• Natasha (10/5): Would highly recommend this appartment - Really lovely apartment, spacious and had a great local feel about it. Everywhere was clean and quiet. Local shops to hand and the city centre is only 20-30min walk Could have done with another sofa considering it sleeps 8 people.

• Daniela (8/5): Ci torneremo. - L'appartamento è molto ampio, luminoso e molto pulito. I letti molto comodi. La posizione sicuramente ottimale. Sicuramente doterei l'appartamento di una macchina per il caffè a cialde o a capsule.

• Lisa (9/5): Bella! - Ottima posizione, a 500 metri c'è un supermercato. Accoglienza buona e discreta. Indicazioni di pagamento molto chiare. Tutto ottimo, nessun reclamo.
• VALERIE (8/5): Bon séjour ! - L'appartement est spacieux (grandes chambres, dressing, 2 salles de douche,...) et lumineux. A 15-20 minutes à pied de la Piazza del Popolo. Merci à Alessandro qui était présent pour nous remettre les clés et nous expliquer le fonctionnement de l'appartement, ainsi qu'à l'ensemble de nos interlocuteurs qui ont facilité notre arrivée (réponse rapide aux messages, réservation d'un VTC pour le trajet d'arrivée à l'aéroport). L'appartement est au-dessus d'une rue très passante (bruit des voitures).

• McLaughlin (10/5): Comfortable apartment within walking distance of central Rome - This place was fantastic! I was visiting Rome for a few days with friends, and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice/spacious this apartment was. It was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfy, aircon worked great, and although it was fairly central - it was not noisy at all! Would definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Rome. No complaints

• Serra (8/5): Appartamento spazioso e confortevole - L’appartamento è molto spazioso, confortevole e pulito. Ottima posizione per chi deve partecipare ad eventi al foro italico e stadio. Il check in dí Alessandro molto cordiale e premuroso. Unico neo: la serranda di una delle camere era rotta e non abbiamo potuto sollevarla, ma credo risolveranno.

• Kata (8/5): Nice apartment for friends or bigger families as well. - It was a spacious, sunny, apartment with 3 bedrooms, a living room (with comfortable beds for 2 persons additionally) and 2 bathrooms. The location was good, not in the centre but close by walking or by public transport as well. The terrace gives a beautiful view and very nearby there is a small cafeteria where you can experience the Italian hospitality. The owners were kind and very helpful: transfer was organized from and to the airport as well (for extra fee of course) and I could contact them at any time. Only a.small thing: some more carpet would have been comfortable in the early spring weather on the floor, but it is just a tiny thing.

• Kennyd76 (10/5): Great stay in a fantastic apartment. - Absolutely great apartment. Well serviced with everything you could need in my mind. I’ve stayed in many places in over 30 trips to Rome and this was up with the best for facilities. Host was amazing as were the team working with them. We could not have asked for more. No2 bus stop directly outside if you don’t fancy the short walk to the Metro. Not an area of Rome I’ve stayed in before so it was nice to experience what’s on offer in this very nice little part of Rome. Rosso Pizza deserves a special mention as my daughter loved the choices here. Perilli al Flaminio and Tiz Cucina are both worth a meal if you stay local.
• Georg (9/5): Superb - Very well equipped, great furniture, lot of space, nice house, only a view minutes to Flaminio (metro), great view from balcony. Although major street not too loud... kitchen extremely well equipped, dishwasher, oven, 2 bathrooms, laundry machine, hot water perhaps not enough for 6 people taking a shower... very helpful staff!

• Abid (9/5): Spacious comfortable apartment - Spacious clean comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and a lounge and balcony. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water for us arriving and I wasn't particularly happy having to pay a 25 euro charge for a late check-in considering I did pay quite a lot for the apartment. (Even still it was good value).

Loved, loved the property; it was clean, spacious and perfect for 8! the location was perfect train bus only 2 stops from Trevi fountain, but we walked everywhere. The staff was excellent and very organized. Thank you, thank you for a wonderful stay in Roma! We will be back, Ciao !!
• Vishal (7/5): will recommend to anyone going for a short stay. lovely apartment. - spacious apartment, lovely views. not too far from the walled city of Rome ( about 15 mins walk). Bus & Tram options close by. Convinience stores just below the building. Elevator in the building (although ancient but it works :)) Second Bathroom quite small. no hooks to hang clothes in either bathrooms. Hot water finished midway, even though property is advertised as suitable for 8 one of the ACs was nt working, we tried resarting etc. it was not super hot so it was ok but might be an issue when its really hot. no dishwasher tablets or washing soap provided, it would be nice if a few were provided to get people started & if one is staying for long they can get their own supplies. We were allowed access to property much before check in time so very accommodating hosts but it was very dirty (from earlier guests) & cleaners came quit late. finished by 4 or 4.30pm for a 3pm check in, so not ideal.
