• Alia (8/5): - Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Fenster hatten keine Vorrhänge oder Jalousien, sodass in der Nacht jeder in die Wohnung schauen konnte.

• Tim-Alexander (7/5): Es war schön gewesen. Nur noch die kleinigkeiten verbesseren und alles wäre perfekt. - Das Appartment war wie auf den Fotos. Es war schön eingerichtet und es war sauber. In die Innenstadt erreicht man mit den ÖPNV in 20 min was sehr gut ist. Man hat auch gleich Einkaufmöglichkeiten (lebensmittel) in der Straße. Geheimtipp die Eisdiele auf der anderen Straßenseite kann ich nur Empfehlen. Leider war der Türcode nicht richtig. wir haben Angerufen und es ist gleich jemand ran gegangen um uns den richtige Code zu geben. Leider hat auch die Kaffeemaschiene gefehlt. Ist jetzt kein negativer Punkt, aber das Appartment ist in einer Lebhaften gegend wo auch abends laut sein kann. Leider klappert die Tür wenn man Fenster offen hat und die Kühlschranktür müsste man neu machen.

• Mustafa (7/5): - Everything about the apartment was perfect - clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The only downside was the building hall, which felt a bit scary and had a noticeable smell of weed.
• Juliane (8/5): - Les lits sont confortables, les espaces de vie agréables. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos 2 enfants. Quelques petites choses pourraient améliorer le confort du séjour : fournir une seconde clé, installer des crochets pour les linges à main aux toilettes et à la cuisine, fournir un éplucheur et une râpe à fromage. Le salon résonne beaucoup, l'ambiance est un peu "froide". La cage d'escaliers sent fortement la cigarette.
• Edwin Fernando Cornejo Reyes (9/5): Apartment great, building not so good - The apartment was very clean, spacious and perfect enough for 4 people. Location is very convenient as there's tram and metro stations very close. Distance to Stephansplatz is 20 minutes so it's not too far. Overall the apartment was very good. We didn't like that out of the 4 days we stayed there, 3 days the lift was broken. The building is old and not very well maintained and the people on the floor downstairs seem to smoke 24/7 so if you don't smoke be prepared for that smell almost all the time.

• Abhay (10/5): - Everything was great!! Best location. Very close to the museums and old town by the tram. The tram is just outside in the road. Grocery stores, coffee shops and bakeries are everywhere on the street. The toilet was separated from the shower. That was a great convenience for our group. The facility to keep luggage at the office location outside of the checkin / checkout hours was really convenient!!

• Ayush kumar (10/5): Excellent apartment to stay! - The apartment is clean. Close to the city center. Can reach Schottenring in 10 minutes. There are many super market and bakaries nearby which makes location ideal. The lift goes upto 4th floor, while the apartment is on the 5th floor.

• Rs_review (7/5): Lovely apartment, but not so great neighbours - The apartment itself was lovely, quiet, and good-sized. It's on the top floor and there is a lift which takes you to the floor below the apartment and you have to climb a set of stairs to the top floor apartment. We didn't manage to find a cutting board during our stay, which was unusual. The apartment is situated near many local shops, bakeries, and supermarkets. Unfortunately, we encountered a resident smoking at the building hallway as we arrived, which took us by surprise. We soon found out that the apartment neighbours are heavy smokers, so the smell of cigarette smoke is very strong within the building and the floors below the apartment. The smoke creeps into the apartment when you open the door, especially via the vent in the toilet/bathroom. One of the rooms also smelled of smoke, we can only assume that the neighbour downstairs smoked heavily directly under that room. The other room did not smell, thankfully. As a non-smoking family with a young child, it was not the healthiest environment to be in. Obviously the smoking issue is not the host's fault as it is out of their control, so it is such a shame as the apartment was lovely, clean, and the beds were comfortable.
• Roelof (3/5): Alleen de lokatie was goed. - Lokatie The stay with this accommodation was a bit disappointing for us. At first the access code for the key locker that was communicated was the wrong number, also the house number was incorrect. Very unprofessional. Furthermore it was very poorly cleaned, the sink in the bathroom was very dirty, the wastebasket in the toilet was not emptied. There were dirty cleaning cloths in the kitchen. There were many old ant bait boxes placed. I will spare you the details, but we have never experienced this before. The temperature in het appt was over 24 degrees when we arrived that is not a “warm welcome” we hoped for. The curtains in the bedrooms are too small, they barely close. A kitchen cupboard was falling out, the refrigerator door is not adjusted correctly. The apartment itself was nice, rooms were spacious. And the appt is good located, lot of shops nearby. When we left we had to put the keys in the key locker, and again the access code was wrong, it was changed back without any notification to us. Very disappointing.

