David Fabián (10/5): Gracias por todo querida Señora Eliane - La atención de maravillas un amor de persona la señora Eliane, nos sentimos como en casa muy cordial, amorosa y muy acogedor el lugar , muy bien ubicado a dos cuadras de la playa Copacabana, con farmacias, con conserjes 24/7 en el edificio con supermercados , lugares de comida muy buena y barato, de verdad muy excelente todo Al contrario les recomiendo este lugar para hospedarse se sentirán como en familia el cariño y la atención de verdad muy hermoso
Samuele (1/5): Awful place, shouldn't be listed here at all - The lady was nice enough, although she made no effort at all to use any translator app and just kept talking non stop in Portuguese Where to start ... - if it wasn't for the taxi driver, who spoke both english and Portuguese, we wouldn't have been able to check in - the place is not a hotel or anything similar, but literally an apartment where the host lives and sleeps in the living room. She then rents out the three bedrooms - the bathroom is therefore shared amongst all the people inside the apartment, including the host - the bathroom is in very dire conditions - the towels were dirty and with hair in them - there was only one very sketchy power point in the room - the hot water wasn't working when we had showers - the host has guests coming and going from the apartment, which is a bit unsettling when you have all your stuff in the house - the so called vista is just a view of the building on the other side of the road Overall a terrible terrible experience, worst place I've been at on booking.com Ended up leaving after the first night and still waiting on booking.com for a refund

Luis (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect! Dona Eliane is really nice and helpful. Would stay again. It seemed our room didn't have AC but we didn't need it because the weather was fine. There was a fan in the room, but unfortunately it didn't rotate for both of the beds. Hot water seemed to have minor issues sometimes.
