• Claudia (10/5): Ruhig zentral - Tolle Lage direkt am HBF, nettes Personal, witzige Betontapete Aufzug endet auf 1/2 Etage. Jedes Zimmer ist nur über eine Treppe erreichbar. Schilder im Frühstücksraum, dass man auf gar keinen Fall etwas einpacken darf

• Angelika (10/5): Trotz des Umfelds würden wir das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. - Frühstück: für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel völlig in Ordnung, der Frühstücksraum war klein, aber das Personal hat zügig die Tische für die nachkommenden Gäste vorbereitet. Lage: Fluch und Segen zugleich. Keine 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, ideal um rasch zum Flughafen zu gelangen. Das Umfeld ist leider der Fluch, für den das Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel auch bekannt ist. Obdachlose, Junkies, wahrscheinlich auch Dealer lungern vor einem Abgang zur U-Bahn herum. Man muss aber auch sagen, dass wir nie belästigt wurden. Die Polizeistation gleich gegenüber dem Hotel schadet nicht. Der Lift ist nicht ideal gelegen, muss man doch jedenfalls einen halben Stock das Gepäck auf- oder abwärts über die Stufen schleppen. Das Gebäude ist nicht neu, ein besserer Einbau war bautechnisch wahrscheinlich nicht möglich.
• M. (8/5): Perfect budget hotel near city center and transport for short stay. - Near train station and Messe. Although there were many homeless and drugg addicted people around the station, you can reach hotel very well. Entrance is guarded. Rooms are neat and very clean. The rooms are so hot – temperature ;) – you need to open the window for fresh air. The breakfast is the minimum you can expect, but well served.

• TinaK75 (9/5): Ein gutes Hotel in super zentraler Lage. - Mir hat die Lage des Hotels gut gefallen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Ein kleines, sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer. Mein Zimmer lag mit Fenster zur Straßenseite. Trotz gut isolierter Fenster bin ich nachts durch das Hupen der Autos aufgewacht.

• Ros (5/5): - Staff helpful, Breakfast was basic, no fruit Booked this hotel with lift facility, however the lift only stops at level 1/2 and 3/4. Basically not only we had to carry luggage up 5 steps to get to reception, also carry luggage up a whole level for room at level 2....
• Ines (7/5): Good - Light train travelers! - The bed was very confortable and the bathroom well equiped. The location is amazing if you're arriving by train. The staff was very friendly. The room was really small, I almost couldn't have the luggage open. For a hotel near the trainstation I think they could have the breakfast starting earlier than they have. Attention if you have luggage - the lift stops on the half floor - so you have to carry it for half floor anyways.

• Winnsen (9/5): Bestes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis am Frankfurter Bhf. - Der Preis ist so nah am Bahnhof der Hammer. Das Personal immer freundlich. Die Zimmer sind eher klein aber in Ordnung und sauber. Eine Flasche Wasser ist inklusive. Das Frühstück absolut ausreichend und auch in Ordnung.. Mein Favorit wenn ich am Bahnhof übernachten muss. Für den Preis gibt es nix zu meckern.

• Paul-Antoine (8/5): Good hotel, disappointing breakfast - Friendly staff Comfortable room (I got double although I paid for single) Close to Frankfurt Hbf Breakfast below average: * few, low-quality options * no fresh fruits * no granola, only cheap muesli and cornflakes * no vegetable other than a few slices of cucumber. I'd be happy to pay €10 more and get a proper breakfast.

