• Jackson (8/5): - We were a group of 4 and really appreciated the extras, 1 ltr bottle of milk, loaf of fresh bread, variety of spreads and butter for bread, coffee pods, some porridge & cereals, bottled water etc all the little essentials to start u off 😃 😊 👍 very thoughtful. Bathroom was well supplied with towels, washes, and grooming needs, hair dryer, cotton buds etc etc ..

If you discover there’s something you forgot have a look around and sure enough it’s available. The owners have thought of everything, down to the small things like fresh bread on arrival and cold water ready to go after a long drive! Nothing to put here. We loved it all

• Bernard (9/5): Disappointed that we could not stay longer. - No cooked breakfast but incredible array of breakfast foods. The whole place was precented perfectly. It was further from Lowood than represented.
• Jasmine and Roger (9/5): Will certainly be back. - Quiet, lovely location, dog friendly, loads of extras not normally in holiday accommodation, comfortable, easy parking, friendly and easy host. Needs handrail for going up the 4 steps and also one in the shower, for clients with mobility difficulties.

• C2b (10/5): Rural Serenity - Located in a beautiful rural setting, this self-contained cottage was everything we could have wished for - facilities included a fully equipped kitchen including breakfast essentials and a fresh loaf of bread, a massive king-size bed and a full laundry. Lounge area had a large television screen and very comfy recliner chairs; there were also outside table and chairs under a covered deck and an attached, covered carport. Nothing to dislike.

• Michael (10/5): More than just a Cottage.... - Stayed at Clarendon Cortage for a weekend over Easter and for a nearby family birthday. The cottage was fantastic. Its more than just a cottage, its a 2 bedroom house practically. The pantry had more kitchen items in it than mine did! Everything from a sandwich press with fresh bread, to rolls of Foil and glad wrap - that you just don't get anywhere else. Also have to mention the sneaky easter eggs that were in the fridge. The pod machine was put to good use, and the Lounges, I could tell, certainly weren't thrifty! Was nice to wake up in the country with animals and farmers doing their daily work. Kathy was great. I'd left something behind and she posted it to me the day after we checked out. Fantastic. Based on newrby family, and the cottage itself, would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay :) Nothing springs to mind. All aspects were above and beyond normal standard.

Kitchen was stocked with all the crockery you’d ever want, there was a dishwasher, oven, huge fridge and coffee machine with pods. Loaf of fresh bread and 2 litre of fresh milk waiting for us. It was so peaceful, eating breakfast on the deck, only thing you heard was the birds singing or cows mooing. Undercover parking.
