• ＰＡＤＭＡ (9/5): 手軽に泊まりやすい宿 - 上海で同系列の宿に泊まったことがあったので、初めて来た土地でこちらの宿だったら安心だと思い泊まりました。スタッフの方たちは親切で、お部屋も寝泊まりだけなら問題ない広さです。私は使いませんでしたが無料アメニティもあるので便利だと思います。 お部屋だけでなく共同のトイレやシャワーも清潔で使いやすかったです。 宿と同じ建物内に飲食店などが多くありますし、最寄りの地下鉄駅まで行くのにコンビニなども多くあるので食事などには全く問題ないと思います。 お部屋のエアコンというか空調自体がなく、換気がきちんとされているのか疑問があります。できれば建物自体で空調がきちんと効いていて、それが各お部屋の空調に反映されて換気がちゃんとできてるといいのになぁと思いました。
• Angela (1/5): Awful - boogers on walls and doors slamming! - The room was so dirty - dried boogers, black marks, and scratches all on the walls! The air vent above let in a couple mosquitoes and moths. My room was next to the rooftop entrance where people dried their clothes outdoors, problem is the door has no hinges to silence it! So from evening into the night, you can hear the door shut so loudly like it’s being slammed! To top it off, the bottom of my door frame had a massive gap so you can hear everything happening outside your room. Staff were okay but couldn’t communicate in depth with foreigners.

• John (10/5): - Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue.

• DENYS (7/5): в целом Хороший отель. - Локация. Чистота. Уборка. Сервис. Быстрый заезд. Узковатые комнаты. Шумные соседи. Нельзя регулировать кондиционер самостоятельно в номере. Только через рецепшн. То есть захотел выключил , через час включил. Нужно сходить на рецепшн.
• THE PHUONG (10/5): - Everything. It is located on the 6th floor of the building but there is no sign so it is a bit hard to find. The elevator is located on the left side of the other hotel lobby on the first floor.

• Diana (8/5): - Place was good for its price Be careful with the address as there is two Lemon Hotel in the City. And this one is not indicated in Google and Apple Maps. So I arrived the wrong one at 2am..

• Didier (10/5): Great hotel, very clean - The hotel is very good for the Price and the staff is good. Be careful, as the entrance of the hotel is poorly marked. It is not on Jiaochang Road, but on a cross street 240 meters from the indicated location, on Jinjiling Road.

• Clara (9/5): Very comfortable! - Comfortable beds and pillows, fresh and clean toilets and showers, nice staff, affordable, nice hangout area. No window in the room made it feel a little bit like a shoe box but for a short trip I definitely recommend it. I also felt like the aircondition was not fullt working so I had to open the door sometimes to get some fresh air in.

• Chirakajonwongse (8/5): Very good - Clean room and bathroom. A bit far from tourist spots, but still walkable. (7-10 minutes to the nearest bus stops or metro stations to go to these places)
• Chirakajonwongse (9/5): Superb - It is very clean, even with shared bathrooms. The number of bathrooms is also sufficient even during peak hours. It's a bit far from metro station.
• Ngoc (8/5): It worth the money, however I may consider other option if no improvement in room facilities. - The room is cozy, even in the cold weather 5 Cencius of Hangzhou. Everything is clean and new with supportive staffs. There is only one light in the room, no sleep light. So I either have to sleep in the dark or room light. There is no way to control the temperature in the room, no fan, no air condition.
• Arno (9/5): Superb - I like the concept of the Hotel. They have a good room concept, so they are able to give you a small single room for the price of a dorm. The location is good, convenient stores and restaurants are all around. I have nothing bad to say. Everything is good.
• Nicolas (4/5): There might be better options for the same price - Good location I went to the same hotel in shanghai and the staff, facilities, and building was much better than this one in Hangzhou, I would not repeat it in Hanghou
• Nekel (8/5): I would definitely recommend & would definitely stay again. Once I knew the buildings location, it made life much ea - Once I found it - the location was excellent for my short stay. Close to subway. Starbucks & KFC downstairs if you’ve just arrived in China & need to ease into it for your first meal. The floor this hotel was on, was extremely clean. The cleaning ladies did an amazing job, the ladies facilities were always spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. Plenty of toilets & showers, so you never needed to wait. Yes the room was tiny, but it was exactly as described. Plenty of charging stations both in room & in common room. It was hard to find, I was using their pic to find the building without luck, didn’t help it was pouring with rain. Being China they have different rules on smoking, so even though there was no smoking signs, the hallways still smelled of cigarette smoke.

• Eva (9/5): Helpful n responsible staffs, great location n value for money - Location Got upgraded to twin room on ist night as the allocated room, table n chair, are too close by that making the guest cannot even move a step. 2nd day got a much better comfort single room with view. However my opposite neighbor is a male, opened his room door day n nights...talking very loudly n had rubbish all over the room...annoying as well as poor hygiene.
