- Carol (8/5): A very warm and comfortable place - Cabin was comfortable, had everything we needed, and staff were quick to respond to an initial small problem It was small
- Theresa (10/5): -
- Kelly (9/5): - The bed was very comfortable. Walk to the platypus viewing was close. Great time at the Tavern across the road for a scrummy chicken parmi.
- Maxim (8/5): -
- Julie (8/5): We enjoyed the quiet location and the walk to the lake. The room was small but well planned. - Good location and very clean and well planned for such a small room. Maybe some extra hooks and shelves.
- Neil (10/5): Great small property in a convenient location. Clean and tidy. - Small and compact but very clean.
- Hu (10/5): -
- Amanda (5/5): Ok for a midway stop - This was a fine room for a night on our way to Strahan. Very small very basic. But very cosy.
Good location The bathroom could have been a little cleaner.
- Gary (7/5): -
- Petrie (9/5): Quick overnight stay at Tulla - gateway to Corrina - Clean and cosy and located a short walk to a pub meal.

- Monika (8/5): Great stay in a beautiful area - Lovely place to stay, i wasnt sure what to expect and although cosy it met all our needs for 2 nights. Value for money. Beautiful area with great hikes in the area. Ill be back, loved this part of Tassie
- Ashfaq Ullah (9/5): - Location and cleaning Pretty Small and amenities.
- cathy (8/5): We enjoyed our stay in Tullah, so close to Cradle Mountain. - We loved the cosy little cabin and everything that was provided including the complimentary jar of honey. The beds were comfy and warm and loved the addition of the heater in the bathroom. Very close to the bigger cabin next door and quite noisy when people in the other cabin were moving about, opening doors etc.
- Régis (8/5): Séjour agréable, au calme , à quelques minutes de marche du lac. - Petite cabine au calme très bien équipée pour un court séjour. Propreté, parking juste devant le logement, petit pot de miel offert. Rien
- Howard (9/5): -
- Janis (10/5): Great stay - It was absolutely wonderful we stayed two nights to see Cradle Mountain for two days it had everything you need. The beds and pillow great so quiet coffee shop across road good pub or resort restaurant on Lake and fuel in town or EV on site. Loved the garden and its the stream train went by on Saturday..
- Josephine (7/5): Excellently designed accommodation, comfortable, warm, quiet and secure. - Breakfast? The only thing I'd change is the reliability of the internet service. But my own internet hotspot didn't work well, either.
So it's probably a geographic location issue.
Otherwise, it was a great spot.

- WAYNE (8/5): Good clean little cabin. Quite comfortable - Neat basic cabin as described in the ad. Very clean and comfortable. N/A

- Kelly (6/5): Basic accom for a night after Cradle Mountain walks - We used this as an overnight stop after a day walking around the Cradle Mountain area. It was neat and clean with a great hot shower. We knew it was small based on the description so no problems there. Good to have a microwave - we ducked into the IGA at the next town (Roseberry) and heated some pre-prepared meals. We were grateful the sofa bed had been set up as requested, however upon trying to lay on it it was immediately apparent that no sleep would be possible due to how hard and lumpy it is so both ppl ended up in the double. Luckily the double bed is plenty comfy so if you don't need a second bed you won't have a problem.
There is a small tv but no free to air channels.
- Mong (7/5): Overall good stay - Shower/bathroom was good The bed was sagging
The studio is rather small
- Jessica (8/5): Great little place - Lovely cabin cols3 to the main Rd but no traffic noise. Comfortable bed and great bathroom. I expected slightly more for the kitchenette. No hot plate just a rice cooker and small electric fry pan which would be fine. Luckily we had a small portable induction cooker which make cooking easier.
- Darryl (6/5): basic at best -
- Alexander (10/5): -
- Steve (9/5): Good - It was the right price for workers who just need to sleep. The owner was very helpful to get my Netflix working.
- Peter (8/5): -
- Katie (8/5): -
- Joanne (10/5): -
- JMD71S (8/5): Good value for money - Location was very central to everything Bed had a lean into the middle

- Arthur (1/5): We went elsewhere, we were very disappointed 😢 - There was nothing I liked about this property. It’s a tin shed that may be good for backpackers but definitely not seniors. It’s definitely overpriced for what it is
The walk in is uneven, and although there is a TV there is no free to air TV customers are expected to use their phone to use the tv. It’s overpriced, in a tin shed and not suitable for seniors or the elderly.
