• Lauren (8/5): Great value place to stay with great comfort and perfect location. Couldn’t have asked for better. - Location, easy check in, good communication The shower drain backed up a little. Stairs were narrow but to be expected in older London buildings.
• Stoyan (1/5): ACOID AT ALL COSTS!!! - Absolutely nothing! This property was absolutely horrendous. The entire place felt neglected, filthy, and completely worn out. The carpets were dirty and heavily stained, the paint was peeling off the walls and stairs, and several windows were broken and unsafe. One of the beds was broken, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, and the locks on the communal bathroom doors were broken as well, which is completely unacceptable. There was dust, dirt, and hairs everywhere, giving the impression that the property had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. Towels and bedding are not changed during longer stays, so be aware of that if you are planning to stay more than a night or two. The room was also missing even the most basic essentials — no wardrobe, no table, and virtually no electrical equipment apart from a kettle and a hair dryer. Overall, the place was filthy, poorly maintained, and completely misrepresented. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.
• Sara (4/5): Location great but really needs some love (and not the kind that’s splattered on the wall) before I’d stay there again. - Location was perfect Owners have not actioned simple feedback from previous guests. Taking a few small actions would make a massive difference to the ratings they receive and the quality of the stay people experience. It’s a great building with lots of potential but sadly is not looked after and even simple DIY tasks don’t appear to have been carried out with care or completion. Eg. The bathroom has lovely travertine tiles but it just feels messy. putting away the ‘free toiletries’ that other guests have left would make it feel less like you’re staying in a students house. To repeat what previous guests have said, there are stains on the wall that need to simply be cleaned off. I dont think they will even require painting over once this is done, but currently with these stains, it feels like a brothel. The plug sockets simply need to be screwed into the wall- a two minute job that will get guests out of danger and the owner out of a potential lawsuit. The windows need to be cleaned inside, London is dirty so outside would also be a bonus. Unless this is actually a place where people just rent and use for the day, please get some lining for the light linen curtains, as people fundamentally need to sleep in darkness. It’s an old building so noise will naturally be an issue but guests are often unaware of their impact on others, so if the owner is not planning to action adjusting the door hinges (to stop slamming) as suggested in another guest’s feedback, some simple signage on the bathroom doors ‘please close quietly’ will help people have a happier stay and a better sleep. I asked one of the other guests to do this myself, and they were very accommodating.
• Ro (5/5): И по-зле може да е - Локацията Беше мръсно. Ключалката на втората баня не се заключваше. Няма прозорци нито някаква особена вентилация. Всички шумове както от улицата така и в самата къща се чуват . Подовете скърцат и всяко движение се чува навсякъде. Понеже е на главна улица всяко минаване на кола или камион или дори хора говорещи по улицата се чува все едно е вътре в стаята. (Явно стените са тънки). Сносно е за кратък период... но хигиената е под всякаква критика.
• Léonor (1/5): ça s'est mal passé et nous avons dû partir plus tôt à cause du manque de propreté - Au départ, la personne qui était en contact avec nous nous a répondu tout de suite et quand je lui ai écrit pour lui dire qu'il y avait des problèmes de propretés, une fen^tre cassé, pas de volets et pleins de fourmis, il ne m'a jamais répondu. j'ai dû quitter les lieux car les enfants ont eu des réactions allergiques. Au départ, la personne qui était en contact avec nous nous a répondu tout de suite et quand je lui ai écrit pour lui dire qu'il y avait des problèmes de propretés, une fen^tre cassé, pas de volets et pleins de fourmis, il ne m'a jamais répondu. j'ai dû quitter les lieux car les enfants ont eu des réactions allergiques.
• Petr (1/5): sad - nothing We arrived at the accommodation and immediately found it to be in a very poor condition that did not match the listing. There were serious issues including broken furniture and a broken shower, noise from other guests and the overall cleanliness and maintenance level was unacceptable. We were forced to leave after the first night as the property was not reasonably habitable. We did not use the remaining nights of our reservation due to the condition of the accommodation. Refund was declined. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this accommodation.

