J'ai été remboursée pour la dernière nuit que je n ai pas passé là-bas, par contre aucun dédommagement pour les coupures de courant et quant aux blattes "rien ne prouve qu'il y en avait avant mon arrivée"... Nb: il n'est pas dans mes habitudes de transporter des blattes avec moi.

• sharon (6/5): - the apartment is wonderful The instructions on the access system did not arrive until a few hours before check-in. Its Bluetooth system that needs a mobile phone with data/wifi. No one meets you at the property. the second time I returned the system did not work. There was an electronic key in the flat but it was not labelled luckily I brought it with me and neighbour helped me.

Heating system wasn't working well. Coffee machine was broken. We notified the staff, they said they would come and fix it but we never heard anything from them anymore, they didnt reply to our messages and they didn't pick up the phone anymore. Also there was no hairdryer in the apartment. The apartment has so much potential but sadly is being mismanaged. :(

Received an email from the agency advising that the aircon hasn’t been working for weeks and we were not advised. A heat wave in Geneva at the time. We left early and didn’t stay the 2nd night as we could not sleep in the heat.

• 英北 (3/5): Really bad experience! - Bad experience, the worst I have had in Europe in recent years. It is mainly a hygiene issue. When I woke up the first morning after check in, I found rashes on my lower back and arms. I immediately sent an email (around 9 o'clock) to request a change of bed sheet and quilt cover, but I didn't receive a reply until almost three in the afternoon, and they refused to change them on the same day, saying that the cleaning team had already left. I only stayed for three nights in total, so what's the point of changing them on the last day? Later, the rash worsened and became an obvious papular urticaria. This forced me to take medicine and apply medication continuously, which affected my work and life, and may last for 2weeks and even longer. Secondly, after I checked in, the accommodation was obviously slow to respond to my emails, and later simply stopped responding. The receipt was also sent after repeated email requests. In short, I am very dissatisfied.

• Andi (8/5): Overall it was an ok experience, the rest of Geneva and the towns around the lake made up for it and then some. - It was clean and it was easy to find. There was a couple of issues really at this property. One, the AC didn’t work the entire time we were there. And two, with the exception of a small soap and toilet paper, there were no other toiletries. I would suggest a small shampoo/conditioner, body wash, be available for the guest. Regarding the AC, the first day we go there it was 33C, hot and humid. It was a Saturday and the person we were talking to said that the contractor does not work on the weekend. They did send a friend handyman, but they really had no way to repair it. The handyman did bring a fan to help at least a little bit. At night, it did cool down just a little bit, but it was still humid. We took showers twice to stay cool. Even though they promised to have someone there on Monday to repair the issue, no one showed up. We didn’t let this ruin our stay, so we only came back at night when it got cooler.
• Marina (8/5): Lovely stay in a quiet Geneva neighbourhood - The apartment was very large and nicely decorated. The team was very friendly and were always answering my emails and phone calls. I was worried about the electronic key to be used with an app, but it functioned very well. There was even a coffee and tea that I could use with a coffee machine and a tea kettle. Also towels and hair dryer were provided. The apartment is quite far out from the city centre. There was no soap or shampoos so its good I had them with me (not the soap though!).

Fridge is loud, Air conditioning is loud even if switched off. you can hear all noises in the house. support is very laggy, often no answer on direct questions and with a delay of answering of half a day.

• Tania (9/5): Very Confortable and Cosy Studio in a very lively location! - The Flat has all the amenities for a pleasant and confortable stay, confortable bed and pillows, beautiful decoration , very clean The curtain is light and does not darken enought the room and some handles curtain were loose, no dishs detergent or sponge, but nothing that could not be fixed, little inconveniences only.
• David (5/5): Modern studio with no frills or services. - The room was comfortable and location was easy to get to and safe. The booklet and communication of rules and basic access was very inconvenient. At least have a service to take away trash. Some service , any service would be a plus. Calls were not answered and help non existent.

• Dorian (10/5): It was perfect !!! - Marvelous Place. The entry was with App on the phone. No keys, no hassle. Host was professional. He, explained everything. Perfect stay for My trip to Geneva. I would recommend it 100%. I have noticed the host has more Apartments and that makes it my Place to go every time. No negatives so far.
• Michał (4/5): Very hot staying - Dobra lokalizacja, czysto, W pobliżu restauracje, Good location, clean, Restaurants nearby. Awaria klimatyzacji, 3 noce w temperaturze 29 st C. Air conditioning failure, 3 nights at 29 degrees Celsius.
