• daniel (8/5): Beau séjour mais on a pas pu tout visiter fautes renseignements dommage - l emplacement de l appartement super .le bémole c est que nous sommes arrive avant l heure .on nous a ouvert la porte mais nous ne pouvions pas partir car la porte s ouvrait avec l application STAY-UNIQUE du telephone que je n arrivais pas entrer .cE PROBLEME A ETE BIEN RESOLU . avoir des indications sur l achat des billets de bus et le metro pour pouvoir visiter car office de tourisme est a la rambla. Mettre des prospectus dans l appartement.

• Li (9/5): Overall, we have a great stay! - The place is in a great location, with spacious bedrooms and a comfortable living room featuring a lovely balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Some minor downsides were that the bathroom was quite small and slightly less convenient to use. There was no towel holder, and the toilet seat was not positioned very comfortably.

• Zyta (9/5): Świetna lokalizacja, pomocny personel! - Świetna lokalizacja, dostaliśmy mieszkanie z pięknym widokiem na Sagrade ❤️ mieszkanie idealnie sprawdziło się dla naszej rodziny. Z udogodnień winda, zamykane sypialnie, zmywarka i kapsułki do niej - były również szampony mydła suszarka! Czyste ręczniki i pokoje. Miejsce godne polecenia. Personel bardzo pomocny - (bardzo szybko odpowiadają na wiadomości, podali mi również przechowywalnie bagażu- jeszcze raz dziękuję!) Jednak lokalizacja stanowczo wygrywa wszystko! Można poczuć lokalną Barcelone 🫶 Hałas z ulicy - mimo zamkniętych okien, okiennic było dość głośno. Warto wziąć zatyczki do uszu. I mało kawy😅😝

Appartement vieillot, on a réservé pour deux nuits, mais on a loué un autre appartement le lendemain. les murs étaient sales avec des taches dans toutes les chambres, l’évier boucher à la salle de bain, cuisine bien abîmée. Au niveau du balcon, le garde fou est très court, ce qui peut être dangereux pour les enfants.

• Aolina (8/5): Leuk - We moesten een bedrag betalen en gegevens in een link schrijven om de toegangscode te kunnen krijgen. Het bedrag kon alleen via creditcard worden betaald en geen IDEAL ofzo. Hierdoor moesten we eerst bij het kantoor het bedrag betalen en toen kregen we de toegangscode. Ze hebben het wel goed opgelost. Maar het zou fijner zijn als we op een andere manier het bedrag konden betalen dus anders dan creditcard. Daarnaast werden we gebeld omdat er een klacht was dat we veel geluid maakten, terwijl wij dat niet deden.

Vi sad på altanen 1 time og ventede på at få pakket vores ting ud. Vores overboer larmede til kl.01.00 natten til søndag d.5/4-26. Og dagen efter blev der smidt et kondom ned på vores altan oppe fra. Daire girişlerinde bir dairenin kilit uygulaması bazı telefonlarda çalıştı, bazılarında çalışmadı bu yüzden stres yaşadık ama uzaktam iletişim kurarak açtılar. İçeride fiziksel anahtar mevcuttu. Bir dairenin WC lavabo gideri tıkalı gibiydi zor boşalıyordu Bir odanın ışığı sürekli yanıp sonuyordu. Başka bir dairenin sigorta sisteminde problem vardı elektrikleri kesiyordu. Bir sabah uyandigimizda buzdolabı salı buzlar erimiş mutfak su içindeydi.

• Sánchez (10/5): Recomendadísimo! - La ubicación y el departamento están muy bien!!! Las camas muy cómodas y todo super limpio. El acceso muy fácil y seguro. Agua caliente para bañarse. En general la experiencia fue muy buena, mis Padres y yo quedamos muy conformes.

Anche le dimensioni della casa rendevano il soggiorno confortevole. Nel complesso è andato tutto secondo le aspettative. Potrebbero valorizzare l’appartamento con una ristrutturazione ma essendo un’appartamento nel centro storico ci sta sia datato.

The location was perfect; close to shops, restaurants, public transport and of course stunning Sagrada Família. The contact with the owners was excellent. They were kind and even remembered my birthday and sent their wishes, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and people who want to truly feel the rhythm of Barcelona and experience the city to the fullest.

• Levente (7/5): - Great location very close to Sagrada Familia and subway station. Lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. Great view from the balcony. It was a nightmare to stay one hour at the front of the door of the apartment and have several conversations with the personnel to get remotely open the door. It was figured out at the end that their check-in portal has a software bug and they haven't collected the right amount of city tax. We had to pay the missing amount instantly, send them the proof and again have discussions and wait, all this in the nighttime. The right access link was provided next day afternoon, again after multiple calls with the personnel. The shower cabin's metal parts were stained and sedimented. Most of the rooms were missing cabinets, having just shelves.

W łazience były również żel i szampon oraz dostępna suszarka. Wyposażenie kuchni ok, chociaż nam nie było potrzebne. Winda na max. 2-3 osoby :) Na dole budynku przytulna pizzeria. Minusem było to, że po przyjeździe nie mieliśmy ciepłej wody. Dopiero po wiadomości do gospodarza, woda została podłączona na następny dzień.

Markets, reastaurants, Bus/Metro stops etc. Appartment was realy clean, has good internet and 4 sleeping rooms which was amaizing. It's a bit noisy from the near street and the metro line. But overal, no complaints :)