• Sara (2/5): Estancia muy incomoda - La ubicación. Limpieza, había hormigas en el cuarto, utensilios de cocina todos sucios. El cuarto tenia una gran cristalera (no ventana) tintada de blanco por la cual entraba toda la luz (dificultando dormir) y hasta se veía un poco a través. Muy mal aislado del sonido exterior y de la misma casa. El suelo de madera hacia sonido a cada paso y sobresalían clavos que si no vas con cuidado te clavas en el pie. La puerta no tiene pestillo, no cierran bien y pesan mucho. El cuarto no tiene ventilación ya que no tiene una ventana que se pueda abrir. Hay dos cuartos de baño completos que están bien, pero hay uno que solo tiene el retrete y el lavamanos que es muy pequeño y casi no se puede entrar (foto adjunta). En general bastante decepcionante e incomodo, no recomendable si se busca descansar.

Emery responde rápido y presto a la ayuda Lastimosamente al cuarto le falta mantenimiento la cama individual el colchón se iba hacia abajo, el baño del ultimo piso su cerradura no funciona así que es incomodo usarlo son puntos a mejorar ya que la relación precio a mi parecer esta bien

Türschließer, die jede Türe zuknallen ließen, wenn man nicht dagegenhält, was nur ich tat. Habe jedoch eine Anleitung zum besser einstellen an den Besitzer gesendet, eventuell ändert er es ja. :)

• Enrico (6/5): Soggiorno deludente nonostante l'ottima posizione - La posizione è davvero ottima: si trova vicinissima alla stazione di St Pancras a Londra, il che la rende comodissima per gli spostamenti. Nei dintorni ci sono tantissimi pub, minimarket e fast food, oltre a numerose fermate di autobus e metro facilmente raggiungibili. Ideale per chi vuole muoversi senza difficoltà e avere tutto a portata di mano. La camera era davvero molto sporca, e il fatto che si tratti di un ostello non può essere una giustificazione. Inoltre, essendo una casa storica, manca completamente qualsiasi tipo di isolamento acustico e termico: si sentiva ogni minimo rumore proveniente dalle altre camere e dall’esterno, rendendo difficile riposare. Le finestre erano rotte e impossibili da chiudere, peggiorando ulteriormente la situazione. Da segnalare anche l’assenza totale di personale in loco: tutto viene gestito telefonicamente. Va però detto che, una volta contattati, sono stati rapidi nel rispondere e nel cercare di aiutare.

Le logement confortable et bien meublé mais ..... L'équipement de l'appartement plus que léger un seul verre digne de ce nom pas d'ouvre bouteille.... La porte de la salle d'eau du dernier étage qui ne se verrouille pas.
• Cecilia (1/5): - No hubo nada que me guste de este alojamiento. No pude dormir 3 de las 4 noches. Una terrible sensación de inseguridad. Realmente fue un desastre. No pudimos dormir 3 de las 4 noches que nos quedamos. Nuestra habitación tenía la terraza como techo y los huéspedes de madrugada podían salir y escuchabamos que nos caminaban en la cabeza, parecia que se iba a caer el techo. Al tener ventiluz y no ventana una noche una persona estaba aparada ahi arriba si no gritabamos casi se nos cae encima. No tienen a nadie que chequee las buenas costumbres, el olor y humo de cigarrillo está impregnado en todo el edificio. Relamente desagradable. La persona de contacto al comentarle esto dijo que iba a mandar un mensaje, pero rompieron el inodoro, gritos por la noche. Definitivamente no apto para quien quiera ir en pareja, familia o con amigos en plan de vacaciones para disfrutar. Los utensillos de cocina incompletos, pocos y uno de cada tipo. Teníamos aceite y otras cosas de huéspedes anteriores, no hubo una limpieza de esto. Las camas muy pequeñas y horribles. Tenía un hueco en el medio, los colchones en muy mal estado. Creo que deberían sacarlo de booking.com, hacen quedar mal a la empresa.

Generally poor cleanliness, went into the bathroom directly after the cleaner, bath/toilet mat not changed, floor not swept/mopped, etc. Sheets seemed fresh, however rooms also not hoovered and beds very rickety. Extremely noisy due to single glazing.

