• Soner (1/5): These owners should be banned from booking - Nothing We (3 people) stayed at this place from 25 - 29 October 2024. We received the wrong apartment (not the one with 4 bedrooms and nice view, which we booked and paid) and had a lot of complaints about the two other apartments we received instead (1x 3 bedroom with no view at all and no living room, 1x 1 bedroom apartment), such as dirty sheets and towels, dirty apartment in general, smell as if people were smoking inside the apartment, a lot of noise from people walking into the building and ‚chilling’ / talking inside the building (probably where the smoke is coming from), no support by the owners at all for all the complaints and wrong service. We received no „check-in information“ so we had to proactively call and message the owners. The guy who checked us in was 20minutes late. As the apartment we booked and paid was already busy with other guests, he conveniently put us in the above mentioned other two apartments. The 1-bedroom apartment was used when we entered - the sheets in the bed were not made and everything was dirty. Within 5-10minutes he changed the sheets and said we could go in now. We raised our complaints with him but he said he’s only doing what he’s told, but refused to call the owners for us (he and the owners were apparently Georgians as he told me). We have then contacted the owner via booking but didn‘t receive any answers. We then tried to call several times - when we finally could reach the owner and mentioned our complaints, they said that they couldn’t give us the apartment we booked and also not an alternative apartment which was not busy at the time without proper reasoning, and that we could cancel our booking if we wanted and go somewhere else, and that they would reimburse the payment.