The walk in is uneven and there is no free to air tv. It is cramped and the bed is against the wall.
- Davies (9/5): -
- Katie (1/5): -
- Luis Montaño (6/5): Insuficiente para el precio - El paisaje de la zona, el bote de miel o la calefacción. Era enano. Cenar de uno en uno en esa mesa. Se debe mejorar. El pueblo no tiene supermercado.
- Belinda (10/5): Perfect for our needs - Was perfect for our needs
- Kauko (3/5): We felt we needed to terminate our stay and find other accommodation. - The cleanliness, warmth in cabin. Leak in wall with water on floor after rain.
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Julia (9/5): Superb - Cosy room after long day of walking - had everything we needed
- Jill (9/5): Superb -
- Janine (9/5): Superb -
- Ieva (10/5): Better than expected! Warm, cozy, and well-equipped with cooking facilities. - Pros:
• Warm and cozy atmosphere
• Fully equipped cooking facilities
• Convenient access to Cradle Mountain
Cons:
• Parking on the designated place might be difficult with a low car
- Mark (9/5): Lovely cabin, would stay again - Beautiful cabin, comfortable bed & a lounge to sit on as well as a little dining table and chairs. We were able to cook dinner and breakfast. We shopped for groceries at the nearby village, only 10 min drive away. Couldn’t work the heater, we had the hosts number, but obviously didn’t want to call them at 6am
- Karen (8/5): Very clean small cabin . - Well priced for a nights stay in a small cabin.
Great shower / hot water and shampoo etc.
The air conditioner was handy , as when we arrived it was about 40 degrees inside the cabin. The windows facing west. The TV. There was no free to air, we tried to work out how to cast from our phones, but was unsuccessful. We wasted an hour on it. We watched Tv on our own iPads with our own data.
Also the bed is a double, and against a wall( as shown in the pictures) provided.
- Maggie (8/5): It was a convenient overnight stay but not useful for an extended stay. - It was very small but clean and comfortable and had basic facilities. Not a great outlook, and as it was raining and cold felt a bit claustrophobic. The 4.00 checkin was quite late.
- Raihan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liana (10/5): Awesome little cabin with everything you need. Cosy with the heater and very clean ☺️ -
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brandt (9/5): Superb - Very clean and cosy little cottagette. Walking distance along a well lit path to the Tullah Lodge for a meal. Free to Air TV would have been nice.
- Connor (9/5): Great cosy cabin - Great stopover location between Cradle mountain and Queenstown. Very easy check in and checkout, Cabin was well presented and clean Only complaint is that the bed was on wheels and moved around quite a bit
- Wickham (7/5): Good - Great spot to base yourself to travel around
- Cheryle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carpenter (8/5): Get what you pay for basic accommodation was very clean done job for one night - Convenient for pub meals/drinks also complimentary honey Bed could have been better
- Arne (7/5): Good -
- Anne (10/5): Excellent stay, just 50 minutes drive from Cradle Mountain - This cabin is a little gem. Make no mistake, it’s small, but very well thought out. There was everything we needed to cook meals, salt pepper, oil etc were provided. The electric frying pan was excellent for cooking sausages! Communication with the owner, Darren, was easy and informative. The shower was excellent, instantly hot and powerful. The cabin heated up quickly using the little heater on chilly evenings. Every night there were wallabies on the grass outside. This cabin is probably best for just one or two guests due to size, but myself and my husband were very comfortable there.
- Alan (8/5): Very pleasant stay with nice accommodation in a small town. - Very clean and beautifully present with all mod cons and unsuited. Nothing
- 张 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chamila (10/5): Great Cabin in Great location - Super friendly host - great with communication.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Great location close to the main road, but still very peaceful. None
- Agnieszka (10/5): Exceptional - Very well equipped. Thank you for the gift, I we loved the honey. Lovely quiet location. Perfect hideaway for a couple.
- Sabrina (10/5): Wonderful quiet cottage - We spend two wonderful nights here. It is very quiet and inside you have everything you need.
