• Alessio (2/5): Orribile, non soggiornerei più ! - La posizione ottima per il corso che dovevamo svolgere, ben collegata anche al centro con 15 minuti di metro Struttura impresentabile ! Condizioni igieniche da rivedere, peli e macchie sul divano, insetti spiaccicati sulle pareti, condizionatori a rischio salute mentale per mancata sanificazione ( da anni ), lavastoviglie che perdeva acqua, prese rotte, muffa al bagno e… supporto host inesistente anche post soggiorno rifiutandosi alla richiesta di booking di risarcimento !

• Hanna (7/5): Mieszkanie z idealną lokalizacją i zapachem stęchlizny - Lokalizacja była idealna na zwiedzanie Mediolanu i okolic. Metro zaledwie 100 od apartamentu. Sklepy w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie. Bar ze śniadaniem również blisko. Mieszkanie czyste, dobrze wyposażone. Ciepła woda i dobre ciśnienie. Dużo ręczników. Mieszkanie ma jedną zaletę- lokalizację! Coś co bardzo nam przeszkadzało to okropny zapach stęchlizny w całym mieszkaniu. Zapach starej szafy wszędzie. Druga rzecz to panująca ciemność, okna przysłonięte okiennicami, nie wiedzieliśmy jak je otworzyć, bo była tam dodatkowo siatka na owady. Może był na to jakiś patent??? My tam tylko spaliśmy i korzystaliśmy z toalety.

• Ram (8/5): - Very good location. Spacious apartment. There was a problem with one of the AC remotes but this was resolved quite quickly.

• Gokay (8/5): Perfect ! - There are very close 3 different market and one of them is very big. Kitchen was very good and got everything you need. Subway was so close you can reach everywhere in Milan. Bedroom was cold and tv does’nt work.

• Bojan (8/5): Very good - Clean, great location, 100m from metro station and big market. Everything was fine except to many light switches. It is very confusing, because each room has 3-10 switches for different lights.
• Victor (10/5): Milan 2 night stay - Literally besides a very good market, also 1min walk from metro station is really helpful My parents loved it, it's their first time in europe since they got married 32 years ago. We're in Sardinia atm doing business but we'll definitely come back there. That I couldn't stay more nights.
• Daria (1/5): It was a waste of money, time and nerves. An absolute huge no. - Only the fact that the air conditioner was working properly and the nice guy who came the first night to try to fix the water heater and plugged sink. The communication was bad. Right after coming to the apartment after whole day out in 32 degrees, turned out there was no warm water. The staff was repeatedly sending same messages to reset the water heater, yet, it was not working. The smell of the gas coming out from the heater, no warm water, the smell of the mold, and dust, the smell coming out the fridge was disgusting as well. And the next day it repeated with the hot water and conversation with the staff which was useless again. The sink was clogged and dirty. Thanks to the guy who showed up around 9pm and cleaned the clogged sink, big thank you for him and this was the only nice thing that has happened. Then I was contacted as they claimed to give us reimbursement but nothing happened plus they stopped answering messages. AN ABSOLUTE BIG NO and a waste of money.

• Osiolkowa94 (7/5): Good - There was no warm water in the evening and morning. The owner did not manage to solve the problem on time, so we couldn't take a shower.

• Iulian (1/5): Bad - Close to metro station. A really bad smell hits you the first time when you enter the flat - probably mould combined with the fact that the furniture is quite outdated, but that was the smallest of our problems.. There was an issue with the boiler so the hot water wasn't running most of the time and we had to shower with cold water. We send a message to the owner and he replied to check the temperature setting and after replying that is already set to max he stopped responding and didn't provide any help in fixing the issue. There is no headboard in the bedroom so I bumped my head a few times in the wall. Also, you could not turn on the heat but that's a municipality thing apparently. Stay away if you want to enjoy your visit in Milan .
• Inna (6/5): Pleasant - Comfortable! Located near metro station and big supermarket! There was unpleasant smell, especially in the bedroom.
• Luka (8/5): Very good - Very close to metro, supermarket is literally next door and another one is 50 meters down the road. Close by there is also bakery, several cafe bars, and many other cool little shops. The area is generally quiet. The apartment is spacious, nice beds, and good kitchen. Bathroom is small but cozy, and the shower is really nice. There were no additional blankets or sheets in the apartment, although they werent needed because it wasn't that cold. Also you can smell the odour from old apartment from time to time, especially with closed windows, but it's usually gone when opening the windows for a few minutes.
• Saloshinie (6/5): Pleasant - The place was clean, comfortable, and close to Metro. Easy to access central Milan Proper communication upfront regarding washing of dishes and sorting the trash before you leave the property will be appreciated. Don't see why one needs to wash your dishes on the day you checking out as we pay for cleaning the property
• Andreea (9/5): Beautiful location, pleasant stay - The place was super close to the metro station and we found it easily. We also managed to enter the apartment easily by following the instructions. Inside it was clean, we had all necessary items and the space was overall very pleasant. If the place is not aired, there is an unpleasant smell to it, but this can be solved by opening the windows for a few minutes.
• Semir (5/5): Passable - Location was really good. Metro station is just next to the property (8 stations/10min from the city centre), just like supermarket too. Location 10/10 Floor was dirty and there was no heat. We frooze for the 4 days.
• Marlena (7/5): Good - The property is one minute away from the subway station and a very good supermarket and 15 minutes away from the railway. You can get anywhere in Milano in 30 minutes. Also, it's a big apartament with lots of storage space. The apartament has an unpleasant, old smell that you can feel from the staircase. They don't provide slippers and there is no bathroom mat so your feet are constantly dirty. In the first day we had no hot water or heating and this is a problem I encountered in other primo piano locations.
