Martha (1/5): - Cancele el día de llegada porque no hay nadie que te atienda, nunca encontramos las llaves para entrar, reserve para 5 noches 3 personas, un huésped llamado Jesus nos atendió por amabilidad, llamamos a Rooms para que nos resolviera y mando un correo diciendo que iba a mandar a alguien, nunca llegó, Jesús nos dijo que no sabía el, nos quiso ayudar pero no pudo, las fotos publicadas no son reales, Nunca encontramos las lleves, se empezó a oscurecer y nunca llegaron a responder, Jesús nos dijo que a las 10 de la noche se cerraba todo el sistema, nadie entra y nadie sale, nos dió miedo, vamos de Guadalajara a Los Angeles, cansadas con maletas y sin hospedaje, decidimos cancelar en ese momento, a otro día me contestan Que MI PETICION DE CANCELACION FUE RECHAZADA Nada nos gustó, llegas al lugar y de las fotos nada, y lo peor que puras mentiras 😔😔😔😔 i

Alicia (1/5): Did not and up staying - People were friendly there was about 13 of them That there were so many people and not one of the men knew where the keys were to let me in. They had some of the neighbors looking. At that point I didn’t feel it was safe to stay there with my daughter because everyone had access and they were all big men. But the lady I rented from answered my call and refunded me the stay.