There is even AC and a heater. Bed was very comfy. I had a short call with Nicole the onside manager and she was lovely. Thanks for that great stay! Nothing - everything was perfect
- Emma (9/5): Cosy and fun - Well set up and comfy cabin, nice little town. Great to have a charger for our electric car right out the front amd solar powered! Can't think of anythjng
- Kirsten (10/5): Exceptional - Perfectly set up for a tiny cabin, quiet, clean and comfortable, a pleasant short stroll to the lake and lodge
- Lisa (8/5): Very good -
- Jennifer (8/5): Convenient, quiet and comfortable - Quaint Quiet and comfortable
- Fred (8/5): good stop over for one night - breakfast not included
quiet location n/a
- Danny (5/5): Passable -
- Shahzeb (8/5): Very good -
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chooi (9/5): Superb -
- András (9/5): Superb - Nice little cabin, it was very clean, perfectly fitted to our requirement.
Easy access to our late arrival, in the kitchen you can prepare your sandwiches, and can continue your journey.
- Colvin (2/5): Felt like a converted container. - Lots of little nic nacks. Hardly a 'house or cottage" more like the size of a converted container. Advertising very deceptive.
4 PM check in
Bed was very uncomfortable and crammed in a corner,
Very poorly designed and cramped.
Driveway had a very bad, damage causing pothole hidden by a raiway line when entering the property. Difficult to avoid even when known.
- Julie (8/5): Very good - Modernised
- Kim (8/5): Provided what was needed for a one night stay. - Small cute bed sit, everything needed was available and nice decor. The outside was a little tied and run down, the entry was really a bit off putting when you first arrive and did not look inviting. A garden wall between the bedsit and the other house would provide a nice feeling of privacy, the empty house next to it is a little creepy.
- Jodie (7/5): Good - Location.
Affordable.
Neat.
Comfortable bed
- Sam (10/5): Exceptional - Had a lovely overnight stay at Galena Cabin in between hikes. The cabin was well setup and the Tarkine gifts were a nice touch. Close to the tavern and cottage cafe. Would stay here again 👌
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Rodda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional - Yummy welcome gift of local honey.
- Steve (7/5): Good -
- Joshua (9/5): Superb -
- Nicole (10/5): Loved our stay! - Everything was great, cabin looked lovely and everything we needed was provided for our comfort. The host was really helpful and even provided us with with a little welcome gift. Thank you.
- Kathleen (5/5): Never again. - To be honest nothing other than the bathroom and its cleanliness. It was so small and rather unappealing from the road. We almost decided to just travel on. I think we were deceived by the pics and description that it was a lot larger than a very small caravan. The bed was uncomfortable and if you needed the divan to sleep on you would have had the people from the bed step on you to get to the bathroom.
It was very noisy as it’s right on highway so a restless night. I would not recommend to anyone and it is very over priced for what you get.
- Priyanka (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kim (9/5): Very happy - I did not expect "bells & whistles", but the unit was lovely; clean with all facilities - Close to lake ( 5 minutes); close to Tavern ( 2 minutes); electric recharging facility ( not that I drive EV) & "NICE & QUIET" A bit of "signage" - I was looking for " Tullah Trackside" & could not see any. BUT obvious where it was - "electric EV charging" point ( referred to in email) was helpful.
- Markéta (10/5): Exceptional - The cabin had everything I needed, there’s no stove but there’s a microwave, kettle, rice cooker and I think a mini portable oven and also utensils and basics like oil and spices. Different kinds of towels, yay! Plenty of information to read if you’re interested as well. Very comfy overall :)
- George (6/5): Convenient - Easily accessible. Hot shower was fantastic. There were slugs on the bed. The milk was out of date.
- Sam (7/5): Cute cabin! - The cabin was cute and cosy with a comfy bed. Had TV with Netflix available. However the bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied from previous guests. Tullah itself is nothing special but it is convenient for accessing the cradle mountain national park (40min drive).
- Merkies (8/5): inspired me to want a tiny house of my own! - this was a lovely little accommodation in tullah. although small, it had everything we needed and lovely attention to small details. we enjoyed the books available to read and the little pot of local honey. the cabin was very clean and we were very impressed with the fancy folded towels! very quiet neighbourhood. we had been told that the second bed was a pull-out couch so we knew what to expect, but of course pull-out couches are never very comfortable. there was internet but it was quite slow and then stopped working altogether.
- Tonkin (10/5): We had a very enjoyable stay. - The property was very cute. It provided everything we needed. It was very clean and welcoming.
- Lee (3/5): No single bed - Sofa bed was terrible, curved at both ends, useless. My photo probably looks a little better than it was
- Geoffrey (1/5): avoid unless you are desperate - Nothing. A small shack with nothing to commend it Everything. The description was all lies.