• 2520 (6/5): - 조식이 깔끔하고 맛있었어요. 경찰서 옆이라 안전하고 역에서 정말 가깝고 좋았으니 노숙자들이....ㅠ 호텔급은 아니고 그냥 한국 모텔급이었어요. 하루 이틀은 괜찮지만 장기는 추천하지 않습니다, 창문열 여니 바로 앞에 건물이 너무 붙어 있어서 깜짝 놀랬고 뭐 어쩔수없다는건 알지만 아쉬웠어요. 회사인것 같은데 그렇게 사람들이 상주하지 않아서 아주 크게 불편하지는 않았습니다. 역과 가까운 만큼 노숙자들이 너무 많았어요. 그리고 할머니가 완전 불친절,,하지만 그 할머니 빼고는 괜찮았어요. 마지막에 남자직원과 다른 직원들은 참 좋았답니다. 웰컴 물도 없고 ,,,물안주니 사들고 가세요. 다른 3박은 중앙역 남쪽으로 왔는데 여기가 강도 가깝고 좋아요.
• Jenny (10/5): Preis-Leistung für eine Nacht unschlagbar. - Das Hotel war sauber und alles sehr neu. Die Nähe zum Hbf ist unschlagbar, zu Fuß 2 Minuten. Selbst bei offenem Fenster war es nicht sehr laut. Der Frühstücksraum ist tatsächlich sehr klein. Da darf man keine Berührungs- oder Platzängste haben. Vielleicht könnte man den Tresen in der Mitte abbauen um mehr Platz zu schaffen!
• Leah (8/5): Great value stay, no big complaints - The room was clean and spacious. Great size bed and bathroom. Staff was friendly and breakfast was adequate. They allowed us to store our luggage as we arrived a couple of hours before check in which was great. Great value. The stairs/elevator situation. So there is an elevator but to get to it you have to go down a couple of steps. Then the elevator has only 2 stops which are in between the floors. So for example one of the stops is 1|2 so if you’re on the 1st floor you need to go down stairs and if you’re on the 2nd you need to go up stairs once you get off the elevator. My elderly mom didn’t appreciate that especially with having to carry luggage.

Purtroppo la zona della stazione non trasmette sensazione di sicurezza sopratutto nelle ore serali, ma questo non è un problema dell'hotel bensì della zona.

Sehr stille Zimmer, sehr sauber, sehr schön und funktional eingerichtet, auch das Bad, sehr viele Handtücher, Trinkgläser im Zimmer vorhanden. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, perfekt organisiert von der Frühstückslady. Der feine Biojoghurt köstlich. Der Kaffee sehr gut. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist für einen Städtetrip perfekt. -

• Helen (8/5): Comfortable stay in a very convenient location. Great value for money! - Excellent location right next to Frankfurt Hbf. Room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. Overall, excellent value for money! A kettle in the room would have been useful.

• Jose Pablo (8/5): - Kind staff, great location near the train station. It makes it easy to visit main Frankfurt's landmarks via train or subway. One night was really noisy. It sounded like people where fighting or just yelling all night; we did notice what seemed like drug addicts hanging around the train station, perhaps that may explain it.

Schön wäre es , wenn es eine kleine Auswahl an Getränken (Automat oder SelfService Kiosk) gäbe, was man dann auf der Innenhofterrasse zu sich nehmen könnte.

• Pilar (5/5): Hotel correcto, cerca de la estación pero mala zona para alojarse - Hotel correcto, limpio, y sencillo. Esta MUY cerca de la estación, pero es una zona complicada, y mas de noche. Drogas y gente sin hogar en todas las salidas de la estacion, no nos daba ninguna seguridad, es una pena porque esta bien comunicado pero no es agrable la zona

Lage unschlagbar, da gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof gelegen. Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, verschiedene Brötchen, Belag usw. Große Flasche Wasser bei Ankunft erhalten. Etwas mehr Obst zum Frühstück. Sonst alles bestens.
• Ingrid (10/5): otimo custo beneficio, ideal para conexões de trem/metrô - Localização exelente para fácil acesso a estação central de trem e metrô em Frankfurt. Como tinhamos um trem no dia seguinte, optamos por ficar nesse hotel por ser bem perto e estarmos com tres malas. Fica ha uns 15/20min a pé da praça Romerberg. Equipe de funcionarios otima! Tem muitas pessoas na rua, alguns um pouco mal encarados. Não tem elevadores. Se voce viaja com muitas malas, tem duas opções de quarto no térreo, se não me engano e a recepcionista foi maravilhosa de nos deixar em um deles.
