Guest Reviews
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Apartment spacious clean and.well equipped Entrance hall and entrance area cd have been cleaner as did not give good first impression
- Guest (2/5): - Nothing Bed was horrible
- Jawad (9/5): Wonderful Experience - Wonderful Apartment is fully equipped. We found everything clean and had a good base for our 6-day London tour. Very good location near to Tower Bridge by Walk and Red Bus just Next to the Apartment and Metro station also near only 8 to 10 minutes by Walk Excellent Host.. Nothing all good
- Farhan (10/5): I would 100% stay again. - Location, cleanliness, convenience and spacious N/A
- Michael (7/5): Worked for us and handy location - Pros
• Close to bus and not far from the Underground. Elizabeth Line stop is a 7 minute walk,
• Flat was clean and comfortable.
• Beds were okay.
Bathroom was good. Plenty hot water.
Kitchen was nice but no basic supplies are provided (salt, pepper, oil, basic spices)
It is in Little Bangladesh but that was not a problem. Cons
• Commercial Road is busy, and road noise bounces off the surrounding buildings.
• Hospital nearby, so expect ambulances and the occasional helicopter.
• Only a “starter” supply of coffee. If you’re renting for 3, 10, or 20 days, coffee should either be supplied or clearly stated as a starter-only supply.
• Plus side: washing machine available — but no soap provided.
• No basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, oil). This means guests must buy items that will mostly end up being “donated” when you leave.
• Windows and bedrooms are not very soundproof.
So expect to have to find a market fit basic supplies.
Areas for Improvement
• Many flats we’ve rented included an information book: Wi-Fi password, how the TV works (and what channels are supplied), bus/Underground notes, locations of nearby markets and restaurants, etc. this would save travelers a ton of time
- Anil Uygur (10/5): - Felt like home. We found everything we need in the apartment. Location was good as well.
- Meikle (10/5): Great stay and I’ll be staying again - Close to everything and local to a 24hour corner shop
- Mark (8/5): - Great flat with awesome facilities. Everything you needed was available. Close to amenities and the city centre. Good value for money for its location to the City. It's on a major road so can get noisy. But that's reflected in the price. It didn't stop me sleeping.
- Tiara (10/5): Very comfortable - I had a great stay at this apartment! The place looks exactly as pictured—modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was absolutely perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The ERGE TEAM managed the property really well and were responsive and professional throughout. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
- Loni (8/5): Pleasant stay with minor inconveniences - The flat was as pictured, and was cleaned thoroughly. This was a lovely spot to share with my husband and parents as there were separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with kitchen and balcony. We had plenty of linens, pillows, towels, and and our stay was comfortable. We each had a fan per bedroom. Great location, a decent walk from Whitechapel or Aldgate East tube stations. A lot of great shops, convenient grocery, and delicious multi-ethnic restaurant options to choose from. Plenty of small coffee shops as well. The keys and opening the property door was a bit tricky. Unfortunately the fridge did not stay cold during our stay which caused our groceries to sour. We tried to manage by freezing bowls of water in the freezer and using the fridge more as a cooler. We also used the washing machine for a couple of loads of laundry but it would need maintenance as it left a musty off-putting odor. It was quite a bit noisy in this area of town. With the summer heat, it was necessary to keep the windows open and fans running and this may be hard for people to sleep through so I'd recommend bringing earplugs. Air conditioning would be a great investment for the property, because the temperatures in the flat were averaging 26-28 degrees.

- Mason (10/5): Exceptional - Great space, nice layout, and it just felt really welcoming. You can tell the host put a lot of thought into the little details. Would 100% recommend!
- Euforija (9/5): Well-Equipped Apartment, Noise Might Be a Problem for Light Sleepers - We really liked the apartment – it had three great bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen, and two bathrooms. Everything was clean, tidy, and we found everything we needed. However, there is one major downside – the noise coming through the windows from the street. I think the hosts could consider replacing the windows with higher-quality ones, which would make a big difference. Sleeping was really difficult, even when we were extremely tired after walking all day. Anyone who is sensitive to noise should definitely consider bringing earplugs.
- Wayne (8/5): Clean, spacious apartment - Spacious and clean. Plenty of facilities. Location was on noisy street
- Liam (10/5): Exceptional - Check-in was super easy, and host was awesome really responsive and helpful. The place was clean, comfy, and in perfect location super convenient! Would definitely stay here again!
- Ankur (10/5): Superb Property, Great Location and Nice Service…Thanks once again Georgi!! - The experience that I had of checkin was seemless. Georgi was a great host and he was very responsive to all our questions & concerns.
Amazing service and the property was clean & close (7mins walk) to train station which really helped. Bu’s stop was right in front of the property, that made things very convenient
I would highly recommend this property and would love to come back & stay again. If Air-conditioning would be there it would help, although we travelled in winters so we didn’t miss that much but in summer that would be required.
Being on the main road, so be prepared for police & ambulance siren sounds.
- Pratik (10/5): Great place to stay for a week or 2, you have everything near by and you’ll have the best support with the owner, such a -
- Blake (10/5): Wonderful Stay - apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable. I loved how convenient everything was. If you want to be at the heart of it all, this is the place to stay!
- Humaira (6/5): I don’t think adequate focus and time have been spent doing the apartment see comments above. - The living/kitchen were clean and open plan. The shower room was spacious and clean. The location is very loud and apartment is in the point of high level noise. Not ideal if you want peace and quiet.
It was very cold the first day because the heating broke and the thermostat is not simple to use as well.
In the hallway and bedroom there were spots that were not working. The shower room had no bin which is not ideal for women issues. The bed mattress was awful and had springs poking and the Agent confirmed it had been changed 2 months ago. The pillows had no pillow protectors which is unhygienic. The freezer door would not close and good job we didn’t buy any frozen food. The bedroom had no mirror which is disappointing. When I stopped using a socket a spark was released.
- Gillian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jm (8/5): Very good - On Commercial Road so constant traffic noise, also at night with bedroom facing street.
- Mary (9/5): Superb -
- Baris (8/5): Very good - Well equipped, brand new furnished.... Host was very helpful.... Location is not the best, we booked via checking the map but not liked the location.
- Lily (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect, just a short walk to Brick Lane with all its great food and shops.
The flat is modern and cozy, and I loved having my coffee on the balcony and the kitchen was well-equipped!
