Las instalaciones se encuentran en excelente estado, muy limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, creando un ambiente agradable y relajante durante toda la estadía. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención y el servicio del personal, quienes fueron muy amables, atentos y profesionales en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y hacer sentir al huésped bienvenido. El desayuno fue excelente, con muy buena calidad, variedad y presentación. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy positiva y un lugar totalmente recomendado para quienes buscan comodidad, buen servicio y una estancia placentera. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

• Miljana (10/5): Would definitely book it again. - The location was great right at the beach, free parking spots, the discounts in partnering restaurants, the staff all around was extremely nice and polite, and made us feel welcomed, the rooms were very clean, cosy and nice. The shower (lack of pressure & lack of warm water), the balcony furniture needs an update, lack of power outlets around or close to the bed, quite pricy wellness & spa offer.

• Sara (7/5): Hotel mit guter Lage, preislich OK - Die Lage vom Hotel war wirklich gut. Ruhig, also nicht gleich an der Hauptstrasse und in 2 Min. am Strand. Mein Zimmer war recht gross und alles Nötige vorhanden. Hatte Ausblick aufs Meer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas bescheiden und was mich gestört hat, dass man ein Zeitfenster dafür reservieren musste. Man konnte also nicht einfach gehen, wann man wollte. Liegt daran, dass der Frühstücksbereich wohl etwas klein ist für die Anzahl Zimmer, die sie haben.

• Nicolas (9/5): Hermoso hotel en Santa Teresa - El hotel es pequeño, pero cumple perfectamente con todo lo esperado. El staff resultó muy amable y resolutivo ante cada requerimiento. La habitación y los espacios comunes siempre los encontramos en excelentes condiciones. Si bien estuvo rico el desayuno, quizás alguna opción más hubiese estado bien. Siempre las mismas 3 o 4 frutas y no había fiambre cuando fuimos nosotros. Quizás ir rotando un poco las opciones estaría bueno para quienes estén varios días.

• Geoff (10/5): Unforgettable. - It was and excellent traditional Costa Rican breakfast made to order. The papaya, pineapple and watermelon was extremely fresh. The brew coffee was delicious and the espresso machine was a real plus. We had room 301 and it was extremely quiet. The A/C worked very well for the hot humid afternoons and the shower had great pressure and the hot water was immediate. Fresh drinking water was always available to fill our water bottles. Not much. The whole staff, manager down to wait staff and cleaning staff were personable, kind, friendly and provided excellent service.

The staff is amazing, Daniela being our favorite, but also David and the rest of them were very nice to us. Just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and many other services. We’ll be back for sure! We like everything!

• Andreas (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr bequeme Betten mit unterschiedlichen Kissen. Es gibt Entfeuchter auf dem Zimmer. Zum Stand sind es vielleicht maximal 100m. Der Service beim Frühstück. Der junge Mann kam ist Frühstück aus der Küche was wir gar nicht bestellt haben. Nach der Anmerkung dass es falsch wäre wollte er es neu bestellen. Nach langen Warten kam aber nichts.
• Javiera (10/5): Una estadía excepcional en Santa Teresa - Nos encanto la ubicación al lado de la playa y los servicios del hotel, la habitacion era bastante comoda, el desayuno muy rico tambien y la piscina ideal para refrescarte despues de un dia de playa. Que quizas la cercania de la piscina a las habitaciones hacia que se escuchara un poco de ruido por parte de la gente que estaba en ese sector.

Das Bett bequem. Man konnte auch immer Wasser nachfüllen und die Lage war TOP - nur 3 Gehminunten zum Strand! Wenn man etwas „bemängeln“ könnte, wäre eine grössere Auswahl beim Frühstückbuffet. Etwas mehr Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad für Handtücher.

• Laura (7/5): Kein 4-Sterne-Hotel - Sauberer Pool, nah am Strand gelegen, gründlicher Zimmerservice Preis-Leistung passt nicht, ist aber eher ein Problem ist ganz Costa Rica. Zimmer nicht wie auf den Bildern. Der Zimmerservice war an zwei Tagen erst 16:30Uhr mit unserem Zimmer fertig, das schränkt massiv ein. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, man bestellt a la carte und kann sich selbst an Obst und Brot bedienen - es gibt nur leider keine Karte, sodass man auf Zuruf vom desinteressierten Kellner bestellen muss. Wenn man Omelette bestellt hat wurde gefragt womit und ob Beilagen gewünscht sind - selbst auf Nachfrage konnten wir nicht herausfinden was es denn an Optionen für Beilagen gibt. Das verwendete Putzmittel im Hotel stinkt abartig den ganzen Tag. Ein Hotel mit so vielen Zimmern, sollte nicht nur sechs Liegen am Pool haben, das reicht hinten und vorne nicht.

• Maria (8/5): Leuk Boutique-hotel. - We hebben genoten van 3 nachten in dit boutiquehotel. Super vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer, fijn bed en uitstekende badkamer. Ontbijt was matig, er is geen mogelijkheid in het hotel om ‘s avonds te dineren. Gelukkig waren er uitstekende opties in de buurt. Locatie was slechts 50 meter van het strand vandaan. Ontbijt moest je een dag van te voren aangeven en, hoe laat je kwam ontbijten, omdat er meer gasten dan zitplaatsen zijn.

Muy cómodo, limpio, ordenado, muchos detalles bien bien cuidados para hacernos sentir una experiencia diferente. El desayuno es la cereza en el pastel: Delicioso!!! De verdad que todo está muy bien orquestado, el personal siempre atento y amable para ayudarnos en todo. Pregunten con confianza dónde comer o qué visitar , ellos tiene buenas recomendaciones. No tengo ninguna queja o nada para señalar como algo que no nos gustara. Todo estuvo muy bien!
