• cuspinera (1/5): Asqueroso!! no alquilen cucarachas!! - Nada Las camas sin Cambiar con vello pubico, y sucias las toallas estaban húmedas del huésped anterior solo las doblaron y aparte , infestado de cucarachas, salían por todos lados muy sucio y lleno de moho los baños con olor a orín, aparte sin cubiertos y refrigerador sucio, dejamos el Depto daba asco para poder dormir nos fuimos a un hotel a las 12pm , se le llamó booking y no resolvieron, lo único que respondían era si el dueño a ver si quería devolver el dinero, me quedé esperado un Mail de booking. La empresa no se hizo responsable para apoyar para la devolución del dinero. Ante esta situación , Cómo es posible booking no me apoya que soy un cliente frecuente que le da ganar a la app de booking aun teniendo las. Evidencias de fotos y videos de cucarachas y los pelos en las sábanas el dueño y booking no respondieron

• Ralina (10/5): Utsikten är otrolig! - Ägaren är mycket trevlig och ansvarsfull! Rummen är rena och bekväma. Poolen är avgiftsbelagd

Dirty: lining with blood stain, pillowcase with hair, curtains, towers, kitchen cupboards, toaster, dish drying rack, walls. Moudy bathrooms. Peelling wall papers. No clothes airer or dyer for washed cloth. No detergent for the washing machine. Air-conditionings on fixed timer which means you will wake up sweaty mid of the night. Stinky air-conditioning in second bedroom. Cockroaches running. Second bedroom door deformed and hard to close. Tiny 32 inch tv. No hand soap in bathrooms.

Bussiest building 3. Do request for klcc view but got nothing. 4. There’s high additional cost. Beware & read carefully before you book 5. Gym & pool not free. There’s additional payment if you wanted to use these facilities.

• Jing Heng Jonathan (4/5): Disappointing Property - Do Not Stay - House was relatively big - 300 RM DEPOSIT REQUIRED AND THIS IS STATED ONLY IN A RANDOM TAB ON BOOKING - they only informed ON THE DAY ITSELF - ONLY ONE TYPE OF SOAP PROVIDED - the handsoap is also the SHOWER ONE?! - Lift is DEFECTIVE, it jerked to a stop when we were in it - Troublesome check in and check out where you need to actually meet someone - One room was basically a hole in the wall with curtains, no door - Stain on the sofa which was supposed to be a bed - Nothing around the accomodation, requires a walk

• Ramazan (8/5): Very good - My stay was generally pleasant—the room was clean, the staff was courteous, and the amenities were good. However, the 11 AM check-out time is far too early and inconvenient compared to industry standards. Most hotels offer check-out at 12 PM or even 2 PM, allowing guests to rest properly before leaving. An 11 AM deadline feels rushed, especially for travelers who may have late flights or simply want to enjoy a relaxed morning. I recommend the hotel reconsider this policy to better align with guest expectations and competitor offerings. Until then, this early check-out remains a significant drawback to an otherwise good experience.

• C (6/5): Poor service. - location was good The host accused us of stealing towels and was very shady with the money exchange, short changing us a few times (when we pay for our room as well as when returning our deposit), claiming he 'did not have cash', but somehow got the money when we insisted. After the money exchange happened during check-out, we left our luggage at the host's room as our flight is still some time to go, the host then messaged us on missing towels, when we didn't even touch their towels and used our own towels, and only settled after we gave a tip.

• Tan (2/5): Won’t be staying here anymore in future. Horrible experience. Not value for money. - None actually. No free parking, everything have to pay. Gym and swimming pool also have to pay in order to use. All the ramp in multi-storey car park are very narrow with bad user friendly design. Very hard to drive for large vehicle. Parking rate is very expensive and charges is not flexible even for apartment tenants/guests who needs to drive in and out regularly. Security guards inflexible and won’t give any tolerance for very short parking at the property compound for the sake of guest quick checking out. Switches in the apartment is not user friendly. Guests need to figure out himself which switch is for heater or is there a switch to turn on the heater. Apartment not sound proof. Night time and sleep time can hear all the motorcycle noise even stay in 34 floor for whole night. The main door of the unit comes with too tiny buttons and tiny wording to read and punch in the access password. Apartment other cost such as cleaning fees and taxes not shown in the website during the booking. It becomes a hidden cost to customers. The extra charges only available after booking is made. Unreasonable cleaning fees of RM 30 per day where there is not cleaning done on daily basis. If one time cleaning fee per stay might be acceptable. RM30 per day is just too much. Just imagine if the guest booked for ten days, and extra RM300 have to fork out just for so called “cleaning”. In proper hotel, at least we can see cleaner did a daily room cleaning for hotel guest. Meanwhile, nothing much to be cleaned for unit after guests was checking out.

• Faruq (5/5): Great location; otherwise - meh - Other than the great location, there's nothing that I truly liked about this place. The host did not respond to my attempted communications before arrival, and it turned out that the apartment was not really as advertised. Though the unit proved adequate for our needs this trip, I would not book another stay with this host. Host accepts cash payment only, so there is no independent verification that I paid for the booking. After full payment and successful check-out from the apartment, the host falsely reported to Booking.com that I canceled the booking and never showed up. Consequently, this stay does not get credited towards my next rewards level.
