• Johann (9/5): We will come again - Perfect Location in the centre of Venezia. The flat is perfectly equipped (dish washer, washing maschine, coffee tabs, olive oil, vinegar, salt, ....). Bathroom and toilet are not on the same floor as the kitchen and the bed room. No problem for us, but maybe it could be pointed out more clearly in advance.

We appreciated the restaurant recommendations provided, and clear transit and check-in instructions. Shower was great but FYI that the bathroom is on a different floor than the bedroom. Really great to have a washing machine and detergent available, thank you! AC can have a hard time cooling down the bedroom, due to its position

A coffee machine and capsules for it, a geyser coffee maker and coffee for it, all conceivable and inconceivable cutlery, all the dishes, and everything works. Salt, sugar, soda, spices, tea bags, olive oil and even some flakes, which we ate for breakfast. It’s as if Italians really value the convenience of life more than others, and instill these values ​​in others through their example, showing how to welcome guests. Also everything was clean and the bed linen was clean. There is a washing machine and powder for it and a dryer, which we used to wash the children's clothes. The fact that the housing is divided into 2 floors, the bathroom is located below, and the bedroom above did not bother us. I can’t attribute this to disadvantages, it’s rather exotic, We have never stayed in an apartment like this before. Some windows look out onto a street with water, the other onto an ordinary street, this is quite authentic for us, although in Venice there is probably no inauthentic housing. The windows have authentic shutters, we enjoyed opening and closing them. Stoppers are carefully installed on all doors and windows. Very good renovation, and very nice materials, everything looks like new. There is no shelf for shampoo in the shower and the lighting above the work surface in the kitchen does not work, but you can turn on the lighting on the kitchen hood. But this is such nonsense. Well, guys, seriously, these are not shortcomings.
