• James (6/5): Good stay. - The location is very good in a lovely neighborhood area. Beautiful looking home. The suite is cute and a good size. It was inviting walking in and smelled pleasant. The first impression is excellent. Very reasonable cost. Was great for our purpose. Not well appointed. Lacking kitchen supplies. There were no written instructions on how anything worked or what to do with linen etc when done. The bathroom & laundry area was pretty dusty, not the cleanest looking. I realize that it is a young family living upstairs but you loudly hear the child(ren) crying and running around. It did not last long nor was it late at night. Was early in morning but that’s kids life. The access to the entrance is not easy walking as there is no set path in the yard. Would be nice to have an actual walkway.

The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the stay feel homely. The kitchen was well-maintained and had everything needed for cooking, which I really appreciated. A few small areas could be improved: the bedroom fan and space under the bed needed a deeper clean, there were some spider webs near the window, and the bathroom storage was a bit limited. Towels and bedding were clean but could look fresher, and the shower area had some minor stains. It would also help if the listing clearly mentioned that it’s a basement apartment, so guests know in advance.

Really cozy, clean, and comfortable apartment suite. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were lovely. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. I appreciated how cool the apartment was in the summer heat.
