the road which is great and provides all essentials. Overall, we would definitely recommend the apartment however please get a new cleaning company! We would recommend getting a new cleaning company as the apartment needs a good clean. Reading previous posts, you say to contact during the stay but by then it’s too late. For your next guests, the cleaners need to properly clean the bathrooms. The floors also need a good polish.
- Anuki (5/5): The location is great. It’s more suitable for younger people who don’t mind the bustling life. But even so I didn’t thin - The property was spacious to accommodate 3 families. The location is central but very noisy. The windows are old and it feels like all the police cars and ambulances are in your ears. The noise is too much coming in from the street. Cleanliness was really bad for the money paid.
- Karki (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chloe (10/5): Would definitely stay again, perfect for hen weekends. - Really spacious, beds were really comfy, good amount of mirrors, great communal area, little touches had been thought of like providing extension leads, more than one kitchen area, bathrooms clean and good working shower. Could do with a few more full length mirrors.
- Rachael (5/5): Great space, location but needed cleaning. - Location great The apartment needed cleaning through out. There was dirty washing in the washing machine. The fridge and kitchen were grubby. The floor was dirty.
The bathroom had hairs in the shower and the bed sheets were stained.
- Rebecca (9/5): Excellent for what we needed for our large group - Good location
Spacious and good number of beds for our group
Good living room and dining table so we could all sit together The showers not always easy to get the right temp
- Darren (9/5): Superb -
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tim (9/5): Superb - Good central location. Shoreditch good night life and restaurants
