• Katerina (2/5): Not a good start for our holiday. - Central location and the flat was nicely furnished. The smell started from the front door. As we entered the flat, it got almost unbearable. I’ve opened windows and doors and thought to myself, how inconsiderate, not to let some fresh air, before us checking in, but then I found the mould in the main bedroom. The answer from the company, managing the flat was, that nobody reported it, which I can’t believe. I red previous reviews, that were mentioning the smell, the stain was pretty obvious, staring you in the eyes from the bedroom door, I’m sure if I looked, I would’ve found more, even the sponge in the sink was moulded.Thinking back now, they’ve got a serious problem there, they’ve had it for a while and a lick of paint won’t solve it. After much going back and fort with the company, we’ve been offered another flat, which I’ve seen in my search, it was cheaper, but I dismissed it as not suitable enough for my family. Nevertheless we packed our bags and headed there, another 5 minutes walk with all of our luggage. That was it. No compensation for the cheaper flat, no other form of apology to validate our struggles.

El primer día no tuvimos agua caliente porque no conectaron el calentador y nadie nos dijo que teníamos que hacerlo, ni como hacerlo. Resultado: el primer día nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría. La mitad de mandos no tenían pilas. EL mando de los aires y de la calefacción estaba en cirílico (imposible entenderlo, gracias a chat Gpt que nos ayudo).

Water spreads everywhere making it slippery and annoying to use throughout as everything is so wet. Bedding needs to be upgraded.

• Ouzo (8/5): - A big apartament in the center of Plovdiv. We had issues with the staff. We booked for 4 people and did not get the fourth bedding set. When we complained the staff was rude and shouted on us. Later another person called and try to help, so at least there was somebody nicer. The apartament itself is quite dated, but had it all needed.

Ev ilk girildiğinde aşırı soğuk halı yok ve yerler asla ısınmadı terlik bile koymamışlar terlik almak zorunda kaldık. Diğer kiraladığımız evlerde şampuan ve hijyen ürünleri mutlaka olurdu burada yok. Ekstra bir yorgan veya battaniye yok. Ev dört kişilik olmasına rağmen Oturma odasındaki koltuk çok küçük. Banyoda duşakabin olmadığı için çok zorlandık. Sadece merkeze yakın diye katlandık.

• Michael (7/5): Great for short trips - but less desirable for a 5 days. - Nicely presented apartment in centre of shopping district. Ideal for tourists and short stays. Kitchenette and shower room available. Two decent sized bedrooms. Modern decor. Full sized refrigerator. Access provided via code. Remember to bring your own condiments (pepper etc), toilet paper, etc. A supermarket is located < 70 metres away selling everything you may need for food, cleaning etc. In general - be cautious about parking. Nearby car parks run at €24 per 24hr period. Street parking highly restricted and for us, stopping to unload baggage was prohibited forcing a 400 metre walk from parking. Exterior of building looks tired but inside apartment looks well. Over all - a perfect place for short visits or tourism. Be aware that town centre is nearby - very noisy. WiFi very weak - unable to sustain a WhatApp call or open Hotmail. Relied upon mobile internet. Bring your own data. Only two cups and other limited kitchenware. You may need to be creative if serving family dinner. Bedding is a tad short and lifts from mattress. We asked for an additional blanket and were told to use A/C. There were no instructions on waste disposal. We asked but were ignored by owner. The response could have been better.

• Jerneja (9/5): Superb - Location is great, big place and very clean. Easy access and very good communication. We loved the place. Bathroom shower has no curtain and no real space. It is above the toilet so everything is wet when you shower. The smell in the hallway is really bad. It does not come to the appartment fortunately.

• Adela (7/5): Good - Great location, right at the main street but there was no noise even on the weekend, the apartment is newly refurbished and big enough for 4 people There were ants in the apartment, though mostly in the corridor and under the kitchen sink. Certain basic amenities were missing, like paper towels, no nets on the windows which made it impossible to open them as insects would immediately fly in - so we couldn't get fresh air during our entire stay. There were no sheets for the bed covers and it's questionable if they had been washed. Overall the apartment was clean and nice, but these small things made it a little less comfortable.

• Kathryn (3/5): Very disappointing. - Good location for sightseeing. Bathroom had a lot of mold and generally felt unclean. Decor is gloomy. Host started with good communication (very helpful with parking!) and then disappeared when I had followup questions about amenities.
• Ivo (9/5): Cozy 2-bedroom apartment in the very center of Plovdiv - Cozy apartment in the hearth of Plovdiv, just meters from the main walking street. Nice furniture, new and clean. There were some drunk guys singing and screaming outside which woke us up a few times - this goes with the great location.. A little difficult to find a parking slot and the parking nearby was more expensive than parking on the street. No memory foam pillows available.

• Ian (9/5): Superb - The apartment is great, would definitely stay again... Location is perfect, everything necessary is close by. Apartment was clean and almost perfectly well equipped. Heating worked well for the cold weather. Living room was a good size, as were the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of power points in each of the bedrooms. The host was also top notch,... He was responsive, helpful and friendly. Small things only... No paper towel in the kitchen, not enough toilet paper and inadequate soap for the shower. As I said these were small things, otherwise the apartment is excellent.

Well-appointed, new kitchen, beds were comfortable, and Wifi was strong. The host was quick to respond and gave excellent instructions to enter. The building has multiple occupants and there was strong mold/musty smell at the entrance. It did not affect the apartment at all, and we couldn't smell it when in the apartment.

• Maria (3/5): Noisy and dirty location.Lacks basics .Inexperienced management. - Property itself is fine. Looks bigger in photos than actual size. Well apointed and cosy. We stayed 8 nights/ 9 days. Original booking was for 9 nights /10days. One night was refunded. We had no choice (was prepaid) at very short notice hours before arrival, but to spend 1st night at an alternative accommodation provided by the manager in another location. As a result,we lost our entire 1st day and upcoming trip. No change of towels or sheets for the 9 day stay was provided or left available at the property. No essentials or basics are available for the duration of stay. Soap/ dish soap/washing powder /sponge or kitchen cloth/towel/toilet paper/paper rolls or tissues/bin liner/salt/pepper/sugar, etc Only utensils. Not even a bottle of water was available upon arrival, 2 coffee pods were provided. There was a dishwasher and pods -but with only 4 cups and 4 glasses, it's no use of a dishwasher. It's an apartment managed as a hotel room. Not like a "feel at home" as Booking promotes it. Cleaning needs to be better. Damp face towel was left inside the bathroom, and dust is everywhere. Especially bad on balconies..Bathroom sink is blocked and doesn't drain well. Bathroom smells of damp  if ventilation is switched off.There is noo mat fo the outside bathroom floor, after shower water is everywhere. A mop was provided. No blankets, just two synthetic duvets in wardrobes.Sheets should be ironed at least, not put on bed out of a dryer. Mattress toppers under sheets were covered in hairs. It OK for a night or two but definitely not longer. For the price a hotel would be a better option. And absolutely not for a family with a kid. The apartment is situated just of the main pedestrian street full of people and bars and fast food joints.Night life is lively and very loud. Front  of the building under the property is used every night as a public toilet and gets covered in vomit. It smells of urine permanently. And so does the main lobby of the building.
