• Alexandre (7/5): Cancun Aiport - 15 minutes de l’aéroport, arrivée tardive possible. Nous avions réservé un appartement pour 5 personnes, le canapé lit du séjour est vraiment inconfortable (on dort sur une planche).

Y como viajabamos temprano al día siguiente, nos favoreció que está cerca del aeropuerto y te evitas el tráfico y estrés de no llegar a tiempo y perder el vuelo...sin duda volveré a hospedarme ahí La entrada está un poco confusa porque no ví ningún anuncio del residencial, hay que pasar por una caseta antes de llegar a la caseta del residencial, pero fuera de eso es una excelente opción si quieres un lugar cerca del aeropuerto.... Eso sí, si quieres ir al centro, al mercado 18, necesitas carro o taxi porque está algo retirado

• Elena (10/5): Hermoso lugar para hospedarse!!! - Todo excelente, el apartamento muy espacioso, limpio, equipado. Con todo lo necesario para cortas o largas estancias. La piscina es grande y todo estaba muy limpio, el acceso fue muy rápido porque los de seguridad tienen la información actualizada y a mano y siempre fueron amables

• Donna (8/5): - Nice roomy apartment with great a/c and modern clean decor. Balcony overlooking lovely pool with comfy sunbeds and umbrellas. Not far from the airport and very secure. Just off one of the main roads into Cancun from the airport. Quite far from the beach but fine if you hire a car. Dedicated parking spot and nice quiet residential complex. Superking bed and 2 bathrooms very handy. I would stay here again. For some reason there were only 3 glasses and 2 forks (supposedly the apartment sleeps 6!) which was annoying as we wanted to eat in with our young kids. The boiler leaks and flooded the utility space so we couldn’t use the washing/clothes drying area. The shower pressure is terrible but I find this common in Mexico.
• eyal (7/5): - הדירה מאובזרת ונוחה הבריכה מצויינת מיקום הדירה מרוחק ממש מקנקון ומהמרכז וכן מחופי הים מרחק נסיעה של מעל 25 דק׳ זרם המים בדירה גרוע מאוד במטבח בקושי זריו מים בברז וכן במקלחות לא היו לנו מים חמים לכל אורך השהייה שלנו התלוננו מס פעמים פעם אחת הגיע נציג אך לא תיקן את הבעייה וכאשר באו שוב אנחנו לא היינו בדירה ומשום מה אין לצוות מפתח נוסף

We didn’t do much as it’s not near any attractions or in the city. - It’s modern, well equipped and comfortable When we arrived, the apartment has not been cleaned. We left and came back at 6 pm. It was cleaned then but the floor felt very sticky, especially the kitchen. We had to wear shoes inside for the entire stay. I’m not sure if the duvet cover is washed after every stay. There was a dirt patch on duvet. I sent photos to your management. Water pressure in the kitchen sink is very low. There are small ants infestation in the kitchen. Can’t put any food on the kitchen bench. It would be nice to supply coffee/tea for your guests. There were only 2 forks and 2 spoons. It’s not a problem for us but your guests with more than 2 occupancy might.

• Roderick (10/5): Great place to stay before/after long flight - Brand new spacious appartement. We booked it after our long flight to adjust to the Mexican time zone. It did not disappoint. Very clean, and comfortable. Also, the swimming pool was a big plus. Took some time before the taxi driver could find the place as even the roads are under construction. There are no shops/restaurants nearby you need a car to get around.