• Matiss (9/5): Nice and broad apartment in very good location - Nice and broad apartment! We enjoyed balcony and beds are comfortable what is not usually in apartments. Nearly located a lot of shops and restaurants. Very easy way how to check in! Water pressure could be better but it is 5th floor.

• Andy (9/5): A little way out, but perfect for a few days. - The apartment was lovely and fully equipped with access to 31 tram linking into the rest of the public transport network. A weekly ticket available on the local app keeps things affordable. Plenty of local shops. Some may be a little put off with the location not being tremendously smart or in the centre. It suited us fine however.

• Aisling (7/5): Great cheap accommodation in a good location - Really spacious apartment with a lovely balcony. Stylish apartment. Close to lots of public transport The lift didn’t always work and we were at the top or the building- about 4 floors. This was difficult for my parents. Check in was at 3pm which was late as we had to check out by 11 and had to carry our bags all day. An earlier check in would be better

Regarding parking, tip for guests to use an easy park app, which allows to pay for the street parking and you can park right outside the property. Poor communication, no information/guidelines for guests, not even the wifi password, check-in;check-out times do not match the information on the booking.com; very unpleasant smell in the building corridors.

• Nalan (10/5): Exceptional - We really liked our stay, kitchen was very well equiiped and place is really big and balcony was really nice. Many places to shop, 10 mins to center. 2 rooms with nice beds. Very clean and well furnished. We really liked our stay and had fun. Price was very good for an apartment like this. Have to carry bags for 1 more flat but it is worth it. Only mentioning here for single mothers would be difficult to manage with a toddler.

Tram on the street below the apartment. Easy access by public transport to the center and the Danube. Close to shops, restaurants, cafes - everything available on the street under the apartment.

• Rene (9/5): Superb - Spacious flat, clean and comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom. Good position, close to city transportation, close to different shops and restaurants. There was missing a bulb in one table lamp and ceiling light in the bathroom not working. One limitation is car parking. if visitors come by car they have to leave a car somewhere in the P+R place. But it is written in the conditions.

• Anna (10/5): very good - It is a very bright and quite apartment. Markus was very helpful and nice, he did his best and we really appreciated it. Even though the apartment is not really in the city center, we did not have any problems with that. Even though we traveled with a baby. The infrastructure is amazing: metro and tram stations were closed and we could get anywhere within 15-30 minutes. The kitchen is very well equipped, we traveled with the kid and it was very important to us. We did our own breakfast there, as well as we were very happy to find a coffee machine there. Shops are literally 1-2 minutes walk from the apartment - it is very convenient. We received a baby bed, it was amazing as my daughter slept there very well. We did not hear the neighbors, the traffic, actually no noise with the closed windows at all. We felt comfortable. 🙏🏼 The floors were definitely only vacuumed but not moped. Would be nice to save my socks from turning into grey :) or least to have sleepers. Also the check in time was changed from “anytime” to 3 pm when we were 1 metro stop away from there. We arrived earlier than 3, as we simply had incorrect information on when we could get in. otherwise, it did not really affect how well we slept in that flat. :)