• ester (7/5): Adecuado para estancias cortas y moverte con facilidad por Londres por un buen precio - La relación calidad-precio es muy buena y resulta más práctico para moverte por Londres. Muy bien comunicada, con supermercado cerca,... Tuvimos un problema y nos atendieron bien y rápido. La ducha (aunque esté fuera y sea compartida) es muy grande, está nueva y funciona muy bien. Es una habitación sin ventana (tiene dos claraboyas en el techo y entra algo de luz) . Es pequeñito y falta algo de limpieza en la nevera. El lavabo está fuera y es compartido (estaba claramente indicado y ya lo sabíamos)

• Luigi (8/5): - The location is very good as you can walk 3 minutes and get to King’s Cross St. Pancras station. The main entrance code and the room code are the same, which is quite odd. However I don’t know if it was for my room specifically and I also didn’t complain about it since I’ve only stayed 2 nights.
• Paul (5/5): It was okay, nothing really to write home about consider the price. - Good size bathroom with nice constant water temperature mixing tap and good water pressure shower kinda made up for the lacking listed below. The ground floor room has no sound insulation, it was so noisy that it was difficult to have a night of sleep. The ground floor toilet is tiny and difficult to move in and out. The mattress should have been replaced long ago. No USB outlet is just so out of date.

• Andrea (7/5): Me lo esperaba peor - La verdad es que estaba limpio y era bastante cálido, la ubicación es buenísima y fue cómodo el hecho de no tener que interactuar con nadie. La cama es posiblemente la mas incomoda en la que he dormido y el edificio está algo viejo.

• Manuel (5/5): - La ubicación permite una buena coneccion con prácticamente cualquier punto de la ciudad La limpieza deja mucho que desear, y el personal es nulo. Intente ayudar a una persona que se habia olvidado su codigo de acceso y no nos respondieron en ninguno de los telefonos que me habian brindado como contacto, ni el WhatsApp ni el del perfil de Booking del alojamiento. Honestamente no se como lo solucionó, pero si era por el personal del alojamiento aun estariamos ahi esperando.

• Evangelina (7/5): Buena estadia en Londres - Buena ubicación, cerca del tren. Facilidad para check in. Calefaccionado y con cocina completa. Compartir el baño que muchas veces no estaba en buen estado de limpieza.

La propreté n’y est pas du tout, les placards sont sales et moisis, des reste de gras sur la hotte, le frigo est très sale également, moisissures a l’intérieur. Le canapé est taché et sale. Le lit est affreux nous avons très mal dormi et il est beaucoup trop petit pour deux personnes. (120) La salle de bain reste correcte et toilette juste à côté de la chambre pratique mais bruyant ! Le voisinage était bruyant.

• erickramon0211 (8/5): Buena ubicación - Buenas ubicación, a unos minutos a pie de Estación St Pancras y Kingscross Tenía cocina con elementos básicos y útiles La cama muy cómoda El piso de madera cruje y en general el edificio es algo ruidoso por el hecho de que los pasos y voces de los cuartos de junto se escucha. Podría ser incómodo para algunas personas. Algunos muebles son algo viejos. Pero en mi caso personal, si solo necesitas la habitación para dormir esta excelente.
• Christelle DURAND (4/5): Bien mais peu largement mieux faire - Ce que j'ai apprécié, c'est que la chambre était très bien situé par rapport à la gare de King's Cross et le fait que l'on puisse échanger facilement, via l'application Booking pour obtenir les codes et des informations complémentaires. 1. La chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée alors que j'avais indiqué que j'arrivais à 13h (je n'avais d'ailleurs pas eu de réponse sur ce point), 2. La chambre manque cruellement d'équipement : pas de verre, uniquement 2 grandes assiettes alors que nous étions 3, pas de table pour pouvoir manger 3. Les plaintes de la kitchenette étaient en très mauvais état
• Marjorie (4/5): Weekend à Londres pour une famille - La situation géographique est parfaite. Très bien desservie et à proximité des arrêts de bus, gare King Cross. Nous étions au dernier étage… Nous avions réservé en précisant que nous avions un enfant de 4 ans. Pas idéal pour monter tous ces étages sans ascenseur, surtout avec des escaliers très étroits. À notre arrivée dans la chambre, il pleuvait littéralement à l’intérieur ! Les fenêtres, cassées, fermaient mal ; le rideau était trempé, et l’eau ruisselait le long des murs. Un lit était placé contre une fenêtre — autant dire que nous avons eu froid ! L’un des deux lits était cassé : il penchait d’un côté. Les rideaux ne sont que de simples voilages, sans aucun moyen de masquer la lumière du jour. Nous n’avons quasiment pas dormi durant nos deux nuits sur place.
• Hagop (8/5): - Well organised, location is perfect, the price is definitely a great deal. Probably being an old building May be disturbing because you do hear every noise that comes from your next door or upstairs.
